Metropolis Opens First Tower

The first tower at Metropolis in DTLA is now open.

The development has a temporary certificate of occupancy, so buyers can start closing escrow. The first tower has 308 condos with studio, and one- and two-bedroom units, Curbed LA reports.

The studios are going for an asking price of $600k.

The Hotel Indigo is scheduled to be part of the development's first phase. The second phase will consist of a couple of residential towers.
