La Peer Hotel To Debut By Summer

Melrose Avenue in West Hollywood is about to witness the grand opening of La Peer Hotel.

The 105-key, Art Deco and contemporary hotel at Melrose Avenue and La Peer Drive will feature a swimming pool, a 3,900 SF rooftop deck and a gym.

The project's architect is Moule & Polyzoides with Gulla Jónsdóttir designing the interiors, Curbed Los Angeles reports. Urban Architecture Lab is the executive architect.

The hotel is scheduled to open in the summer.
