Westchester's Custom Hotel was just acquired by The Kor Group in Venice in a JV with Goldman Sachs' Merchant Banking Division for $33M.

That adds up to about $132K/room.

The 250-room hotel, at 8639 Lincoln Blvd., has 7K SF of indoor and outdoor meeting rooms.

There is also a restaurant and bar and a two-level swimming pool deck, the LA Business Journal reports.

The Kor Group's future plans for the hotel have not yet been finalized, but the company does plan to upgrade services at the hotel.

The boutique hotel is less than two miles from LAX.
