If you were wondering what would happen to the site where the House of Blues Sunset Strip is in West Hollywood, there are new renderings of the Sunset Time, a proposed hotel complex.

Washington, DC’s Combined Properties wants to replace the old building with two mid-rise buildings with 149 hotel rooms and 40 condos.

There would be 25k SF of retail and restaurant space on the ground level, Urbanize LA reports.

The project would be designed by EYRC Architects. AECOM Capital is also partnering on the project.

A timeline for the project has not yet been released. [ULA]
