Huge Deal in Tight Southeast Market

Gulf Intermodal Services leased 113k SF of office/warehouse space at 359 Pike Rd in LaPorte. Southwest Realty Advisors' Steven O'Connor and Marc Drumwright repped the tenant; Marc (above, center with his racing team) tells us Gulf Intermodal was already in the southeast area but needed to expand its logistics operations. It was tough because the submarket is so tight and there were few options (especially for this type of multi-tenant space) and it had a short timeframe. CBRE's Jeff Everist, Gray Gilbert and Billy Gold repped landlord Granite Underwood Distribution Center.
