MapAnything To Expand Near Airport

MapAnything, which develops a Salesforce mapping tool, inked a deal for the entire fourth floor (nearly 22k SF) of 5200 77 Center Drive in Vanguard Center, in the airport submarket. The company is currently at 5727 Westpark Drive, but needs the new space because it's planning to more than double its 80-person workforce over the next year, the Charlotte Business Journal reports.

The company, founded as Cloudbilt in 2009, also has offices in Atlanta and London. Cushman & Wakefield's Kris Westmoreland and Joe Franco repped the landlord, while Cushman & Wakefield's Keith Bell repped the tenant. [CBJ]
