Florida Investor Bags 422k SF of Charlotte Industrial

Florida-based Adler Kawa Real Estate Advisors acquired four buildings at Shopton Ridge Industrial Park for more than $33M from Trinity Capital Advisors and PCCP. All together the buildings total 422k SF, with tenants that include Cardinal Health, Linde Gas and Pinpoint Warehousing. The sale didn't include 25 acres that Trinity and PCCP own at Shopton Ridge, reports the Charlotte Business Journal. CBRE's Patrick Gildea, Anne Johnson and Bryan Crutcher repped the seller. [CBJ]
