Boston area hotel rates hit a new May high this year, thanks to the strongest ADR and RevPAR recorded since 2005, Colliers’ PKF reports. For year-to-date May 2015, the 89 hotel operators in the PKF Trends in the Hotel Industry survey for the region registered a $241.11 average daily rate (ADR) with a resulting $202.05 revenue per available room (RevPAR). This is an 8.6% increase in ADR and an overall 8.7% increase in RevPAR for May 2015 as compared to May 2014.
