Crossville Village Sells to Adams & Co Investor Consortium

Adams & Co Real Estate's John Perlman led a private consortium of investors to buy Crossville Village, a 74,800 SF shopping center anchored by Roswell Beverage Depot at the intersection of Alpharetta Highway and Holcomb Bridge Road. The firm paid $10.3M, or $138/SF. Marcus & Millichap's Zach Taylor and Don McMinn brokered the sale.
