Related Group Reduces Number Of Units, Moves Forward On Buckhead Tower

Miami-based Related Group is moving forward on a Buckhead skyscraper apartment project—with fewer planned units. The firm filed permits with the City of Atlanta to move forward on Stratford, a 36-story apartment tower at Stratford and Peachtree roads in Buckhead. Related reduced the number of units from the initial 389 planned at 3372 Peachtree Road. Permit application indicates it will develop 362 units, but will still be grounded by retail space.
