NATIONAL VISION MOVES DISTRIBUTION

When it comes to vision, lower numbers such as 20/10 are ideal. But brokers want to see big numbers, and  National Vision is coming through. The country?s fourth-largest optical retailer is moving from 30K SF in Highwoods' Corporate Lakes Distribution Center to 83K SF in Highwoods' Newpoint Place I  in Lawrenceville, above. The lease brings the building, one of four in the development, to 100% occupancy. Jim Legg repped Highwoods. National Vision?s divisions include America?s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses, which the company describes as its ?growth brand.?
