CASSIDY TURLEY'S ROSTER

We've learned that several of the big names at Carter will move to Cassidy Turley once the sale is completed. Carter confirmed last week that St. Louis-based Cassidy Turley would buy its brokerage and property management  operations for an undisclosed sum. The Cassidy Turley roster will include EVP Holly Hughes, EVP Mike Shelly, Kirk Diamond, Glenn Kolker, Sonia Winfield, Stuart Alston, Gary Lee, Skip Petters, and  Bruce Propst. And sources tell us that Cassidy Turley will hire a managing director for the Atlanta office. While Carter's Scott Taylor will remain with the ?legacy? company, he tells us that the two companies will remain close, with Cassidy Turley being the preferred vendor  for Carter. Scott also says Bob Peterson (pictured) will be a member of Cassidy Turley's board. Cassidy Turley gives the soon-to-be former Carter brokerage division a large platform, he says, which allows it to be ?price competitive? in the marketplace.
