Related Sales and Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group are bringing the first 15 listings for 15 Hudson Yards to market today, with units boasting hefty price tags.

The tower has five residence types. The Plaza Residences—ranging from one- to three-bedrooms—will boast floor-to-ceiling windows looking over the Highline and the Public Square. The two-bedroom Loft Residences and the one- to four-bedroom Panorama Residences will have high ceilings and views of the Hudson River.

There are also three- to four-bedroom penthouses and four “upper penthouses," which occupy the “four-leaf clover” at the top of the tower, Curbed reports.

All units have white oak flooring, four filtration point fresh air ducts and a greywater recycling system. There will also be two color schemes, “tonal” or “contrast.”

Today’s listings range from a 1,571 SF Plaza Residence on the 25th floor ($3.7M) to a 3,385 SF penthouse with views of the Hudson River ($13.8M). Pricing for the upper penthouses hasn’t been disclosed.

The 88-story, 285-unit tower was designed by a collaboration of Diller Scofidio + Renfro and the Rockwell Group, and features several common spaces, a 75-foot swimming pool, a private spa and fitness center, and private dining rooms. [Curbed]
