REBNY: Brokers Confidence Soars

REBNY's Q4 broker confidence index revealed yesterday that confidence is the highest since the index was launched in spring 2012. Part of the swagger comes from prices that are rising fast, but not too fast for both commercial and residential. That said, one broker cited in the report voiced concern that leasing and sales may slow down if pricing keeps going up and so do interest rates.
