Savills Studley Hires 6 Cushman & Wakefield Pros To Beef Up Capital Markets

The new investment sales team at Savills Studley is continuing the on-boarding of Cushman and Wakefield talent.

Savills Studley has hired six Cushman & Wakefield brokers, including head of corporate finance and investment banking Louis Wolfowitz, to its capital markets group. Wolfowitz will join the U.K.-based firm, along with Robert Elms, Mark Todrys, Sarah Icke, Emilee Brown and Brendan O'Loughlin.

Savills Studley will now have Wolfowitz and Elms working as senior managing directors, Todrys leading the firm's capital markets group placement efforts, Icke joining as an associate, and Brown and O'Loughlin joining as analysts.

C&W has done its fair share of picking top capital markets talent from other firms as well. In October, the firm hired Eastdil Secured investment sales brokers Douglas Harmon and Adam Spies in a move The Real Deal called "a poaching to end all poachings."
