NYC’s Movember Challenge Winners

Aaron Twersky—the man behind both the mustache and the branding for Monday Properties and NAIOP NY, helmed a Movember team that raised $19,815 for prostate and testicular cancer research. The nine-man Lip Service team included Solomon McCown's Jon Pappas and Murnick Property Group's Jay Murnick, the team's top fundraiser at $6,100. A non-real estate-r on the team, TD Ameritrade's Andrew Yolin, raised $5,300 under a Beat Cancer Twice campaign, matching that figure from his own wallet with a personal check to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in honor of the 10th anniversary of his sister's triumph over Non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Aaron, whose campaign slogan was Do Good and Have Fun, aims for a 100-person Lip Service team by 2015.
