With experts predicting the luxury apartment boom will slow as new supply hits the market, luxury apartments are turning to food-themed amenities to lure new residents.

From NYC to LA, wealthy Americans are demanding healthier, more natural food options, and developers are adding everything from in-house patisseries to food delivery apps, Mansion Global reports.

One such development in NYC, 111 Murray in Tribeca, will offer residents a complimentary breakfast at the building’s private café when it opens in 2018. In LA, Ten Thousand will offer its tenants nutritionists, daily snacks and massage therapists, among other healthy-living perks. [MG]
