TruAmerica Names COO

Multifamily investment firm TruAmerica promoted Lynn Owen (snapped wine tasting in Washington) to COO. Lynn joined the company in March after managing the Pacific Northwest for Greystar. TruAmerica is a major player in multifamily buys, including a JV with Capri Capital this year on the $283M buy of a 464-unit luxury mixed-use property in Korea Town. The company estimates its portfolio at about $1B. TruAmerica also appointed Tom Jackson as director of general contracting, Ryan Hall as asset manager and Jeffrey Price as acquisitions analyst.
