La Peer Hotel To Debut By Summer

Melrose Avenue in West Hollywood is about to witness the grand opening of La Peer Hotel.

The 105-key, Art Deco and contemporary hotel at Melrose Avenue and La Peer Drive will feature a swimming pool, a 3,900 SF rooftop deck and a gym.

The project's architect is Moule & Polyzoides with Gulla Jónsdóttir designing the interiors, Curbed Los Angeles reports. Urban Architecture Lab is the executive architect.

The design collaborative has created unique experiences throughout the hotel, according to Urban Architecture Lab president Richard Solares.

“Each part of the hotel is special and distinctive in its own way, which reflects the diversity of West Hollywood’s design district culture," Solares said.

The hotel is scheduled to open in the summer.
