The CRE event of the year may end up being a baby shower. 100 of CREs best and brightest women flocked to the shower for Phase Engineerings Melanie Edmundson (seated). The event was hosted by Leigh Ann Ahr, Mandy Forbes, Janet King, Dawn Landry, Geri Pacheco, Lisa Hankamer, Lynny Osenbaugh, Michele Ellis Felder, Nancy Pointer (and her bulldog, Reesie), Pat Arden, Sassy Stanton, Arlis Brodie, and Adrienne Schwartz.
And on Feb. 28, Melanie and hubby Allegiance Banks Gil Edmundson welcomed their first child. Baby Richard weighed 8lbs, 1.4 oz. and was 21 inches long. (He's already looking to refi some loans on Class-C properties.) Little Richie sent us an email saying his parents are passing his tests and he may keep them.
