Alisa Brem Rosenberg is the Founder and Managing Partner of Junction Development, a woman-owned

and led real estate investment and development firm focused on multifamily and mixed-use opportunities

across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. Since its launch, Junction has advanced more than $450 million in

development value across projects representing more than 1,000 residential units delivered, under

development, or in pre-development. Under Alisa’s leadership, Junction has also expanded its platform

across ground-up development, value-add, retail and select acquisitions.

A seasoned real estate executive, Alisa has led the development of more than 7,000 residential units and

440,000 square feet of mixed-use retail. Prior to founding Junction, she served as Managing Director of

Development at Republic Properties Corporation, Mid-Atlantic Partner at Fore Property Company, Vice

President at Bozzuto Development, and held development roles with EDENS, Grosvenor, and Insight

Property Group.

Alisa is an active leader in the real estate and Greater Washington communities. She serves as Vice Chair

of ULI’s national Urban Development and Mixed-Use Product Council (Red Flight) and Chair of ULI

Washington’s Engagement Committee. She previously served on the Executive Committee of ULI’s

national Women’s Leadership Initiative, chaired ULI Washington’s Women’s Leadership Initiative, and

has held several other leadership roles within ULI Washington. She is a former President and board

member of the DC Real Estate Group and is actively involved with the National Multifamily Housing

Council through its Peer-to-Peer Networking Groups, following her participation in its Membership

Development Program.

Beyond the real estate industry, Alisa serves as Philanthropy Co-Chair of The Jewish Federation of

Greater Washington’s Network, building on her prior leadership as Co-Chair of Federation’s Real Estate

Division and her role in launching its Builders Society for commercial real estate professionals. She is a

member of the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum’s Next Gen Board and co-chaired its Evening to Honor

Holocaust Survivors in 2025. She also serves on the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington’s Youth

and Real Estate Committee. In 2024, she was named a March of Dimes Heroines of Washington finalist

in Real Estate.

Alisa holds B.A.s in Architecture and American Urban History from Columbia University, an M.Sc. in

City Design and Social Sciences from the London School of Economics, and a J.D. from the George

Washington University Law School. A Fulbright Fellow, she conducted research on real estate

development in Italy and is a member of the New York State Bar. She lives in the Washington, D.C. area

with her husband and three children.

Maria Thompson joined Hoffman & Associates in 2015, and as President provides the

leadership and strategic vision for the direction and growth of the company. Prior to being

named President, Maria previously served as the Chief Operating Officer leading all operating

divisions of the company, including projects such as The Wharf, The Westerly, Seaboard

Station, West Falls, and Parcel B at Audi Field representing $6B of Hoffman & Associates’

expanding portfolio.

With over three decades of industry experience, Maria has managed projects totaling nearly

$10B in the DC Metro Area. She previously served as Vice President of Business Acquisition at

Balfour Beatty and started her career as a Project Engineer at Clark Construction.

Maria is deeply involved in various professional organizations, holding active roles in DCBIA and

Women In Construction, where she currently serves on the executive board for both. She is also

an engaged member of ULI, acting as a mentor for the YGL program, and contributes to CREW

DC as a member of the President’s Advisory Council. Additionally, Maria actively participates in

ABC Metro Washingtonian, AAREP DC, ASCE, NSBE, and NABWIC.

Maria has been recognized by GlobeSt as a Women of Influence and honored by the

Washington Business Journal as a Diversity in Business Leader and Women Who Mean

Business recipient. She graduated from Morgan State University with a Bachelor of Science in

Civil Engineering and the University of Maryland University College with a Master of Science in

Management.

Stephanie Williams, President of Bozzuto Management Company and Operating Partner of The Bozzuto Group, has remained focused on providing extraordinary experiences to residents, clients, partners and employees of the company since joining the company in 2004.

She directs the operations and an array of specialized initiatives for an apartment portfolio of 77,000 units across over 265 properties in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Midwest and Southern regions. In 2017, Stephanie earned the Multi-Housing News Excellence Award for Executive of the Year, was named Minority Business Leader by Washington Business Journal and was honored as a member of Baltimore Business Journal’s Top 40 Under 40. In 2018, under Stephanie’s leadership, Bozzuto Management Company was awarded #1 Property Management Company by the National Association of Home Builders. Stephanie is Board member of the Real Estate Executive Council and an active member of the Urban Land Institute, and the District of Columbia Building Industry Association.

Anne N. Rosenau joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1987, and has since focused her efforts on advising clients with a variety of real estate transactions, including landlord and tenant representations, space dispositions, renewals, relocations, facility purchase or consulting on a build-to-suit. She has also been involved in a significant number of telco-related leases. Ms. Rosenau has been involved in more than 12 million sf of real estate transactions.

Mandi Wedin is the Founder and CEO of Feroce Real Estate Advisors, bringing over two decades of experience managing multi-billion-dollar real estate portfolios. Her leadership is rooted in the belief that value is created through change, a philosophy she has honed while leading high-performing teams at both public and private real estate investment firms.

Mandi’s career is marked by a consistent track record of delivering sustainable and reliable results to investors. Her expertise spans various asset classes and markets, with a particular focus on guiding companies through periods of disruption. Stephanie is a Studio Director and Principal in Gensler’s Washington, D.C. office, where she designs innovative, high-performance workplaces for the world’s leading consulting, professional services, and technology companies. A certified interior designer with more than 18 years of professional experience, Stephanie has built a diverse portfolio spanning a wide range of global clients, from emerging start-ups to major organizations such as Boston Consulting Group, AvalonBay, LinkedIn, and others. She leads and mentors multidisciplinary teams, collaborating across Gensler’s national offices to support an expanding Technology practice.

Stephanie partners closely with clients to create sustainable, flexible, destination workplaces that enhance user experience, strengthen company culture, and support attraction and retention of top talent in a rapidly evolving industry. Her work is driven by workplace performance and has been recognized by renowned regional, national, and international awards programs. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Virginia Commonwealth University and remains actively engaged in mentoring and developing the next generation of design talent.

Ginna Wallace holds the position of Director in JLL Capital Markets, Washington, DC office, where she specializes in industrial investment sales advisory across the Mid-Atlantic region as part of a team with Bill Prutting, Craig Childs, and Chris Dale. She joined JLL through the HFF acquisition, bringing expertise in representing institutional investors, private equity groups, and developers in industrial asset transactions. With extensive experience in office and industrial investment sales, Ginna successfully transitioned to a production role after six years as an analyst and associate. She delivers value to clients through comprehensive market analysis, strategic positioning, and the execution of complex capital markets transactions.

After growing up in Charleston, South Carolina, Ginna became a 2019 alumna of Washington and Lee University. She has since established her career in Washington, DC, while maintaining strong ties to Charlottesville, Virginia, where her family now resides. A well-known leader in the D.C. retail market, Kelly Silverman is a Senior Vice President CBRE and had been with Streetsense since 2005 prior to a merger with CBRE. Her book of business consists of a curated collection of clients, with a notable focus on the restaurant segment. Her work in Washington, D.C. has been integral to the development of several thriving food-focused micro-neighborhoods in the city.

Kelly’s expertise and reputation for execution has led her to represent some of the highest profile names in the market, including: Tatte Bakery & Café, Cava, Bartaco, Barcelona Wine Bar, 60 Vines, and Ruths Chris, to name a handful. Mary Claire Moravits is an interior designer whose work is driven by a thoughtful balance of creativity, technical

rigor, and an appreciation for how people experience space. She brings experience designing hospitality, restaurant,

and luxury multi-family environments, creating interiors that elevate the everyday experience

while reflecting the unique character of each project. At ZDS, Mary Claire collaborates closely with clients and

multidisciplinary teams to translate each project’s vision into spaces that are refined, memorable, and enduring.

A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin School of Architecture, Mary Claire was recognized as one of

Metropolis magazine’s Future100, honoring the top architecture and interior design graduates in North

America. She is also a recipient of multiple design excellence awards and maintains active membership in the

International Interior Design Association (IIDA).

Veronica is a principal who has spent over a decade at KLNB building meaningful connections with landlords and tenants and finding creative solutions to their retail real estate challenges. She partners with institutional landlords to understand their vision, craft thoughtful merchandising strategies, and secure competitive deal structures that generate sustained value. A DC native, Veronica is driven to make an impact on local communities and contribute to the evolution of the capital’s many treasured neighborhoods. She is active in industry networks and stays in the know on local and regional trends.

Prior to joining KLNB in 2012, Veronica built a strong foundation in commercial real estate as a research associate at CoStar Group in Washington, DC, managing a database of over 700 properties and providing market research and analysis support. Veronica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, where she was a four-year member of the Varsity Women’s Track & Field team.

Helena Kondow-McConaghy, Ph.D. is the Business Development Manager for the Life Sciences in the Prince William County Department of Economic Development. Helena works with prospective life science and biotech companies moving to the County, either with building a new facility or moving into one of two existing wet lab facilities, the Prince William County Accelerator or the Northern Virginia Bioscience Center. She also manages the IGNITE Startup Program Grant, which supports innovation-driven startups in the County, and is co-director of the Northern Virginia BioHub, one of the regional hubs established through Virginia Bio’s VA Bio-Connect program. Prior to her role in the County, Helena was an Oak Ridge Institute for Science & Education (ORISE) Fellow in the Division of Research, Innovation, and Ventures at the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority, part of the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response at the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services. Helena received her Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Texas A&M University.

Principal and Healthcare Practice Leader Megan Lubina brings nearly two decades of

experience in mechanical engineering, project management, and client service to GHT. Megan

is known for building strong relationships and leading multidisciplinary engineering teams on a

Casey is a 20-year veteran of the US Navy Nuclear power program, trained as an electrician. She retired from the Navy in June 2014 and went to work for the insurance company that insures all the commercial nuclear power plants across the US, Spain, and Belgium. In that role she performed engineering, risk, and project management evaluations. In January 2020, she started her career at AWS as a Facility Manager, responsible for the operation and maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and fire/life safety systems needed to power and cool a data center. In September 2021, she was promoted to Area Manager and in May 2022, she was promoted to Cluster Manager. In her current role, she leads a team of 86 managers, chief engineers and technicians across 12 data centers and is the first woman to hold this position in the Northern Virginia region. She has earned two Bachelors degrees in Psychology and Nuclear Technology, a Masters of Divinity Degree in Chaplaincy, and is working towards a Doctor of Strategic Leadership degree.

With more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Nancy Novak brings

extensive expertise in oversight and responsibility for Profit and Loss. In her current role as

Chief Innovation Officer for Compass Datacenters, her focus is cutting-edge technology, lean

practices, and innovative culture through the diversity of thought to add value, improve return on

investment, and disrupt the construction industry. Nancy serves on the Executive Board of

Directors for NIBS, the Board of Directors for the World Trade Center Institute, and the Board of

Directors for Weston Solutions, a global environmental firm. She is heavily involved in

organizations that lead the way for technological advancement in the construction industry, and

she is an advocate for women’s leadership. Nancy is also an Executive Sponsor for the Digital

Vicki Davis is responsible for managing the acquisition, planning, design, and

implementation of all Urban Atlantic projects, and asset management of properties that

the company owns and its Mid-City Community CDE investment portfolio. With over 28

years of experience in real estate development, she formerly served as Deputy Director

of the Maryland Housing Fund and Maryland DHCD -Division of Credit Assurance. Her

experience also includes portfolio management for MNC Financial-South Charles Realty

and multifamily development for Trammell Crow Residential.

As President of Urban Atlantic Development, Ms. Davis has managed development of

over $2 billion in real estate projects and asset managed over $4 billion in real estate

investments. She has developed over 6,000 multifamily residential units and 600,000

commercial square feet for Urban Atlantic, including eight HOPE VI mixed-finance public

housing redevelopment projects, as well as transit-oriented mixed-use projects.

Ms. Davis holds a MBA in Finance from American University, an MS in Engineering &

Construction Management from University of Texas, and a BS in Civil Engineering from

the University of Maryland. She taught for 12 years in the Johns Hopkins Real Estate

MBA program and is a LEED AP.

Cathy Delcoco is a Vice Chairman within CBRE’s advisory and transaction services group, specializing in the corporate representation of clients in the government contracting, media and technology industries. She joined CBRE in 1989 and has continually been recognized as a top performer for the company. Her clients include Booz Allen Hamilton, Ortbital ATK (now Northrop Grumman), comScore, Alion Technology and Bechtel.
