1812 North Moore Street
1812 North Moore is a 35-story, LEED Platinum office tower located in the heart of downtown Rosslyn. This landmark building features a distinguished tenant roster, including Nestle’s U.S headquarters, Oracle and Humana. Centrally located, 1812 N Moore is easily accessible via five major highways, four bridges and three metro lines at the Rosslyn Metro Station, which tenants can access directly from inside the building’s impressive two-story lobby. The building offers an award-winning lounge, conference and event center on the 22nd floor, which boasts stunning panoramic views of iconic DC monuments, Georgetown and the Potomac River. 1812 North Moore’s innovative design and virtually column-free floors provide unparalleled efficiencies for tenants, accommodating upwards of 10% additional employees per square foot than the average DC building and up to 28% more than similar trophy building offerings. The building’s LEED Platinum status ensures 30% less energy use and 40% less water consumption for tenants. Currently, 1812 N Moore has 130,000 square feet of contiguous, premier, trophy-class office space available for lease. Learn more at https://www.mondayvr.com/property/1812-north-moore

Recognizing Women Leaders in Washington D.C. Commercial Real Estate
Bisnow is proud to host D.C.'s Annual Women Leading Real Estate (WLRE) award program. Our WLRE initiative honors industry leaders shaping commercial real estate through their leadership, foresight and dedication. It also brings awareness to the importance of improving the diversity of our industry, particularly when it comes to hiring and promoting women.
This event will bring together brokers, owners, developers, investors, construction, designers, architects, financial institutions, government officials and more to recognize influential women in D.C. commercial real estate. We'll celebrate their accomplishments and provide insight, networking, and resources for professional development.
