Events Raw Space

Adjacent to Washington Reagan National Airport and minutes from Washington, D.C., National Gateway is the ideal location for a prominent corporate headquarters seeking the exclusivity of a “campus” but with the modern amenities of an urban environment. Situated at the intersection of Jefferson Davis Highway and South Glebe Road in Crystal City, National Gateway offers an abundance of natural light, unencumbered views to the west and southwest, and proximity to Washington, D.C., and Alexandria. In addition, National Gateway is unique in that it offers a 1-acre park (“Center Park”) directly adjacent to the complex with approximately 2,000 RSF of covered function space premises. National Gateway II is part of a two-building complex totaling approximately 400,000 SF. They are anchored by an impressive full-service 46,000 SF LA Fitness which features a 25 meter pool, basketball court, spin studios, yoga studios and much more. Lastly, companies will have a highly visible and valuable branding and signage opportunity overlooking Jefferson Davis Highway along which an estimated 50,000 daily commuters travel to/from the District of Columbia.

Why This Matters

We are at capacity for this event and no more tickets will be sold. There will no longer be any onsite tickets sold. We are completely at capacity.

It's here! After over a year of planning, deliberating, wishing and dreaming, the Greater Washington Region has secured Amazon HQ2! Well, half of it at least... And the region could not be more excited.

With economic growth and a boost to our commercial real estate market, we are facing an exciting future for the region. The unique opportunity of securing not only a major office tenant, but one with such widespread public appeal, promises to bring newfound attention to our nation's capital as a tech hub.

Growth is not met without challenges, however. Our region is already criticized for infrastructure and transportation problems, and more people, cars and activity will only add to the complications.

How will the region prepare for boosted commercial and residential growth? What do you need to know about the region's economic boom? How should you prepare to make the most of your investments?

Join us and the region's leading commercial real estate and economic prognosticators as we forecast the future of Amazon HQ2!
