Gale is responsible for the coordination and oversight of sales and occupancy efforts for Mather senior living residences. She works with sales teams within each residence to guide them in meeting their goals, and has led them to master the art of relationship selling.

Gale has also been instrumental in training management and frontline teams within senior living and community-based initiatives in providing extraordinary customer experiences.

Before joining Mather, Gale served as AVP of Sales & Marketing for Classic Residence by Hyatt and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Retirement Community Specialists.

As President of The Menkiti Group’s Neighborhood Transformation platform, Caroline Kenney is responsible for oversight and strategic direction of the Company’s $2 Billion Real Estate Development pipeline, 60-property portfolio of mixed-use operating assets, and $50 Million Obsidian Catalyst Fund. The firm’s Development and Asset Management portfolios extend along the Eastern Seaboard, with major concentrations in the Washington, DC, and Boston, MA regions.

Prior to joining The Menkiti Group in the Fall of 2024, Caroline enjoyed a nearly 20-year tenure with Urban Atlantic, completing over $1 Billion in mixed-use, mixed-income real estate projects and spearheading landmark public-private developments such as the 66-acre Parks at Walter Reed (DC), 45-acre Cheverly Hospital Redevelopment (MD), and 350-unit mixed-income Trella multifamily development in Charlotte (NC). She has worked with a wide range of public partners including the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority; multiple agencies of the District of Columbia and Prince George’s County; and housing authorities in Washington, Tampa, Greensboro, Charlotte, Memphis, and Baltimore. Early in her career, Caroline worked with affordable housing developers East Lake Management and Lawndale Christian Development Corporation (both Chicago based).

Caroline holds a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning and Policy from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a BA in Political Philosophy from Wheaton College (IL). She serves on the Board of Jubilee Housing, the Advisory Committee of the ULI Washington Women’s Leadership Initiative (past Chair), and the Leadership Council of the ULI P3 Product Council (Blue Flight), and serves in multiple capacities with the Ward 7-based Peace Fellowship Church (DC).

With more than 30 years of experience, Dora Kay, AIA, has provided project management and oversight

for senior living facilities across the country. Her passion for architecture and people is inherent in her

work, mindset, and dedication to achieving the best solution for clients and residents. Based out of

Moseley Architects’ office in Fairfax, VA, Dora offers expertise gained from her experience designing a

variety of project types including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and affordable

housing.

As VP of Business Development for Delos, John brings his 25+ years of experience in real estate and construction to bring the company’s health and wellness platforms to designers, developers, financial institutions, and technology partners. Since joining Delos, John has launched programs in multi-family residential, student housing, office, education, and other building sectors, as well as establishing strategic partnerships with industry leaders like Johnson Controls International (JCI) and PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC).

Previously, John served in business development roles as Vice President for ARCADIS and for Turner Construction & TishmanSpeyer Properties. Before coming to NY in 1999, John worked at the US Department of State for the US Agency for International Development, supporting foreign assistance education and real estate programs across Eastern Europe and the Former Soviet Union.

John holds an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business, a Master’s in Public Policy from George Mason University and a BS in Architecture from the University of Virginia.

Mark has over 17 years of experience in commercial construction, all

with Forrester Construction. He is a seasoned Project Executive focused

on our Senior Living market, as well as Commercial, Office,

Repositioning, Faith Based, and Hospitality. In Senior Living, his most

recent projects focus on assisted living and memory care and he is well

versed in the nuances of each. He is skilled in the entire life cycle of a

project, from the early stages of business development and project

identification to contract negotiation and building completion and

commissioning. He excels in client service, preconstruction services,

contract administration, scheduling, personnel management,

subcontractor coordination, budget management and successful project

delivery and close out.

Mark has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Construction

Management from The Catholic University of America.

Janet has been involved in a wide range of projects in both private and public sectors, throughout

her career, specializing in multi-generational housing. Her responsibilities include design, project

management, construction documentation, and construction administration. Having overseen the

design and construction of 2000+ units in her 20-year career, Janet brings a strong mix of creative

design and practical insights to her projects. Her senior living work challenges the traditional senior

housing model by taking a holistic “place making” approach to the site selection and design. She

aspires to create an integrated experience for the residents by maximizing connections to, and

opportunities with, adjacent retail and hospitality uses. She believes that successful residential

projects—whether for seniors or millennials—require solid design principles, creativity and

comprehensive market knowledge combined with the appropriate amenities.

Sharon Ricardi is a seasoned senior housing professional with over 25 years of experience in operations, dementia care, sales, and marketing. As Senior Vice President of the Northbridge Companies, Sharon was instrumental in growing the company from a single asset in 2007 to 17 communities today. Currently she is President of Northbridge Advisory Services, a division of the Northbridge Companies, and is a Managing Director of HallBridge Partners, owners/operators of a portfolio of affordable and middle market assisted living communities. Her experience encompasses the start-up and turn-around of over 30 assisted living communities throughout the Northeast. She is past Chairman of the Board of Mass ALA and is active on their Public Policy Committee. She has been a frequent industry speaker, industry board member, and has authored several articles on assisted living operations, marketing, public policy and dementia care.

Mr. Zeiller currently serves as Vice Chairman and Co-CEO: of Silverstone Senior Living, (Silverstone). Prior to joining Silverstone, Mr. Zeiller served as Executive Vice President of Westbrook Properties in Washington, DC, responsible for the residential investments in the Mid-Atlantic region, including acquisitions, entitlements, development and construction of assets.

Prior to joining Westbrook, Mr. Zeiller served as Regional Vice President for Crescent Resources, LLC, where he was responsible for the entitlement, design and development for Potomac Yard, a 300-acre, mixed-use, urban infill project located in Arlington and Alexandria, VA. Mr. Zeiller led the effort to approve the master plan for the Armed Forces Retirement Home in Washington, DC.

Prior to joining Crescent, Mr. Zeiller served seven years in the general contracting industry where he successfully completed the construction of commercial office, multi-family and industrial projects. Mr. Zeiller brings over 21 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry to Silverstone.

Mr. Zeiller graduated with a BS in Building Construction from Virginia Tech University and is a LEED Accredited Professional.

TONI R. HARRIS, CPM®, ARM®

Latonia “Toni” Harris, CPM®, ARM® is 20+ year Multi-Family Industry Professional. Following eight years of military service after graduating high school, Toni began her property management career working for National Housing Partnership (NHP) as a Recertification Specialist. Her climb to success was propelled by superior performance. Advancing through her career she has excelled in various positions such as Leasing Manager, Property Manager, Marketing Director and Regional Property Manager. Toni is a consummate professional seeking quality performance and an advocate for furthering education.

Toni has capitalized on industry networking and education opportunities by becoming involved in leading trade associations including the Property Management Association (PMA) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Toni is an Accredited Residential Manager® (ARM®) and a Certified Property Manager® (CPM®). She has served in various leadership roles including president of IREM Maryland Chapter 16 and chairperson of the PMA programming committee. She currently services on the Board of Directors for the Property Management Association of DC. Passionate about her love of professional development, Toni was responsible for chartering two local Toastmasters Clubs where members improve their public speaking skills. She is currently an Executive Committee member with IREM Maryland Chapter 16, an instructor for the CAM and CAPS course through MMHA (NAA) and an IREM National Instructor. Senior Vice President, Multifamily Lending and Neighborhood Investments – Ikeogu “IK” Imo

IK Imo is the Senior Vice President of Multifamily Lending and Neighborhood Investments (MLNI). As

Senior Vice President, Mr. Imo oversees the MLNI team, serves as chief underwriter, and is responsible

for developing business opportunities and managing the Agency’s predevelopment construction

pipelines. Mr. Imo joined the Agency in January 2021 as the Director of DCHFA’s Housing

Investments division, where he was responsible for the development of new housing

investment products and financing initiatives and the innovation of existing DCHFA finance

products and programs that support the creation and preservation of affordable housing units

in the District of Columbia.

Prior to joining the Agency, Mr. Imo worked for the government of the District of Columbia as the

Director in the Division of Portfolio and was promoted to Director, Portfolio in 2018. In these

roles, Mr. Imo oversaw a team of 15 employees who managed over 2,000 real estate assets,

worth over $17 billion, in D.C. and Maryland. He was the chief negotiator for the District of

Columbia’s lease, acquisition, and/or disposition transactions. Mr. Imo has held various other

positions including, Director, Finance and Acquisitions with Dante Partners, an Investment

Consultant and Asset Manager, with Bozzuto Management Company and a Private Investment

Manager with Prudential Capital Group.

Mr. Imo graduated from Rice University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts, in Political

Science. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia,

Darden Graduate School of Business Administration.

Chris Painter joined EagleBank in 2018 as a Senior Vice President. Chris oversees EagleBank’s seniors

housing and healthcare platform, working with developers, owners and operators to structure financing

which meets their short term and long term goals.

Chris also serves as EagleBank’s FHA Chief Underwriter, and manages credit and underwriting for

EagleBank’s FHA lending products, as well as the Bank’s relationships with HUD staff and leadership.

Prior to joining EagleBank, Chris was an SVP for Pillar/SunTrust’s Seniors Housing & Healthcare group.

Chris began his real estate finance career at CWCapital (acquired by Walker & Dunlop) in FHA

underwriting, after a stint in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Chris majored in Accounting

and Finance at the University of Maryland, College Park, and is a licensed CPA.

Eva is an architect and owner’s representative with over 20 years’ experience in the

creation, development, design, construction, and maintenance of luxury Senior

Housing communities around the country. In her role, as Senior Housing Strategic

Lead for JLL, Eva works with the Project & Development Service team as a subject

matter expert and helps delivery world-class turn-key real estate services to

organizations looking to stay competitive in the marketplace while maintaining a

healthy bottom line. Before joining JLL, Eva worked as Director of Architecture &

Planning for Erickson Retirement Communities and as Development & Acquisition

Owner’s Representative for Watermark Retirement Communities/The Freshwater

Group. Throughout her career, she has helped develop over 26M sf of multi-site life

plan communities, valued at over $3.5 billion, and has authored over 9M sf of

campus prototype development in premier, secondary, and tertiary real estate

markets around the country. Her projects consistently exceed sales and occupancy

projections, increase brand awareness, and surpass ROI projections for owners,

operators, and investors. Eva graduated from The University of Maryland School of

Architecture and holds a Project Management Professional certification from The
