Why You Can't Miss Our First DMV Property Management Conference

What You’ll Learn:

  • How developers, owners, and asset managers approach property management

  • When to utilize third-party property manager vs. vertical integrate your property

  • Benefits and costs between third-party property manager and vertical integration

  • What are the primary trends and experiences that are in demand from current and future tenants?

  • How have declining valuations affected property management?

  • What costs have been on the rise and how to negotiate better deals?

  • How are property managers leveraging technology to improve their business operations and lower operational costs?

  • The importance of attracting, building, and retaining top talent in property management.

Why This Matters:

The costs of operating a commercial real estate property in the DMV continue to rise while the valuation of many assets are on the decline and most tenants increasingly expect access to class premier services from their property managers. In order to maximize their assets, property owners have a critical decision to make. Do they vertically integrate their properties or hire third-party property managers? Moreover, to stay competitive, property managers must innovate new solutions and processes as they assess major trends and technology affecting the industry and innovate new solutions and services to attract and retain both tenants and talent. Join Bisnow as we explore with the DMV’s top property managers and service providers the trends driving the industry forward and the strategies and technologies they are adopting to stay ahead of tenant expectations and improve operational efficiency.
