Alec LeFort is the Regional Director for the East Coast. As one of VTS's founding employees, Alec has been integral in growing and scaling the sales organization, while adding many of the firm's largest customers to the client roster such as TIAA-CREF, Tishman Speyer, Equity Office, Boston Properties, and many more. While helping to oversee VTS's east coast sales operations his team has grown from 2 to 15 (company now has 170 employees total), including outside and inside sales, account management, and customer support, while also becoming VTS highest revenue generating region. Alec is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (CAS '10) majoring in International Relations.

Mr. Sullivan has over 30 years of experience in the design of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and life safety systems for government, commercial and institutional facilities. His expertise includes managing large teams of multi-discipline design professionals on complex renovation projects, performing detailed lease reviews, and due diligence investigations. As the owner and founder of WFT Engineering, his day-to-day responsibilities include oversight of MEP/FP engineering activities, project management, accounting, marketing, and client relations. Mr. Sullivan is also qualified as an expert witness regarding codes. He has been a featured speaker and panelist at professional symposiums and events including Bisnow's 5th Annual Real Estate Strategies for Associations and Law Firms in 2015 and the Federal Markets & Property Summit on Architecture and Design on "New Initiatives in Green Building & Sustainability".

Zach Wade has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate investment and project leasing and has led the company in over $500 million of office acquisitions since joining MRP Realty in 2006. During this time, he also played a major role in MRP’s coworking affiliate company, MAKE Offices, where he served as CEO and treasurer until April 2020. Prior to joining MRP, Zach was Director of Acquisitions for the Mid-Atlantic region of NPV/Direct Invest, an operating partner of Lehman Brothers, and was directly responsible for the acquisition of office and warehouse properties valuing over $120 million. While at Trammell Crow Company, Zach leased over two million square feet of office space in Northern Virginia. He is an Executive Committee Member for the Washington Real Estate Group. Zach received a B.A. in Economics and Communications Studies from the University of North Carolina and a Master of Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University.

Robert Ward is president & CEO of Skanska USA Commercial Development, which develops customer-focused, highly sustainable office, mixed-use and multi-family properties across the United States. As CEO, Robert is responsible for setting strategic direction - with focus on growing Skanska’s development operations in its existing markets and exploring expansion opportunities while improving operational effectiveness and efficiency.

Robert has held a number of leadership roles since joining Skanska in 2002, including Chief Operating Officer for Skanska USA Commercial Development, the Executive Vice President of development operations in Washington, D.C., and the EVP of development operations in Houston. He has managed more than $2 billion in projects in gateway cities across the country and in 2019, he successfully stood up Skanska’s first commercial real estate development division in Los Angeles, CA.

Robert serves on the Board of Trustees of the Federal City Council and the Board of Directors of the First Tee of Washington, D.C. He is a member of the Economic Club of Washington, D.C., the Virginia Tech Program in Real Estate Emeriti Board and has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Skanska Commercial Development Europe. Robert is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

Paul DeMartini

Mr. DeMartini joined Tishman Speyer in 2005 and is currently responsible for the company’s operations

in the Washington, DC, region, including acquisitions, dispositions and development in the DC, Virginia

and Maryland portfolios. He joined the firm as part of the Leadership Development Program, working in

both New York and Los Angeles, and throughout his tenure has been responsible for the acquisition,

disposition and development almost 12 million square feet of real estate, with a value of approximately

$6 billion. Previously, he worked in investment banking at Merrill Lynch and as a consultant for

Andersen Consulting. Mr. DeMartini is Vice Chair of the Office Development Council at the Urban Land

Institute and serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for the National Child Research Center. He

graduated cum laude from UCLA with a BA in business economics and received his MBA with honors

from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Palmer Scholar.

Paul R. Adkins is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Corporate Office Properties

Trust (COPT). He has overall responsibility for leasing, asset management, property management, government

services and commercial development, as well as developing and executing strategies to expand investment

opportunities, predominately regarding new development at existing Defense/IT locations. Paul joined the

Company in November 2016.

From 2011 until joining COPT, Paul served as Principal at The JBG Companies, a real estate investment and

management firm. Before his tenure at The JBG Companies, he was Executive Vice President and Managing

Director of the Washington, DC region for Grubb & Ellis Company from 2010–2011. Notably, Paul spent 21 years

at CarrAmerica Realty Corporation (formerly NYSE: CRE) from 1982-2003 in Leasing, Acquisitions, Private Equity

and ultimately President of Real Estate Services.

Paul earned a B.A. in Economics from Bucknell University in 1981.

Norman Dong served as the Commissioner of the Public Buildings Service (PBS) for the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA).

As PBS Commissioner, Mr. Dong lead one of the largest and most diversified public real estate organizations in the world. Mr. Dong managed the nationwide asset management, design, construction, leasing, building management and disposal of approximately 374 million square feet of government-owned and leased space, accommodating over 1 million federal workers, and covering all 50 states, six U.S. territories and the District of Columbia. Additionally, Mr. Dong oversaw an annual budget of approximately $10 billion and a workforce of almost 6,000.

Prior to joining GSA, Mr. Dong was Acting Controller at Office of Management and Budget (OMB), where he was responsible for coordinating government-wide improvements in all areas of financial management, including financial reporting, improper payments, open government, and real property management.

In addition to his Federal experience, Mr. Dong also has worked at the state and local levels of government. In the District of Columbia, he held several positions, including Deputy Mayor for Operations and City Administrator under Mayor Anthony A. Williams. And in Connecticut, he served as special assistant for finance and accounting in the Office of the State Comptroller.

Mr. Dong also has experience working in the private sector. In his role as Vice President at ACS, Inc., he managed several business units that provided operational and financial solutions for state and local government clients.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Yale University and a Master’s degree from the Harvard University John F. Kennedy School of Government. He currently resides in Washington, D.C., with his wife and two sons.

Elaine Clancy

Elaine Clancy, formerly the director of leasing for the National Capitol Region at the General Services Administration, is the Senior Vice President – Government Services Group for Lincoln Property Group. In this capacity, Ms. Clancy will lead Lincoln’s efforts to increase services provided to government tenants. Ms. Clancy will be based in the Washington, D.C. office and will lead a national team focused on providing services to federal, state or local governmental agencies or to landlords with those tenants in their buildings. Services may include leasing and strategic advisory services for sales or financing.

Ms. Clancy has more than 20 years of experience in real estate leasing, development, financing and investment banking. Prior to working for the GSA, Ms. Clancy served as managing director for Celtic Capital Management, as managing director for investing and portfolio management at Choice Hotels, and as senior vice president for real estate investment banking at Ferris Baker Watts. She also worked as senior vice president in real estate investment banking at Friedman, Billings, Ramsey and Company.
