Mr. Oliver T. Carr, III has been the President and Chief Executive Officer at Carr Properties Holdings LP since 2004. Mr. Carr co-founded Carr Capital Corporation in 1994 and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer until 2005. He was responsible for managing Carr Capital, and led managing major acquisitions and financial transactions at the firm. Mr. Carr served as a Director of WashingtonFirst Bankshares, Inc. and its subsidiary WashingtonFirst Bank from December 2012 to May 17, 2013. He served as an Independent Director of Alliance Bankshares Corporation since July 2007. Mr. Carr served as a Director of Alliance Bank Corporation since August 15, 2007 and Alliance Bankshares Corporation since July 2007. He received Master of Science in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1992 and his Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies, with a concentration in Economics, from Trinity College in 1987.

Mr. Trimmer has over 15 years of experience overseeing mixed-use and build-to-suit office development. He oversees several large scale redevelopment projects in Montgomery and Fairfax Counties, and GSA build-to-suit commercial buildings. He served as Project Executive for the delivery of a 575,000 SF build-to-suit for a new research campus for The National Cancer Institute, the 935,000 SF renovation of the Parklawn Building for Health and Human Services, and the development of a new 491,000 SF headquarters for the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. Prior to joining The JBG Companies in 2007, Mr. Trimmer was a Development Executive at Clark Realty Capital and had a previous tenure with JBG as an Associate. He is a member of ULI, NAIOP, the DC Real Estate Group, and is an accredited member of the Congress for New Urbanism. He is currently serving on the Reston Master Plan Special Study Task Force and the Phase 2 Dulles Rail Transportation Improvement Advisory Board. In the community, he is a board member of The Non-Profit Village, on the Special Gifts Committee for the Arlington Free Clinic, and on the Golf for Babies Committee for the March of Dimes. B.S. in Civil Engineering, The University of Virginia; M.B.A., Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Andrew Mcintyre is charged with overseeing and leading the asset management function of CPI’s growing residential and mixed-use portfolio while continuing his responsibilities of furthering the company’s development and S.A.M. Strategies. Through Mr. Mcintyre’s leadership and years of experience, CPI has successfully realized its long-term vision of redeveloping existing shopping centers into vibrant mixed-use residential projects.

Prior to joining Combined Properties, Mr. McIntyre was the Senior Vice President of Development and Construction for Penzance. Before Penzance he was Vice President of Development at The JBG Companies, Project Manager for PN Hoffman and a Project Engineer for Clark Construction.

Mr. McIntyre received his BS in Building Construction from the Georgia Institute of Technology and his MBA from Johns Hopkins University. He has served on the boards of the DC chapter of Habitat for Humanity and Canal Park in SE Washington, DC. He is an active member of ULI , the Northern Virginia chapter of NAIOP and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

As the Chairman of the Shooshan Company, John Shooshan is responsible for directing and implementing the strategic objectives and goals of the company. His active and dedicated leadership is vital in generating business opportunities and fostering community relationships. John's experience and in-depth knowledge provide guidance for the shared goals of the Shooshan Company team and its partners.

John continually strives to assure that the company presents a strong, positive image to all relevant stakeholders. In 2o08, the Shooshan Company completed the Liberty Center North project, a 1 million square foot, mixed-use project consisting of office, residential and retail space. Today, Mr. Shooshan is leading the Shooshan Company in the completion of the Liberty Center development; Liberty Center South, a 5.35 acre mixed-use project, consists of about 1.2 million SF of density among a significant two acre open park space in the heart of Ballston. In addition, under John's leadership the Shooshan Company recently was reasonable for the redevelopment of Marymount University's Ballston mixed-use campus and has a pipeline of new projects planned; including The Clarendon West project, located in the heart of Clarendon.

John founded the Shooshan Company in 1986. In 2007, he helped form Kodiak Realty Services, LW by combining the property management and engineering services of the Shooshan Company and Fred Schnider Investment Group to create a property management firm to focus on the developed properties. Previously, he served as Mid-Atlantic Regional Partner for Faison & Associates, Inc., Vice President of Development for Cadillac Fairview Urban Development, Inc. John began his career at the Oliver Carr Company, which became Carr America, where he was the Director of Marketing and Leasing. In these capacities, he gained extensive experience in development, financing, property management and acquisitions.

By far, John's proudest achievement is his family. He and his wife Marcia have been happily married for 44 years and have two children and three grandchildren. Their daughter Kelly serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Shooshan Company, and son Kevin is the Managing Director of Kodiak Realty Services and also serves as the Director of Marketing and leasing for The Shooshan Company. Both attended Georgetown University and have followed in their parent's footsteps in multiple ways, including their dedication to the family business, community involvement and charity work.

Since joining Monday Properties in 2005, Tim has successfully overseen the firm’s operations,

development projects, and strategic portfolio expansion. Under his leadership, the company has

invested more than $17 billion in capital, executed transactions totaling over 43 million square

feet, and expanded the firm’s multifamily portfolio to over 8,000 units.

Tim is well known in the Washington, D.C. region for exemplary placemaking at some of the

most prominent office buildings, including the iconic development of 1812 N Moore in Arlington,

VA now home to Nestle’s U.S. headquarters.

In addition to his accomplishments across the firm’s commercial office portfolio, Tim has gained

national recognition for his role in establishing Monday Properties as a leading developer and

investor of multifamily housing. Under his counsel, Monday Properties expanded the firm’s

footprint into high growth markets along the East Coast from the broader New York City metro

area into the Southeast.

Prior to joining Monday Properties, Tim was a partner at Westfield Realty, Inc., where he led

transactions totaling approximately $5 billion.

Tim is a graduate of American University. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the

Rosslyn Business Improvement District and previously served on the Board of Directors for

NAIOP’s Northern Virginia chapter.

Michael began his career in 1984 at Cushman and Wakefield (C&W) where he specialized in agency representation in the Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia markets. After a nine-year career with C&W, Michael joined CarrAmerica where he served as a senior leasing professional during the time that Carr transitioned from a private DC based developer to a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). After his tenure at Carr, he served as the senior leasing professional for Equity Office Properties (“EOP”) where he was responsible for overseeing all leasing functions for EOP’s 7 million SF portfolio in the Washington Metropolitan area. Evan Pritchard is a member of Venable's Real Estate practice, where he focuses on securing zoning and land use approvals for developers and landowners in jurisdictions throughout Northern Virginia, including Arlington, Fairfax County, the City of Fairfax, and the City of Falls Church, among others. He advises clients on state and federal legislation and regulations affecting real estate development and important changes to local jurisdictions' comprehensive plans and zoning ordinances. He has an active role in every project Perseus TDC undertakes from acquisition financing, development, marketing and leasing. Mr. Cohen has been an active participant in the Washington area real estate business since 1971. He began his career as a broker with Barnes Morris & Pardoe. In 1982, he became President of Barnes Morris and oversaw the growth of the firm into a leading and successful brokerage company. In 1991 Mr. Cohen and P. Wesley Foster Jr. became partners and merged Long & Foster Commercial with Barnes Morris and Mr. Cohen became Chairman and CEO of the combined company and soon thereafter acquired the Kaempfer management Company and grew that to manage more than 13 million square feet of office. In 1998 the company was sold to Insignia Financial Group and Mr. Cohen remained as the regional executive manager. A demonstrated real estate professional, Mr. Cohen has been involved in the acquisition and disposition of numerous real estate projects. He has acquired, on behalf of various partnerships, land for development and buildings for investment. He has invested in multiple projects such as a 150,000 square foot building at 2121 Virginia Avenue and is the developer of a partnership that owns land to develop over 700,000 square feet in the NOMA submarket of Washington, DC known as Storey Park. Some of the notable projects Mr. Cohen has been involved with include Redland Corporate Center, a 350,000 square foot office development; 1110 Vermont Avenue, a 308,000 square foot office redevelopment; 2440 M Street, a medical office building; 2101 M Street NW Hilton Hotel; 14W, a 250,000 square foot mixed use residential project; 1577 Spring Hill Road, McLean, VA. Anthony Chang is the Managing Director for Stream’s Northern Virginia Office. Fred Rothmeijer has 25 years of experience in commercial, residential and mixed-use real estate land and building development. With over seven years of experience in highly sophisticated development projects in Europe, he joined TCC in 1998. As Principal he was responsible for acquisitions and development of projects in the Washington Metropolitan area. Fred co-founded MRP Realty in 2005 and oversees the Development, Construction Management and Asset Management divisions. He has developed in excess of 6 million square feet of commercial, residential and mixed-use projects worth over $1.5 billion. Fred is a graduate of Columbia University School of Business with an M.B.A. in Finance & Real Estate, and Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands with a Master of Science degree, summa cum laude. Born in the Netherlands, Mr. Rothmeijer was an officer in the Royal Netherlands Air Force.

David Kitchens serves as Principal-in-Charge of Cooper Carry's Alexandria, Virginia office. In 30+ years of service with Cooper Carry, David has led mixed-use design efforts on a variety of award-winning projects including Mizner Park in Boca Raton, Florida. This mixed-use development has been recognized by a variety of organizations including the AIA, which bestowed upon it the Excellence of Design Award. David's work includes Bethesda Row in Bethesda, Maryland, which was awarded the Best Block in America 2002 by The Congress for New Urbanism, the Excellence Award from the Urban Land Institute and the DC/MD NAIOP Award of Excellence for Best Smart Growth Master Plan.

David grew up in Atlanta, Georgia, receiving Bachelors and Masters degrees in Architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology. His graduate studies concentrated on urban design and pedestrian urban spaces. He participates on AIA and ULI-sponsored Urban Design Assistance teams, making recommendations to cities for downtown redevelopment and transit-oriented development.

Recent work includes regional and national projects in Dublin, OH; Bridgeport, CT; and Nashville, TN. Notable projects in the Washington, DC area include redevelopment planning and design at Landmark Mall and Oakville Triangle in Alexandria, VA; and the redevelopment of Ballston Mall and Crystal City in Arlington, VA. He has also recently completed the design of the Woodley in Washington, DC and Halstead Tower, in Alexandria, VA.

David is active in the Urban Land Institute and serves on the national Public/Private Partnership Council, is an active participant on regional Technical Assistance Panels (TAPs) and is the Chair of the Baltimore/DC regional Transit Oriented Development Council. He is active the DC/MD Chapter of NAIOP and serves as chair of the Annual Awards for Excellence Committee. In his professional career, David’s central goal is to create great buildings and environments in connecting communities where people develop relationships as they live, work, play and learn.

Steve Taylor is Lyft's General Manager for the DC metro area. Prior to Lyft, Steve worked at PwC where he helped define and develop the company's venture capital strategy. Steve is the cofounder of District Ventures, an angel investment group, and serves as a Commander in the U.S. Navy reserves. He holds an MPM from Georgetown University and a BS from the United States Naval Academy.

Tina Leone, a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant, has more than 20 years of consulting, financial and management experience. She became the Chief Executive Officer of the Ballston BID in December 2011. The BID works to create a Ballston that people love through vibrant and dynamic branding and placemaking, elevated neighborhood experience, and relationship-building programs.

Prior to joining the BBID, she was the President/CEO of the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce beginning in July 2009. Within five months of coming on board, Ms. Leone streamlined the Chamber’s operations, re-established the Chamber as the voice for business in Alexandria and increased membership by 15%, from 630 to 715 members. The Chamber had reached over 800 members as she departed.

Her former positions included that of the President/CEO/CFO of The Lorton Arts Foundation where she provided leadership for the start- up 501(c)3 organization and transformed that vision into a vibrant cultural community that today hosts more than 100 artists at the Workhouse Arts Center at Lorton. The Workhouse is a 55-acre, 30 building-site formerly known as the former Lorton Correctional Complex. She guided the Workhouse proposal through Fairfax County’s adaptive reuse plan approval process and managed the Workhouse site rezoning, construction, and lease negotiations with Fairfax County, as well as completed a $26,200,000 public bond financing. She secured over $5,000,000 of donations and $6,000,000 of state historic tax credits. The Workhouse opened to the public in September 2008 and welcomed over 200,000 visitors within its first year.

Prior to joining The Lorton Arts Foundation, Ms. Leone held accounting and business consulting positions in various organizations. In these positions, she was responsible for audit, review, and compilation engagements, establishing and directing corporate financial policies, and overseeing human resource functions. She was the acting CFO for American View Networks, a national radio program syndication company and the Director of Finance for PromiseMark, Inc., a developer of Internet and computer related protection services. Ms. Leone also audited non-profit corporations and employee benefit plans with Keller Bruner & Company (now RSM) as well as performed international operational audits for the Department of Defense, Inspector General’s Office. She has created business plans, performed due diligence reviews, and assisted in obtaining funding of over $15,000,000.

Ms. Leone is a member the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Virginia Society of CPAs. She has an MS in Management Information Systems from George Washington University and a BS in Accounting from the University of Scranton.

Angela Fox was hired as the first President/CEO of the Crystal City BID in November of 2006. Under her leadership, the Crystal City BID has grown in both size and scope, dramatically changing the way the people see and perceive Crystal City. The Crystal City BID is also become a pioneer in the industry, with many of the programs and methods created by Ms. Fox being adopted by other organizations throughout the region. Prior to working at the Crystal City BID, Ms. Fox served as Executive Director and CEO for Cultural Tourism DC. While at Cultural Tourism, she expanded the capacity, visibility, viability, and reach of the organization in every area from membership and funding, to program delivery. She either initiated and/or delivered creative and innovative marketing programs including three Heritage Trails, WalkingTown Spring/Fall, Warm Up to a Museum, and Culture Cool. Though Ms. Fox now works in the non-profit sector, her background is primarily corporate. She has run her own consulting firm providing business strategy, marketing and executive coaching services to individuals, corporations, and non-profits, including ESPN, Bank of America, Association for Education Development, and more. She was also VP for Product and then Strategic Development at Simplexity, and she began her career in the Executive Development Program at Bell Atlantic (now Verizon). While at Bell Atlantic, she launched Bell Atlantic.net, the company's Internet Access product, and, as CIO for Consumer Services, their first e-commerce application for their consumer base; as well as appearing in two Bell Atlantic commercials and facilitating Diversity Management training throughout the organization. Graduating from Georgia Tech with Highest Honors in electrical engineering, Ms. Fox has honed a deep and meaningful commitment to her community. She currently serves and has on several boards, including the Arena Stage Corporate Board, Synetic Theater (as Chair), Georgia Tech, and the FotoDC Advisory Board. She is a past chair for the Capitol Fringe Festival and the Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company's board, which raised more than $9M and built a new theatre during her tenure. Ross Draber is the chief operating officer of United Bank, a subsidiary of United Bankshares, Inc., a $19.3 billion bank holding company. He is responsible for the performance and profitability of the Bank, directing commercial and consumer banking sales and service operations throughout the Washington, D.C. metro area. Draber oversees the region’s market presidents and works alongside them to drive growth and develop business strategy and execution plans.

Draber has played an integral role in United Bank’s expansion since assuming the role in 2015. During that time, United Bank has grown to over 70 branches in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C. It has the number one deposit market share among community banks in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Statistical Area. Draber is highly involved with the merger and acquisition team and was instrumental in the Bank’s successful acquisitions of Cardinal Financial Corporation and its subsidiaries George Mason Mortgage, LLC and Cardinal Wealth Services, Inc. (2017); Bank of Georgetown (2016); and Virginia Commerce Bank (2014).

Draber previously served as a senior vice president of treasury and corporate finance. In this role, he managed the capital adequacy and regulatory risk of United Bankshares, Inc., serving on the Asset Liability Committee (ALCO) and stress test development team. He oversaw the mergers and acquisitions analysis and supervised commercial loan pricing and term sheet structuring within United Bank. Prior to that, Draber held several positions in treasury and credit administration.

In his role, Mr. Damato is responsible for developing and implementing CEB’s strategic plan for its global real estate portfolio, collaborating with functional leaders to assess and deploy CRE best practices, and helping drive cultural shift in the design and utility of space. His team is currently focused on commencing the interior build-out of CEB’s new flagship HQ in Rosslyn (CEB Tower) which will house upwards of 2,000 employees. His teams supports more than 4,600 employees in more than 57 offices around the world. Over a 20 year career, Mr. Damato has served in a variety of real estate and finance roles. Prior to assuming his current position, he served in similar functions at MicroStrategy, a leading provider of business intelligence, mobile software, and cloud-based services. Mr. Damato also held leadership roles with CBRE and Mills Corp. Andy VanHorn is the Head of Real Estate for the Washington Commanders, where he oversees all of their real estate efforts, including the search for a new stadium site.

VanHorn joins the team with over 25 years of experience in all aspects of real estate investment, development, and operations. He most recently was President and Chief Development Officer at Dweck Properties, establishing a $900M development pipeline on company owned properties and a construction management company which completed $100M in work in its first three years.

Before Dweck Properties, Andy was an Executive Vice President at JBG Smith responsible for entitlement, community and governmental activities associated with the company's portfolio in National Landing. He has led a variety of notable projects in the DMV area, including Amazon’s HQ2, Virginia Tech’s Innovation Campus, and the mixed-use Potomac Yard commercial center.

Andy also worked in real estate private equity with Buvermo Properties and Charles E. Smith & Clark Construction. He received his BS in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University and his MBA from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.

Andy serves as a Board Member and an Officer for True Ground Housing Partners, a regional affordable housing developer. He is also an appointed member of the Arlington County Economic Development Commission.

Mary-Claire Burick is a dynamic and strategic leader whose focus is on building engagement and leading change. As President of the Rosslyn Business Improvement District, she is responsible for leading daily operations and creating programs that define, enhance and continually improve Rosslyn for those who work, live, visit and do business there. Her leadership in the area of business engagement has been recognized within the region, and has focused on building relationships and retaining businesses in Rosslyn, as well as working with the real estate community, property owners and Arlington County to welcome new businesses to Rosslyn.

Previously, Mary-Claire was President of MC Strategy, a consulting firm helping leaders build healthy and effective organizations. Prior, she was Vice President of Operations for Allbritton Communications, managing ABC-7, NewsChannel 8 and POLITICO. Earlier in her career, she helped launch the Fox NewsChannel, where she served as Operations Manager.

She was named Washington Business Journal’s Women Who Mean Business and has a certificate in Organizational Consulting and Change Leadership from Georgetown University and a BA in Communications from University of Delaware.
