Kevin Reynolds is Executive Vice President and Regional President, Director of Sales for United Bank, a subsidiary of United Bankshares, Inc. with $14 billion in assets and over 80 branches in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C. Formerly president and director of sales for Cardinal Financial Corporation, Kevin joined United Bank in April 2017, following its acquisition of Cardinal Bank. Prior to establishing Cardinal Bank with a select group of community bankers in 1998, he held executive and management positions with several leading area financial institutions, including George Mason Bank and American Security Bank.

Kevin’s volunteer efforts, business expertise, and hands-on support have helped organizations throughout the area raise funds and awareness for their causes. His contributions have made a difference to organizations as diverse as the American Heart Association, Cornerstones, The Economic Club of Washington, DC, Rotary International, The Gladney Center for Adoption, Children’s Science Center, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Special Olympics, Homestretch and The Martin Luther King, Jr. Cultural Foundation. He serves as chairman of the United Cardinal Classic, an annual golf tournament that has raised $5.3 million to benefit Inova Kellar Center and community organizations around the area.

Kevin’s contributions toward improving the quality of life in the region are widely recognized and reflect his years of service and dedication. He was elected board chairman of the 2015 World Police & Fire Games, the second largest multi-sport event in the world, surpassed only by the Summer Olympic Games. He was awarded the 2012 Tysons Regional Chamber of Commerce Executive of the Year for Large Businesses, and was finalist for the 2012 Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce Executive Leader of the Year. Kevin was named the 2010 Business Citizen of the Year by the Greater McLean Chamber of Commerce and was honored by the Association of Fundraising Professionals in 2009 as one of Washington’s most outstanding fundraising volunteers. That same year, he was honored by Leadership Fairfax with a Regional Leadership Award for fundraising leadership.

A graduate of The College of William and Mary, Reynolds earned an MBA in Finance/Business from The George Washington University. He lives in Oakton, Virginia with his wife, Stacey, their two children, and two golden retrievers.

Richard Lake is a founding Principal of Roadside Development. Roadside was formed 20 years ago as a Washington, DC-based

development company, focused on the creation of retail and mixeduse environments. Roadside has become one of the leading experts

in urban and town center development throughout the metropolitan Washington, DC region.

Mr. Lake has been responsible for overall acquisition, entitlement, development, leasing, and property management of more than 25 million SF over the past three decades. Notable recent projects include City Ridge located at 3900 Wisconsin Avenue, NW which occupies 550 feet of frontage

along Wisconsin Avenue NW, the site includes approximately 9.71 acres of land that is bound by a residential neighborhood to the south, Glover-Archbold Park to the west, and a private office building to the north; City Market at O & 880P, a million square foot, urban infill project in the

heart of the Shaw neighborhood in Washington DC, which spans two city blocks and featuresnearly 90,000 square feet of retail, 550 luxury rental apartments, 90 affordable senior rental units, a 182-room key hotel, a 500-car parking garage, and incorporates the historic preservation of the

nationally registered landmark O Street Market; Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center, a 105-acre mixed-use retail town center and residential community in Woodbridge, Virginia; and Cityline at Tenley, which preserved and transformed an abandoned historic Sears building into an award-winning mixed-use project that attracted Washington, DC’s first Best Buy and Container Storeretailers while also incorporating a contemporary addition of 204 luxury condominium units.

Mr. Lake’s talent for working with development teams and optimizing a project’s full value potential throughout all stages of the real estate cycle is one of his greatest assets. He has also served as a consultant on several real estate projects throughout the country, with an expertise in

place-making, by creating successful retail environments and public spaces that amenitize and enhance residential, commercial, and cultural uses to become vibrant mixed-use communities. Mr. Lake is a native Washingtonian and has been an active member of the business community

for over 30 years. Prior to co-founding Roadside Development, he was the founding partner of The Retail Group and led Madison Retail Group, a full-service retail brokerage firm that was the dominant leader in the DC and Mid-Atlantic markets. He began his career in real estate as a

broker with Smithy Braedon ONCOR International. He is a graduate of Boston University.

Mr. Lake currently serves on the board of directors for several non-profit and economic development organizations, including Co-Chair of the Washington DC Economic Partnership, Iona Senior Services (also previously President of the Board), Executive Committee Member for DCBIA, Prince William County Economic Advisory Board and Trustee of Federal City Council. Mr. Lake is also a member of ULI and ICSC

Vicki Davis is responsible for managing the acquisition, planning, design, and

implementation of all Urban Atlantic projects, and asset management of properties that

the company owns and its Mid-City Community CDE investment portfolio. With over 28

years of experience in real estate development, she formerly served as Deputy Director

of the Maryland Housing Fund and Maryland DHCD -Division of Credit Assurance. Her

experience also includes portfolio management for MNC Financial-South Charles Realty

and multifamily development for Trammell Crow Residential.

As President of Urban Atlantic Development, Ms. Davis has managed development of

over $2 billion in real estate projects and asset managed over $4 billion in real estate

investments. She has developed over 6,000 multifamily residential units and 600,000

commercial square feet for Urban Atlantic, including eight HOPE VI mixed-finance public

housing redevelopment projects, as well as transit-oriented mixed-use projects.

Ms. Davis holds a MBA in Finance from American University, an MS in Engineering &

Construction Management from University of Texas, and a BS in Civil Engineering from

the University of Maryland. She taught for 12 years in the Johns Hopkins Real Estate

MBA program and is a LEED AP.

Mr. Powell has over eleven (11) years of experience overseeing the full life-cycle of the preservation and

development of affordable and mixed-income communities – both homeownership and rental – for families and

seniors. His responsibilities include structuring multi-layered financing, coordinating design and construction,

managing the entitlement and public approval processes, overseeing marketing, leasing and sales, and oversight of the

preparation and implementation of operating budgets. Prior to joining Dantes Partners, Mr. Powell was a senior

development manager for the development arm of a national organization whose mission was to increase the supply of

high-quality, sustainable housing and communities for people from all walks of life. During that time, Mr. Powell

completed developments in the District of Columbia as well as multiple jurisdictions in Maryland. Mr. Powell has

served as a guest speaker for the University of Maryland’s and Howard University’s architecture programs; numerous

industry-focused panels including ULI, HAND and MAHC; serves as the chairman of the Board of Directors of

AAREP DC; and serves as a gubernatorial appointee on the Maryland Department of Housing and Community

Development’s Housing Finance Review Committee.

Ernest (“Ernie”) Drew Jarvis is a recognized leader with exceptional knowledge of, and relationships in, the region’s commercial real estate and business communities. Combining unique roles in management, tenant representation, and asset ownership responsibilities, he has the depth of experience to craft the very best real estate strategies. Ernie has had senior leadership roles in two publicly traded commercial real estate companies, including having served as CBRE’s Washington, D.C. Market Leader, one of CBRE’s largest offices. During his tenure, Ernie managed over 60 brokerage professionals and over 10 different specialty groups.

Prior to his leadership role, Ernie represented the real estate interests of a diverse group of clients, ranging from the American Red Cross, Fannie Mae Foundation, and Radio One’s national headquarters, just to name a few.

Most recently, Ernie collaborated with First Potomac Realty Trust’s (NYSE: FPO) leadership team to create and implement a strategy for expanding its Washington, D.C. office portfolio. The company hit that goal. Additionally, Ernie created D.C. regional leasing goals and achieved an over 90% leased office portfolio. Ernie also played an integral role in the successful renovation of 440 1st Street, N.W.

As a fifth generation Washingtonian, Ernie has worked diligently to become part of the fabric of the community. He has been cited in a number of periodicals including the Washington Post, the Washington Business Journal, Globe St., Bisnow, and other industry periodicals.

Ernie has taken an active role in the business community and has served in leadership positions in a number of prominent organizations.

Jad Donohoe is Senior Vice President of Donohoe Development Company and of The Donohoe Companies, and is the Chair of the Friendship Heights Alliance, the future Business Improvement District for Friendship Heights. Jad is responsible for leading new development projects, entitlement, and community engagement, and identifying new residential, hotel, and mixed-use development opportunities. Jad has over 15 years of experience developing projects across northwest DC and suburban Maryland, including 1200 multifamily units currently under construction or development up and down Wisconsin Avenue.

Mr. Chod joined Tishman Speyer in 2008 and is currently the Regional Director for the greater Washington, DC, region. Mr. Chod began his tenure at the company within asset and portfolio management for the Washington, DC office, where he focused on recapitalization of the 6-million-square-foot regional portfolio and larger asset management strategy. Most recently, he covered acquisitions and development for the DC region as well as Atlanta, helping oversee over $4B in capital transactions. Mr. Chod currently serves on executive committees for The Real Estate Group, the Commercial Real Estate Brokers Association and BID for the Capitol Riverfront. Previously, he held board positions on the Capital Markets Committee of DCBIA, Mentorship Program for the Urban Land Institute, and the Young Leadership of the Jewish Federation of Washington, D.C. He holds a BBA in finance from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Prior to her appointment as Interim Director of the DC Office of Planning (OP), Anita Cozart

served as Deputy Director of Community Planning and Design, her second tour of service at OP.

In that role, Ms. Cozart oversaw OP’s work on neighborhood planning and urban design. Her

teams have spearheaded the recent Comprehensive Plan update, commenced the next

generation of neighborhood plans, and developed the Streets for People program to activate

downtown public spaces and support economic recovery. As Interim Director, Ms. Cozart looks

forward to advancing implementation of the Comprehensive Plan, community plans, and zoning

and preservation initiatives that support District goals around COVID-19 recovery, housing

equity, resilience, civic resources and racial justice.

Ms. Cozart has a history of public sector work primarily focused on Washington D.C. She

previously served at OP as a Neighborhood and Citywide Planner and Chief of Staff. Prior to her

return to OP, she served as a managing director at PolicyLink, where she led place-based,

equitable development initiatives in cities across the United States. She brings to her current

work at OP a decade of experience utilizing a racial equity lens with community planning,

housing, transportation and infrastructure policy.

Ms. Cozart holds a Master of City & Regional Planning from the University of California,

Berkeley and a Bachelor of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of

Pittsburgh. She is a proud resident of Ward 5, where she lives with her spouse and children.

McLean Quinn is President of EYA, LLC. He oversees corporate management and strategy, investor relations, acquisition and development strategy and project stewardship, and chairs the Partnership Committee. Before being named President in February 2019, McLean served as Vice President of Acquisition and Development, leading acquisition, negotiations, entitlement, underwriting and project stewardship for numerous projects at EYA. McLean is active in ULI and is past participant in the ULI Washington Regional Land Use Leadership Institute and Leadership Montgomery.

Before joining EYA, McLean evaluated opportunistic real estate investments for Morgan Stanley's Real Estate Fund (MSREF) in New York and worked in private equity and investment banking at Wells Fargo in Charlotte, North Carolina. He earned a BA in Political Science from Davidson College and an MBA with Distinction from the Kellogg School of Management, where he was an Austin Scholar. McLean lives in Washington D.C. with his wife and two children.
