Boro Tower is a premiere high-rise office tower located in Tysons, Virginia. The property consists of twenty floors for a total of 435,096 sf. The property includes an 8-level parking garage, three ground level retail spaces, and a rooftop deck with amazing views of Northern Virginia and parts of the District. The garages can be accessed via the property entrance on Solutions Drive. The property is also conveniently located right at the Greensboro Station Metro entrance, allowing for quick and easy access to Reston, Arlington, and the District.

Mukang Cho founded Morning Calm Management and is the firm’s Chief Executive Officer and Managing Principal. Prior to joining Morning Calm Management, Mr. Cho was Chief Executive Officer and Principal of In-Rel Properties, a Managing Principal in charge of real estate strategy at Crown Capital Management and its affiliates, and a partner in the real estate practice group of Kirkland & Ellis. He began his career as a corporate attorney at Cravath, Swaine & Moore and then served as a principal of Trifecta, a distress focused middle market investment firm. In his capacities as principal and advisor, Mr. Cho has successfully completed hundreds of transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $100 billion.

Mr. Cho is a member of the President’s Council of The Real Estate Roundtable and the Cornell Real Estate Council. He is also a Vice Chairman of the Medical Peace Foundation, a non-profit organization started by his late father which develops free medical centers around the world. Mr. Cho graduated with a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. From Cornell University (with distinction).

Morning Calm Management is a real estate investment firm with a focus on special situation investing and commercial real estate credit. Through its affiliates, the firm owns and operates approximately 10 million square feet of commercial real estate throughout the United States and manages a series of separate accounts, funds and ventures for its equity and credit strategies.

Under Mr. Dean's leadership, M.C. Dean has grown twentyfold in annual revenues. Jean leads marketing at ID.me, the company fast becoming the verification layer of the Internet. Previously she led growth and strategy initiatives for Cisco Webex. Jean joined Cisco from Fuel Growth Group, the marketing and strategy firm she founded to help technology CEOs and their global teams transform industries. Clients included Acano and IoT company Disruptive Technologies.

Previously, Jean was the Chief Marketing Officer at video conferencing leader Tandberg, which grew from underdog to over $1 billion in annual revenue during her tenure. Tandberg was subsequently acquired by Cisco, where Jean led collaboration marketing.

Jean has been responsible for over 50 launches driving $5 billion in revenue. She has been an adjunct professor at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, and received her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Bob Kettler

Bob Kettler is the Chief Executive Officer and owner of Kettler, one of the D.C. region’s largest private companies and a leading real estate development and property management enterprise.

Mr. Kettler began his career in the early 1970’s renovating apartments and retail stores, as well as building new homes in D.C. neighborhoods. In 1977 he formed Kettler (under the name Kettler and Scott) as a home building company and later transitioned from home builder to planned community developer in the early 1980’s.

Utilizing capital from institutional investors and banking institutions, Kettler experienced rapid growth and became the leading planned community developer in the D.C. region. In over 25 projects, Kettler has provided 46,000 developed lots to both public and private home builders, 15 shopping centers, 10 million square feet of planned commercial uses, and 8 eight championship golf courses. Examples of these developments in Virginia include Cascades, Brambleton and Piedmont. Currently, Kettler has over 2,000 lots in development, primarily in infill locations, on a total of 10 properties from Baltimore, MD to Fredericksburg, VA.

Kettler has been successful in developing several notable commercial mixed use projects of approximately 5 million square feet including the 1.4MM square foot Village at Leesburg and the 2MM square foot Trinity Center.

Beginning in 1988, Kettler entered the apartment development industry building over 24,000 multifamily units in garden, mid-rise, high-rise and mixed-use properties. These developments also include award winning luxury apartment communities such as Metropolitan Park in Pentagon City as well as 2,500 condominium homes with a gross sales value of nearly $1 billion. Examples of these communities are Midtown Alexandria Station and Midtown Reston Town Center. Additionally, Kettler has developed 7,000 tax credit and bond financed apartments in 40 properties.

Currently ranked as the 16th largest multifamily developer in the nation and the 2015 development firm of the year by MHN, Kettler’s development pipeline includes over 5,000 total units. Projects currently under construction in the D.C. metropolitan area are The Acadia at Metropolitan Park, Element 28 in Bethesda, m.flats Crystal City, 2101 Champlain Street in Washington D.C. and Highgate in McLean, VA.

Additionally in 1988, Kettler established Kettler Management, the property management division of the organization. Recognized for its excellence and named the 2008 Property Management Company of the Year by NAHB, Kettler Management provides best in class management, marketing, and pre-development services to its clients. The company currently manages over 30,000 apartments in 100+ communities throughout the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, South East and Texas for both Kettler affiliates and third-party clients.

Recognized as a leader in the real estate development industry, Mr. Kettler has been the recipient of the Building Industry Association’s Monument Lifetime Achievement Award, the Developer of the Year award given by the National Association of Home Builder’s as well as appearing on the Washington Business Journals Power 100 list for the last three consecutive years.

Currently, Mr. Kettler serves on the board of the Trust for the National Mall, the Tysons Partnership board, the Kennedy Center corporate board and Wesley Seminary board. Throughout his tenure, Mr. Kettler served on boards for George Mason University, Northern Virginia Community College, the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association, and the National Methodist Church. He has also served as a Trustee at St. Patrick’s Episcopal Day School in Washington, D.C., and the Potomac School in McLean, VA. Mr. Kettler and his wife, Charlotte, co-chaired a successful $50 million capital campaign to redevelop the Potomac School in McLean, VA.

Kettler also sponsors an annual scholars program at the George Mason University Center for Regional Analysis for the study of multifamily housing. Additionally, Kettler is the official apartment management company of Monumental Sports and Entertainment, and has been the sponsor of the Kettler Capitals Iceplex in Arlington, the state of the art official training center for The Washington Capitals since its grand opening in 2006.

Mr. Kettler has been married to his wife Charlotte for 31 years. The couple has four adult children and resides in McLean, VA.

Gary is the Chief Investment Officer and a Partner of Meridian. Gary is responsible for

acquisitions, capital activities and investor relations.  He also serves as Chair of the Investment

Committee. Gary led the fundraising and investing efforts of Meridian Realty Partners I and II,

Meridian’s discretionary private equity funds raised in 2012 and 2016. Between these two funds,

Gary has completed in excess of $2.5 billion in investments with over $1 billion of equity in 15

transactions.

With over 30 years of industry experience, Gary represented Meridian in its first 3 years of

investments as a partner at Vinson & Elkins LLP in Washington, DC. He then headed up the

Real Estate Fund’s Acquisitions Group as a partner at The Carlyle Group, where he led and

completed over $12 billion of investments with $3.4 billion of equity in nearly 200 transactions.

These included the acquisition, development, structured financing, and recapitalization of office,

hotel, retail, residential, industrial, land, senior living, and mixed-use properties. He also led the

firm’s efforts in the formation of Carlyle Realty Partners I, II, III, IV and V – an aggregate of

over $5 billion in investor commitments – before joining The Meridian Group in November

2007.

Gary received his B.A. from Vanderbilt University and his J.D. from The University of Texas

School of Law. Gary is on the Advisory Board for George Washington University Business

School's Center for Real Estate and Urban Analysis.

Mr. Pine leads the leasing strategy for redeveloping department stores across the Brookfield Properties portfolio and spearheads efforts to bring new uses to those anchor spaces, such as retail, fitness, grocery, entertainment, and more. He started at the company in 2011 as Senior Vice President of Big Box Leasing.

Previously, Mr. Pine worked as Vice President of Real Estate for Whole Foods Market, where he transacted more than 1 million square feet of leases per year, and as a real estate director for Brinker International, where he was responsible for the rollout of emerging concepts.

Mr. Pine graduated from the University of California in Santa Barbara with a bachelor's degree in organizational psychology.

Mark is vice president for CDUS in the Washington metro area. His responsibilities include the pursuit, acquisition and execution of development projects. He oversees project development teams and supports the executive vice president/area manager in growing Skanska’s development business throughout the region.

Mark has more than 20 years of industry experience and has worked with site acquisition, site planning, design, development, construction management and the disposition of income-producing properties. He previously served as regional director of development for JPI, a national development firm. Mark’s development experience includes land, office, retail, multifamily and hotel development projects, primarily in the Washington and Baltimore markets.

Mark holds a Masters of Architecture degree from The Catholic University of America and a Masters of Engineering Management degree from The University of California at Berkeley.

Donna, a founding member of Cityline Partners, is responsible for Cityline’s strategic planning, and for oversight of the company’s day to day execution of its business plan. Prior to Cityline, Donna was affiliated with West*Group for several years, first as the CEO of Park*Crest, and then as Executive Vice President for West*Group. Prior to her tenure at West*Group, she was General Counsel and Vice President of Real Estate for Opus East, and a partner with the law firm of Hazel & Thomas, now known as Reed Smith.

Donna serves on the Board and Executive Committee for George Mason University Foundation, and chairs the Foundation’s Real Estate Committee. She is also on the Board of New Hope Housing and a member of the Urban Land Institute Executive Committee, and the Urban Land Institute Trends Committee. Donna earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia, and her Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law.

Elizabeth has been a planner with WCL&W since 1990. Prior to joining the firm, she was the Vice President of Planning for the Milton Company, a homebuilder in Northern Virginia. Her public sector experience has included working as a Land Use Planner for Fairfax County and as Economic Development Coordinator for the City of Falls Church. Elizabeth specializes in Fairfax County, City of Fairfax, and Town of Herndon matters, helping clients achieve comprehensive plan amendments and zoning approvals and assisting them in the resolution of land development/site plan issues. She has worked on numerous residential, commercial and large scale, mixed-use projects as well as redevelopment transit-oriented projects.

Most recently, Elizabeth has focused on transit-oriented developments for the extension of Metro’s Silver Line through Tysons Corner to Dulles Airport.

Kevin Reynolds is Executive Vice President and Regional President, Director of Sales for United Bank, a subsidiary of United Bankshares, Inc. with $14 billion in assets and over 80 branches in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C. Formerly president and director of sales for Cardinal Financial Corporation, Kevin joined United Bank in April 2017, following its acquisition of Cardinal Bank. Prior to establishing Cardinal Bank with a select group of community bankers in 1998, he held executive and management positions with several leading area financial institutions, including George Mason Bank and American Security Bank.

Kevin’s volunteer efforts, business expertise, and hands-on support have helped organizations throughout the area raise funds and awareness for their causes. His contributions have made a difference to organizations as diverse as the American Heart Association, Cornerstones, The Economic Club of Washington, DC, Rotary International, The Gladney Center for Adoption, Children’s Science Center, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Special Olympics, Homestretch and The Martin Luther King, Jr. Cultural Foundation. He serves as chairman of the United Cardinal Classic, an annual golf tournament that has raised $5.3 million to benefit Inova Kellar Center and community organizations around the area.

Kevin’s contributions toward improving the quality of life in the region are widely recognized and reflect his years of service and dedication. He was elected board chairman of the 2015 World Police & Fire Games, the second largest multi-sport event in the world, surpassed only by the Summer Olympic Games. He was awarded the 2012 Tysons Regional Chamber of Commerce Executive of the Year for Large Businesses, and was finalist for the 2012 Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce Executive Leader of the Year. Kevin was named the 2010 Business Citizen of the Year by the Greater McLean Chamber of Commerce and was honored by the Association of Fundraising Professionals in 2009 as one of Washington’s most outstanding fundraising volunteers. That same year, he was honored by Leadership Fairfax with a Regional Leadership Award for fundraising leadership.

A graduate of The College of William and Mary, Reynolds earned an MBA in Finance/Business from The George Washington University. He lives in Oakton, Virginia with his wife, Stacey, their two children, and two golden retrievers.
