Mr. Marquez, Sr. EVP and President of Commercial Banking joined the Company in August 2011. Mr. Marquez has over 29 years of experience in the banking industry. Prior to joining EagleBank, he established the real estate lending franchise for HSBC for the Washington, DC market. Earlier he was the head of Commercial Real Estate lending at Chevy Chase Bank from 1997 to 2005 and previously held various lending positions at The Riggs National Bank in Washington, DC after starting his career at the Chase Manhattan Bank in New York.

As Senior Vice President, Jennifer is responsible for many strategic and operational aspects of the company including client relations, business development, marketing and communications, human resources, and community outreach. In this role she continuously works to improve and enhance our project delivery system, with a relentless focus on complete client satisfaction.

Prior to joining Bognet Construction, she worked in the software industry in both sales and systems engineering for Oracle Corporation and Marriott International. Jennifer is very active in commercial real estate organizations such as Commercial Real Estate Women and was the 2014 President of the DC Chapter. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the Smeal College of Business at the Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Science degree in Information Systems from George Mason University.
