What You'll Learn
In 2022, we saw more demand than supply within the industrial sector. How are developers and builders keeping up with high demand while still attracting tenants into these facilities? What are the current tenants’ needs and wants?
Site selection: Are there certain neighborhoods in the Mid-Atlantic getting more attention for industrial hubs than others?
As e-commerce continues to boom across the nation, is the Mid-Atlantic region investing in automated material handling equipment? What does this mean for the region's labor force if we implement more of this technology?
How is the Mid-Atlantic incentivizing construction workers, contractors and infrastructure workers? Are there certain initiatives or programs being put in place to help increase labor?
Industrial Outdoor Storage: What is attracting tenants and investors to this asset class, especially within the Baltimore market? Who’s investing in this type of industrial property, local or outside players?
How You'll Do More Business:
The Mid-Atlantic industrial market continues to keep up with the latest demand. According to JLL's Q3 2022 Industrial Insight report, the Washington D.C. Metro area saw a 16.8% year-over-year rent growth in industrial products. As we continue to see more demand than supply within this sector, developers, builders, and investors are needed to get creative on attracting tenants within the area. Join us as we discuss the latest developments, investments, innovations, warehouse types and more!
Who You’ll Meet: Top industrial owners and developers, investors, tenants and thought-leaders in the DMV industrial space.
