COLE SCHNORF joined the firm in 1986 and serves as Senior Vice President/Director of Development. In this role he has direct oversight for specific projects, oversees the department's budget and serves as a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. During his tenure he has steered the company in its development of over 2.5 million square feet of speculative office/research and development space, corporate build to suits and industrial parks throughout the Baltimore/Washington Corridor.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Schnorf served in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Sonat, Inc. in the mergers and acquisition department.

Active in the industry as part President of the Maryland NAIOP chapter and particapnt in the national forums, Cole has co-chaired the United Way Howard County Campaign and served on the boards of ARC of Howard County (past President), Superintendent’s Advisory Council on Business Education Partnerships, and a member of the Howard County Economic Indicators Committee. Additionally, he is a graduate of Leadership Howard County, as well as a Boy Scout leader.

Mr. Schnorf received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from Georgia Institute of Technology.

As a Managing Director based in the New York office, Tom Griggs is responsible for leading the Industrial & Logistics

practice for the Hines East Region. Tom’s primary focus is on sourcing and executing new development and

acquisition opportunities for the New York, Boston, and Washington D.C. offices. Prior to joining Hines in 2019, Mr.

Griggs held industrial acquisitions and development roles with Macquarie Infrastructure & Real Assets (MIRA),

Realterm, and LaSalle Investment Management in North America and Europe. Tom has a bachelors in finance from

Penn State, and an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.

Kerry Doyle

Kerry co-heads real estate and development and oversees day-

to-day operations for Tradepoint. In 2014, he was part of the

Redwood Capital investment team that acquired the 3,300- acre

Bethlehem Steel facility. Since joining the Tradepoint executive

team in 2015, he has been involved in over 8 million square feet

of industrial development.

Kerry brings expertise in underwriting investment

opportunities and assisting with portfolio management. Prior to

joining the team at Tradepoint Atlantic, Kerry was at Redwood

Capital Investments. He previously worked in the Investment

Banking Division at Barclays Capital, where he advised clients

on merger and acquisitions, debt financings and equity raises.

Kerry also worked at Houlihan Lokey in the Financial

Restructuring Group. There he acted as an advisor to debtors, creditors and committees in out-

of-court recapitalizations, sales processes and plans of reorganization.

Kerry received a B.B.A degree with a dual major in Finance and Accounting from the University

of Wisconsin and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Fred devotes his time to the acquisition and development activities of the Pinkard Group. Prior to joining the firm, Fred was a Senior Vice President at Bernstein Management Corporation, where he sourced and executed value-add office and multifamily acquisitions, as well as ground-up development opportunities, totaling over $1.0 billion.

Fred is a member of the Governing Board of Beauvoir School, The National Cathedral Elementary School, and a Board Member of Van Ness Main Street. He received a B.A. from Brown University, a J.D., cum laude, from the American University Washington College of Law, a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance and Development from Columbia University, and his M.B.A. degree from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management.

Owen joined MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC in 2019 as Vice President of Investment Sales, leading the firm’s investment sales team which specializes in the third-party acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate assets in the State of Maryland and surrounding region, and advises clients on investments strategies, value maximization, and stabilization.

Prior to joining MacKenzie, Rouse was affiliated with Manekin, LLC of Columbia, MD. He was recruited in 1995 to unwind Manekin’s position in institutional joint ventures which ultimately gave rise to a boutique investment sales platform. As Director of Manekin’s Investment Services practice, Rouse represented clients in the purchase and sale of investment real estate, site selection and assemblage, underwriting, and structuring transactions. Rouse then assumed the position of Director of Brokerage overseeing 22 brokers across three offices. He finally shifted his role with Manekin to Capital Markets, identifying and structuring potential projects – and the venture partners to fund them – as well as playing an active role in the strategy and direction of the firm. Rouse is active with area nonprofits including the Advisory Council for Stevenson University where he is currently serving as President; and, Habitat for Humanity of the Chesapeake. He has also served as President of CORFAC International, a national/global network of commercial real estate services organizations and former President of the local chapter of National Association of Office and Industrial Properties.

Lisa Goodwin is a Senior Vice President at MRP Industrial and is responsible for leading the

marketing and leasing of the company’s development portfolio.

Lisa has more than 25 years of experience in industrial real estate and has negotiated over 15

million square feet of lease agreements with many of the nation’s leading Fortune 500

companies. Prior to joining MRP Industrial in 2017, Lisa was Vice President/City Manager at

Liberty Property Trust and has held positions as a senior Asset Manager and Vice President at

Goldman Sachs and New Boston Fund respectively.

Lisa is a former member of the board of directors for the Maryland Chapter of NAIOP and holds

a B.S. in Marketing from Arizona State University.

Taylor O. Chess is Senior Manager Director, Development for Peterson Companies and serves on the Company’s Investment Committee. Taylor has developed retail projects valued over $250 million. He is a visionary, known for spotting acquisition opportunities, imagining the possibilities, divesting of property, acquiring land, and building joint ventures.

Taylor has been instrumental in leading the company’s expansion into new ventures and development and looks at all disciplines of real estate to find the best use based on market conditions and social and economic changes.

Prior to Peterson Companies Taylor was Senior Vice President, Investments at Regency Centers where he established the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast offices. During his eight years, he developed 11 centers valued at approximately $660 million and assisted in the acquisition of 140 centers.

Taylor studied at California State University, Northridge. He serves on numerous philanthropic boards and committees including Joe Gibb’s Youth For Tomorrow, Fairfax County Sports Tourism Tax Force and mentors real estate students through ULI’s mentoring programs. He was recently appointed by Gov. Glenn Youngkin as a member of the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority board of directors to help establish policy and provide direction to management for the operation of Dulles International and Reagan National Airports and the Dulles Toll Road. He served as ICSC’s State Director of Maryland, Washington D.C. and Virginia and has been a guest speaker for the GWU Real Estate Program.

FUN FACT: While studying in California Taylor tried his hand at Hollywood and landed roles in popular television shows and movies like Dynasty, Matlock, Solid Gold and Space Balls to name a few.

FAVORITE PROJECT: Creating new development opportunities. Once he’s achieved a goal, he looks forward to the next big thing.

Chris Rodriguez

Chris Rodriguez is a Senior Vice President in the MidAtlantic office of Trammell Crow Company, specializing in commercial office, healthcare, industrial and multifamily product types. In this role, he is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and originating ground-up development and value-add investment opportunities. Additionally, Chris is engaged in market analysis, underwriting, due diligence, financial modeling, capital structuring, leasing, and asset dispositions.

Prior to joining TCC, Chris worked for HFF’s New York City debt and equity capital markets team where he executed approximately $2 billion of debt and equity real estate financing. Chris holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Virginia.

John Dettleff

John Dettleff leads JLL's Metro DC Industrial Team. He and his four-person team have leading occupier representation and agency leasing market share throughout the entire Washington, DC metropolitan area. John also partners with JLL’s Industrial Capital Markets Group, coordinating debt, equity and investment sale solutions for his clients. Occupier clients include leading firms in the ecommerce, logistics and construction/infrastructure arenas. Investor clients include, Blackstone, Brookfield, Fundrise, Nuveen, Prologis and Open Industrial. John holds a Masters of Business Degree from Marymount University, Arlington, Virginia and two Bachelor of Arts degrees from Marymount University, Arlington, Virginia.

Steve Wolf

Steve Wolf handles a large number of audit and review engagements and is also

involved with providing tax compliance and strategic planning for clients of the

firm. He is knowledgeable in a wide variety of industries, with a concentration

in real estate, government contractors, restaurants and franchisor businesses.

Outside of work, Steve is very involved in community service, as a board

member and volunteer for multiple organizations. You can find him on the ice

every Saturday morning between October and March, serving as a mentor and

coach with Baltimore Area Special Hockey, an ice hockey program for both

children and adults with a traumatic brain injury or intellectual disability such as

Autism and Downs Syndrome.
