As Managing Director of the Eat + Drink Studio, Jay coordinates the activities of a team of talented industry experts on projects that include concept visioning and development, operational analysis and oversight, and full concept implementation. Jay has spent over 30 years in the restaurant and hospitality sector and has served as the Managing Director for Dean & Deluca, Global Brand Leader for EDITION Hotels, VP of Lifestyle Brands for Marriott International, and has held key leadership roles at iconic properties such as The Inn of the Anasazi, La Mansion del Rio, and the Inn at Little Washington. As an independent restaurateur, Jay has co-developed concepts in Santa Fe, Baltimore, and Washington DC.

As Chief Operating Officer of Relevant Hospitality, Dan is responsible for the overall success of the company’s hospitality assets from development to operations. Prior to joining Relevant Group, Dan served as COO for Ian Schrager Company. He began his career in F&B Operations before transitioning into Hotels. He holds a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from Georgetown University.
