suite of our products and services to provide complete solutions for our customers. Joe has more than

22 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, operations management, and

system engineering strategies.  Joe started his career with the U.S. Air Force Nuclear program and then

lead one of the world’s largest financial data center portfolios. Joe provides strong technical and

business leadership skills with the proven ability to analyze an organization’s business requirements,

identify deficiencies and potential opportunities, and develop innovative solutions to meet the

customer’s business objectives.

Adam Knobloch has been involved in the commercial real estate event and media space since 2010, having held roles in sales, account management, production and coordination. He joined Bisnow Media as the Global Director of Data Centers after having led event sales and strategy efforts in the CRE space for nearly a decade. Since 2012, he has found a significant passion for the data center and technology sectors, while building an international network of active followers across numerous asset classes in the US, UK, Canada and Ireland. In his current role, Adam oversees Bisnow Media's event and sponsored media strategy for the data center sector, having expanded its Datacenter Investment Conference & Expo (DICE) Series event offerings to more than 15 markets, with an international presence in the UK and Canada.

He previously held a board member role on the Telecom Exchange (TEX) Advisory Board, collaborating on content, speaker recommendations and event strategy. Additionally, he has made a point of promoting local and national organizations with a focus on STEM education and advancing the next generation into the technology sector through support, collaboration and ambassadorship. Notable organizations include the Nomad Futurist Academy, Infrastructure Masons, H5 Data Centers' STEM Fest and local chapters of both 7X24 Exchange and AFCOM.

In his personal life, Adam is a musician, having toured the east coast as the drummer of The Gantry. He was a frequent member of the NYC folk/indie rock music scene and is currently the drummer for A.M. County.

Adam holds a Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration from American University's Kogod School of Business, with a focus on Marketing and Public Relations.

Dawane is the Division Vice President of Voice, Wireless and Platforms for Verizon’s

Partner Solutions organization. He is a 20+ year Telecommunications and IT

veteran with strategy, sales, marketing and operations experience.

In Dawane’s current role, he leads a Global organization responsible for product line

management and sales of Voice, Mobility, Cybersecurity, Data Center Collocation

and Application Services. He also drives the integration programs designed to help

drive account traction of the Next Generation product portfolio offerings from

Internet of Things (IoT), Machine-to-Machine (M2M), Over-the-Top (OTT), Digital

Advertising and Machine Learning. Dawane’s team helps to identify emerging sales

strategies, technology shifts and also develops new models to address the rapidly

growing ‘as a service’ market.

Dawane was a member of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST)

Cloud Carrier Working Group and Board member of the Cloud Exchange Forum. He

holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mass Communications from James Madison

University and lives in Ashburn, VA with his wife and two children.

Jack has 25 + years experience leading large teams to design, build, and operate commercial networks for wireless service providers including Sprint Nextel, PDV Wireless, and Cricket. He has deployed over $1 billion worth of network infrastructure and launched systems in multiple major markets including Los Angeles, NY, Boston, Dallas, Houston, Philadelphia, Washington DC, San Diego, and Las Vegas.. He holds a BS in Physics from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, a post-graduate certificate in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of California Irvine, and a MBA from the University of Southern California.

veteran with more than 30 years of experience building, scaling, and operating data center,

fiber, and edge computing platforms across the United States. He currently serves as CEO of

Duos Technologies Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: DUOT) and Duos Edge AI, where he leads the

company’s strategy and execution for deploying patented, modular Edge Data Centers that

deliver secure, low-latency compute to underserved and high-growth markets.

At Duos Edge AI, Mr. Recker is responsible for driving the design, deployment, and expansion

of multi-access Edge Data Center infrastructure supporting education, healthcare, carriers,

municipalities, and enterprise customers. Under his leadership, Duos Edge AI has rapidly

expanded its footprint across Texas and into new markets, while introducing differentiated

technology protected by U.S. patents, including the company’s patented modular data center

entryway designed for secure, clean-room-level equipment protection.

Mr. Recker is a repeat entrepreneur with a strong track record of value creation. He founded

Edge Presence in 2017, which was acquired by Ubiquity in 2023, and previously founded Colo5

Data Centers, which was acquired by Cologix, Inc. in 2014. Earlier in his career, he played a

key role in the early development of the fiber and telecom industry, leading and supporting high-

performing sales and operational teams during periods of rapid infrastructure growth. His

leadership and entrepreneurial success have been widely recognized. Mr. Recker has received

multiple industry honors, including the Jacksonville Business Journal’s Ultimate CEO Award,

BizTech Innovations’ Best CEO Award, and inclusion in Inc. Magazine’s list of the 500 fastest-

growing companies. He was also named to the Jacksonville Business Journal’s "Top 40 Under

40."

A respected industry thought leader, Mr. Recker is a frequent speaker at major

telecommunications, data center, and digital infrastructure conferences, where he shares

insights on edge computing, AI infrastructure, and scalable deployment models. He began his

professional career serving in the United States Marine Corps, an experience that shaped his

leadership philosophy and enduring focus on teamwork, discipline, and execution.
