Dr. Nicole K. Henley has worked in information technology for the past 20 years. She is the Site Server Operations Manager for Google Data Centers in Loudoun County, Virginia, focusing on deploying and maintaining Google's world class infrastructure. Dr. Henley has held technology positions in multiple industries such as banking, aviation, the Federal Government, and healthcare, and she was also enlisted in the U.S. Air Force. Prior to Google, she served as Vice President of Technology, overseeing the Data Center and Information Security Program for Emprise Bank. Dr. Henley has a successful track record of leading and recruiting diverse teams. She is passionate about the creativity, unity, and awareness that diversity brings to the workplace.

Dr. Henley holds several degrees and certifications in Information Technology and Cyber Security. She holds a Bachelor of Science in information technology, Master of Science in information systems, and Doctor of Management in organizational leadership. She received professional recognition from the Wichita Business Journal for becoming a Certified Banking Cyber Security Manager.

Clae Anderson is the Director of IT Support for Kaiser Permanente’s Data Center Operation (DCO) team, with a primary focus on physical infrastructure and operations Clae leads the Digital Twin program across Kaiser Permanente’s data center portfolio bringing with him his career experience spanning across Hospitality, Semiconductor and the last 12 years in Healthcare.

Tamara Budec joined Digital Realty in April 2013 as VP Portfolio Operations. Since then, Tamara has held various roles in Operations, Design & Construction and Colocation Interconnection Service Delivery, with her current role as VP of Implementation Services. Prior to Digital Realty, Ms. Budec was VP Critical Systems and Engineering with Goldman Sachs & Co where she was responsible for risk management of the firm’s business critical environments and held various roles supporting service fulfilment including provisioning of compute and network infrastructure. Tamara has received BS (Dipl. Eng. Arch) degree from Zagreb University, Croatia and Masters from Cornell University.

John has spent his entire professional career operating, protecting and servicing mission-critical facilities, including leading the operations division for BCS; being responsible for enterprise data center facility operations for a leading financial services company; and heading critical infrastructure and strategy for 207 Time Warner Cable critical facilities.

For more than 10 years, Donna has served as ISC Technology Service’s IT Sr. Director of Infrastructure Operations at the University of Pennsylvania – Data Center Management, Network Operations, Enterprise Automation, and other associated Infrastructure disciplines. She is responsible for leading the ISC Operations’ team and its transition to implement the ITIL methodology into day to day operations, infusing enterprise automation within the Operations environment, and implementation of a Quality Management System. The organization conforms to the ISO 9001:2015 quality standard. In this (and previous) roles, Donna has traditionally been brought in to transform organizations into more efficient, high performance operations. She is also an adjunct faculty member for Wilmington University’s Graduate and Undergraduate Programs in Technology. Professionally, Donna holds Board positions in the AFCOM Midlantic, 7x24 Exchange Delaware Valley, and Liberty Valley Association of Contingency Planners organizations. Donna holds a B.A. from Neumann University and an MBA from Wilmington University.

Todd Czworniak is an Associate Partner and Supervising Mechanical Engineer for Syska Hennessy Group’s Critical Facility Practice. He is a registered Professional Engineer (IL) and a LEED Accredited Professional. Todd has extensive experience in the design of data center mechanical systems for complex mission critical projects. His various mission critical facility clients range from enterprise users to global colocation providers to market-leading hyperscale cloud platforms. Whether master planning a greenfield campus or assessing an equipment upgrade or retrofit, he coordinates closely with project stakeholders to balance efficiency and reliability and integrate the most appropriate technology for their businesses. His design experience includes central water- and air-cooled chilled water plants; direct- and indirect-evaporative cooling air distribution equipment; dry cooler and glycol systems; refrigerant-based economization systems; central water treatment and humidification plants; various liquid cooling applications including water-on-chip and submersion baths; and dedicated ventilation and exhaust systems. Todd earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Systems from Bradley University. His Professional Affiliations include U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).

Danny joined the DataBank management team in 2011. As the head of DataBank's technical operations, hen is responsible for all facility infrastructure and data center operations. With over 28 years of Telecom and management experience, His oversight ensures DataBank clients have the highest levels of security and redundancy in the industry. Prior to DataBank, Danny managed multiple facilities totaling more than 100K sqft. of raised floor for Denver-based ViaWest. He was also the Director of Technical Services for colocation provider Dataside, and spent 16 years with Cable & Wireless, managing the company's central US operations. Danny also served in the United States Air Force.

Therese is based in the Company’s Denver office and leads EdgeCore’s day-to-day data center operations and customer-lifecycle activities, from lease execution and move in through expiration and move out, including space build out, on-going support, and incident management. Therese brings significant experience in designing strategy and leading execution and operation of end-to-end service-delivery and customer-support teams, systems, and processes. Therese joined EdgeCore following roles of progressive accountability at CoreSite Realty Corporation, most recently as Vice President supporting and leading the company’s activities around customer-lifecycle management for more than 1,200 customers and $500M+ in annualized revenue. Her responsibilities included a) on-boarding and capacity deployment, b) on-going support via self-service systems (portal management) and a team of Strategic Account Service Representatives, c) capacity and contract management, d) service-processes design and improvement, and e) incident engagement, remediation, and avoidance. Prior to CoreSite, Therese was a Dean’s Research Fellow at the University of Colorado Law School, where she authored and collaborated in authoring works related to cybersecurity, telecommunications, and technology. Therese holds a B.A. in International Business from The University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law.

Nat Tafuri joined the company as part of its recent acquisition of Zayo’s colocation segment, zColo. In his role, Nat leads global data center operations for the DataBank portfolio, which includes more than 60 facilities in North America and Europe. Mr. Tafuri is responsible for managing teams that oversee engineering, construction, maintenance, service delivery, and data center operations. With nearly 30 years of experience, Mr. Tafuri has held leadership positions with telecommunications and data center companies beginning with MFS Communications in 1991. At MFS, he managed the national deployment of switch and colocation facilities during deregulation in the telecommunications industry. Mr. Tafuri held a similar role with Level 3 Communications building facilities across their national network. When he joined Zayo Group in 2009, Mr. Tafuri took on the challenge of network deployment across all cell tower projects in the United States for the Fiber-to-the-Tower (FTT) group. In 2011, he led the launch of Zayo’s colocation business which included responsibility for due diligence and integration efforts for Zayo’s data center acquisitions.

Hawaii and Guam. Prior to NSW PEP, Fred was

with Vertiv for nearly 18 years. As Sr. Technical

Director, Thermal Solutions, Fred served as the

corporate technical interface for large end-users

and consulting engineers who specialized in

mission critical thermal designs. A key function

of that role was to provide input on product

development based on customer needs and

market demands. Prior to that, in the OEM

group, Fred worked with OEMs and end-users

to gain adoption of existing Liebert Products as

well as create specifications for new products.

Before his OEM role, Fred was Director of Sales

and Marketing for Cooligy. Cooligy designed

and manufactured chip level liquid cooling

solutions for OEMs. Fred has served on several

Industry groups; The Green Grid, Open

Compute Project and Open19 (now called

Sustainable & Scalable Infrastructure Alliance

(SSIA)). Fred holds a Bachelor of Science

Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the

As VP and GM at Iron Mountain Data Centers North America, Rick Crutchley is responsible for General Business Operations for Iron Mountain Data Centers in North America. His experience and demonstrated history of working in the Information Technology and services industry enables him to build diverse teams to solve the challenges IMDC's customers need to conquer. Rick is also a strong sales professional skilled in Operations Management, Sales, Data Center, Management and Software as a Service (SaaS).

Charisse Richards has 25+ years of infrastructure and operations experience. Charisse has held various senior leadership roles in the Data Center, Hospitality, and Government industries.

Charisse is currently the Chief Information Officer for the Judicial Branch of Arizona in Maricopa County, the country’s 4th largest court system. Prior to her current role, Charisse has served as CIO/Vice President of IT and Integration – Global Data Centers with Iron Mountain. She has also held positions as Chief Information Officer, Chief of Staff, and Vice President of Global Initiatives at IO Data Centers. Charisse served as Senior Director and Director of Systems and Database Administration at Choice Hotels International, where she and her team developed the infrastructure for ChoiceADVANTAGE©, the hospitality industry’s first cloud-based property management system in 2001.

Charisse has been a frequent speaker on topics such as diversity in STEM, leadership, and recruiting and retaining women in the data center industry. She’s a former AFCOM panelist on Women in Data Center and has frequently participated panels on hybrid infrastructure and service platforms. In 2018, Charisse was identified as TOP 5 Most Influential Women in Data Center.

Charisse holds a Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University; a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the University of Arizona.

Charisse currently serves as Co-Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee.

Ms Hulbert is CEO of Opus Interactive. Shannon has led the strategy and vision for the cloud provider since 2011. Prior to cloud, Shannon was in the utility energy-efficiency sector for 8 years. Opus Interactive is a hybrid and multicloud solutions provider with a dedicated FEDRAMP Moderate Ready IaaS/PaaS environment and can be found on the FedRAMP marketplace under OpusGov (OG). OG is housed inside of FISMA High faciliites, operated by screened US citizens. This environment is restricted to US federal, state, local and tribal governments, and their partners - backed by over 24 years of proven reliability in the commercial sector.

Fascinated by the “why” behind the growth of emerging industries, Lloyd started with numbers, research, and analytics. He spent years in East Coast markets as an analyst, identifying commonalities where development activity was emerging. Moving to the opposite coast, Lloyd began curating content on commercial and biotech tenant trends in the PNW.

Lloyd’s persistence in dissecting how people shape environments continues to drive his interest in the CRE sector. Christina Kite is a senior technology, finance, and operations executive with more than 25 years of experience leading large, global cross-functional teams and programs for Fortune 50 and Government organizations. She is currently the Global Director for Strategy and Operations at Amazon Web Service’ Professional Services

Before joining AWS, Christina was the Vice President of Global Business Strategy and Analytics at Oracle where she was responsible for driving key business and customer strategies and initiatives across the cloud development organization. Prior to Oracle, she was the SVP for Corporate Group Strategy & Operations at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. She has also held senior executive positions at Goldman Sachs, Cisco and Northrop Grumman. An aerospace engineer who grew to CFO, Christina also has her MBA from MIT and graduated cum laude with a BS in Management Science. She also has attended graduate programs at Stanford University and the University of Southern California (USC).

As Director of Business Development, Rikki leads the facility management and owner services offering for T5. In her role, Rikki focuses on supporting the mission critical needs of data center owners, investors and end users through T5’s full-lifecycle platform of services.

Rikki has thirteen years of data center industry experience. She is the Vice President on AFCOM DFW’s Board of Directors and lives in Dallas.

Chris leads business and commercial efforts for ScaleMatrix and its various brands and business units. Gary’s passions for our environment drove him and his partner Dr. David Sundin to found Engineered Fluids in 2017 to bring to market SLIC cooling technology powered by their unique biodegradable dielectric coolants to offer environmentally conscious datacenter operators and customer a viable alternative to traditional power and water intensive air conditioning.

Gary has more than 30 years of success across multiple technologies building companies and sales, marketing, and product management teams in mobile/wireless, cybersecurity, network management, transmission infrastructure, and real estate development industries. His past positions at both public, private, and start-ups include: President of Star2Star Communications, Global Vice President – Service Providers and Cloud at Polycom, VP Global Sales at IBM Tivoli Software, SVP Sales and Product management at Ditech Networks.

Ms. Nicole Fellouris' career in IT Security and Ethical Hacking spans over 20 years, and she has been in the security industry since 1996 as an ethical hacker and security consultant. Prior to founding Elite Development Group, Inc. in February 2002, she was a Chief Information Officer at one of the first technology-based .COM’s from 1997 to 2001. Prior to her spearheading her own company, she was recruited by multiple intelligence agencies. Choosing to launch her own firm specializing in Cyber Security, Threat Mitigation/Intelligence, State sponsored Sabotage/Espionage and Compliance initiatives she stayed close to her roots within the US Intelligence agencies which lead to an appointment in the FBI Private Partnership organization Infragard. In 2020 she assisted in launching the cyber, cloud security and compliance firm Flipside Security startup with her long-time mentor. In addition to devoting her time to Flipside Security’s growth, she carries the honor of Advisor to Dataspace Advisors, Needpipe and her most recent Advisory appointment at Sicrum.

TJ is a sought-after speaker and consultant for IT Digital Transformation and Edge/Cloud computing. Frank McCann is a 30 year veteran of Verizon and Verizon Wireless, focusing on data center design, retrofits and greenfield builds. He has held several leadership roles within Verizon, most recently leading the Potomac Region’s Wireline Network Construction team. Frank also recently lead the Global Wireline Standards team, which encompassed all of Verizon Wireline’s network facilities worldwide.

Outside of his day job, Frank is on the Executive Board for Monmouth Council of Scouting America as well as Assistant Scoutmaster for his son’s troop. He lives at the beautiful Jersey Shore.

Pete is the founder of the PTS companies specializing in Data Center IT and Workplace solutions. For more than 22 year, Pete has been guiding any-scale data center development, commercial/industrial construction and managed IT/managed hosting projects.

His knowledge is a unique blend IT, data center facilities and workplace technologies. He is, in fact, an Accredited Data Center Tiers Designer (ATD) and has been involved in the development of millions of square feet of data center and enterprise space.

Pete is immersed in the evolving hybrid-enterprise - balancing on-site data centers and technology, with colocation, and cloud. Further, he is at the forefront of the evolving edge data center market.

Santiago Suinaga, Senior Vice President, Cloud and Hyperscale at Stream Data

Centers, is a seasoned data center professional and senior executive with 20+ years of

industry experience across more than 10 countries. His background spans data center

design, critical operations, M&A, sales, finance, and cost management in high-growth

markets.

In his role at Stream Data Centers, Santiago is responsible for strengthening current

client relationships to earn additional business, while developing new relationships with

strategic accounts. He serves as a steward of Stream’s reputation as a highly reliable

platform and trusted partner with a 25+ year track record of leasing data center capacity

to Fortune 100 companies. Today, Stream—backed by strong investment partners—is

positioned to develop and deliver large-scale, high-power AI, cloud, and compute

deployments.

He most recently served as CEO of Infrastructure Masons and CEO of KIO Networks

Data Centers, where he spent a 19-year career building the platform and executing a

USD 1.2 billion exit transaction. Santiago has served as an Advisory Council member, is

a founding member of the iMasons Climate Accord, and spearheaded the launch of the

iMasons Power Accord.

Santiago holds a dual MBA from IPADE Business School and the Haas School of

Business at the University of California, Berkeley. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in

Business Administration from the Iberoamerican University.

His industry certifications include Uptime Institute Accredited Tier Designer (ATD) and

Accredited Tier Specialist (ATS); CNet Certified Data Centre Design Professional

(CDCDP) and Certified Data Centre Management Professional (CDCMP); as well as

DCD Academy Data Center Design Awareness.

Santiago’s family is originally from Spain. He grew up in Mexico City and has lived in

Texas for the past six years with his wife and two daughters. He loves music—he is a

singer, plays the guitar and piano, and was formerly the frontman of a rock ’n’ roll band.

Bruce Armstrong Taylor is a co-founding partner of SmartNations Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, dedicated to ESG Impact Investing and developing highly sustainable digital infrastructure in frontier, emerging and developing economies. The purpose is to support and help those societies at any level achieve UNSDG and UNEP objectives through Digital Transformation, Industry 4.0, Smart Cities and Clean Energy technologies and infrastructure. Taylor serves on the United Nations Environmental Programme Digital Transformation Task Force and its Coalition for Digital Environmental Sustainability (CODES). He is a 30-year award-winning veteran ICT journalist in all media formats who has specialized in the data center and digital infrastructure industry over the past 17 years, first as a founding principal of Uptime Institute’s Symposium series on data center uptime resiliency and sustainability, then as Executive Vice President North America for London-based Datacenter Dynamics.
