With more than 25 years of experience in mission critical construction and design, Lane Anderson has an extensive background in MEP projects and design and construction leadership. Having delivered over 3.5 million square feet of data center projects, Lane is well versed in designing for efficiency to pursue low PUE facilities and has strong expertise in building design and construction teams.

At QTS, he is responsible for Corporate Development, Construction, Design and Strategy, as well as Strategic Procurement.

Adam Knobloch has been involved in the commercial real estate event and media space since 2010, having held roles in sales, account management, production and coordination. He joined Bisnow Media as the Global Director of Data Centers after having led event sales and strategy efforts in the CRE space for nearly a decade. Since 2012, he has found a significant passion for the data center and technology sectors, while building an international network of active followers across numerous asset classes in the US, UK, Canada and Ireland. In his current role, Adam oversees Bisnow Media's event and sponsored media strategy for the data center sector, having expanded its Datacenter Investment Conference & Expo (DICE) Series event offerings to more than 15 markets, with an international presence in the UK and Canada.

He previously held a board member role on the Telecom Exchange (TEX) Advisory Board, collaborating on content, speaker recommendations and event strategy. Additionally, he has made a point of promoting local and national organizations with a focus on STEM education and advancing the next generation into the technology sector through support, collaboration and ambassadorship. Notable organizations include the Nomad Futurist Academy, Infrastructure Masons, H5 Data Centers' STEM Fest and local chapters of both 7X24 Exchange and AFCOM.

In his personal life, Adam is a musician, having toured the east coast as the drummer of The Gantry. He was a frequent member of the NYC folk/indie rock music scene and is currently the drummer for A.M. County.

Adam holds a Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration from American University's Kogod School of Business, with a focus on Marketing and Public Relations.

Chris Kincaid

Chris oversees the design and construction of Stream Data Centers’ product portfolio of Hyperscale Data Centers, Private Data Center™ facilities and Ready-to-Fit™ powered shells. He has more than two decades of experience in project management services, including more than a dozen years focused on mission-critical data center construction and commissioning. Since joining Stream in 2012, Chris has expertly managed an extensive supply chain to support data center projects in excess of 200 megawatts. Chris is a graduate of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and is a certified project management professional. He is also a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.

Anthony Caracino

Anthony Caracino, Senior Vice President of Global Construction, is responsible globally for overseeing all datacenter design and construction activities, including new campus builds, existing datacenter refresh program and providing custom solutions for customers, coordinating across internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure project success throughout the Digital Reality global portfolio. His team has delivered projects successfully throughout North America, EMEA and APAC.

Anthony joined Digital Realty in 2008 and has more than 33 years’ of experience in the design/construction of Data Centers and Mission Critical facilities.

Anthony is a registered architect in the state of New York and received his Bachelor of Science degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, MA.

With nearly 15 years of construction management experience, Rob Dean, VP of Design and Construction, has been involved with almost every aspect of a successful construction project. He has led capital improvement projects for a renowned public American university, managed projects for national General Contracting companies, and now leads the team that designs and builds CoreSite’s world-class data center facilities.

In each stop, Rob learned that repeatable features and processes are essential, but each project is unique and challenging in its own way. “All projects have similarities,” he says. “However, every project has its own nuances, and each one has the potential to challenge the limits of your team's skill, expertise and patience.”

Kevin Dalton

Chief Data Center Officer

Kevin Dalton serves as Chief Data Center Officer for Cumulus Data, a division of Talen Energy Corporation. In this role, he leads the design and construction of data centers and supports technical customer sales efforts. He has over 30 years of experience developing 1,000 MW of data center capacity ($10B CapEx) across over 75 data centers globally.

Mr. Dalton is an expert in leveraging supply chain optimization and modular prefabricated construction techniques to drive rapid growth, improved quality, and speed to market. Throughout his career, he has set the standard for next-generation data center designs and led multiple successful sustainability initiatives.

Prior to joining Cumulus Data, Mr. Dalton served as Senior Vice President of Design & Construction for NTT Global Data Centers, responsible for leading the team that designs and delivers world-class data centers. Before his tenure with NTT Global Data Centers, he spent 12 years at Digital Realty in technical and senior management roles, including seven years as Vice President of Engineering, leading teams of engineers to deliver data center solutions for customers around the world. Mr. Dalton previously spent 10 years at MGE UPS Systems, a world leader in uninterrupted power supply systems, and nine years at McClier Corporation, a design-build firm.

Mr. Dalton earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago.

exceeding $3.2B in 2019. Under Ryan’s leadership, Clayco has become a Top-4 Office

and Top-10 Data Center builder with Fortune 500, Big Tech, Hyperscale &

Colocation clients across the U.S. Ryan credits his success to dynamic teamwork, an

ability to listen to and understand his client’s most important and pressing needs,

then working with them in a hands-on, collaborative and transparent manner to

best achieve their mission, vision and goals without ever losing sight of their very

real business imperatives like schedule and cost. Ryan is passionate about

disruptive technologies, mentorship, contributing to the greater good and client

relationships. He holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and

a Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University.
