Deborah Ratner Salzberg manages Uplands’ investor relations and capital-raising activities.

She previously was the Washington, DC Region Chairman for Brookfield Properties, a global real estate development and operating company with 300 million square feet of prime commercial space and 59,000 apartments under management, as well as 9 million square feet of commercial space in development.

Prior to joining Brookfield, Debby worked for over 30 years at Forest City Realty Trust. Most recently, she served as President of Forest City Washington, a subsidiary of Forest City Realty Trust, overseeing the company’s activities in the DC, Philadelphia, Boston, and New Jersey markets. During her career with Forest City, Debby’s responsibilities spanned development, leasing, construction, financing, and management, beginning with individual projects and progressing to executive supervision of multiple high-profile, large-scale developments in the DC Region, including The Yards in the Capitol Riverfront district, Waterfront Station in Southwest DC, and the redevelopment of Ballston Quarter in Arlington, Virginia.

Debby began her career as a trial attorney in the Civil Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. She earned a bachelor’s degree from George Washington University, a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco, and is a member of the California Bar Association. Debby is active with numerous community and professional organizations, including the Federal City Council, District of Columbia Building Industry Association (DCBIA), the Washington Housing Conservancy, the Urban Land Institute, Kenyon College, CubeSmart (CUBE), and the NY Common Real Estate Advisory Committe

Sheila C. Johnson is Founder and CEO of Salamander Hotels & Resorts (SHR), which operates a collection of properties along the east coast and in the Caribbean. SHR includes the equestrian-inspired Salamander Resort & Spa in Middleburg, Virginia, which has been awarded the distinguished Forbes Five Star rating. The collection also features Innisbrook in Tampa Bay, which is home of the annual PGA Valspar Championship; The Henderson, a luxury beach resort in Destin, Florida; the spectacular Hotel Bennett in Charleston, South Carolina; and Half Moon in Montego Bay, Jamaica, which is opening a new resort experience called Eclipse this fall, 2020.

As Vice Chairman of Monumental Sports & Entertainment, Ms. Johnson is the only African-American woman to have ownership in three professional sports teams: the NBA’s Washington Wizards, the NHL’s Washington Capitals (2018 Stanley Cup Champions), and the WNBA’s 2019 World Champions Washington Mystics, for which she serves as President and Managing Partner.

In 2017, Ms. Johnson was named on Forbes Magazine’s Top 50 America’s Richest Self-Made Women. WE Capital, a venture capital consortium to support and invest in female-led enterprises with a goal of promoting social impact and generating financial returns was spearheaded by her in 2016. She also serves on the board of the Greater Washington Partnership, which seeks to strengthen the region’s global position as a center for commerce and innovation.

Ms. Johnson has long been a powerful influence in the entertainment industry, starting with her work as founding partner of Black Entertainment Television. She has served as executive producer of documentary and feature films, including The Butler, directed by Lee Daniels. Ms. Johnson is founder and chair of the Middleburg Film Festival, an annual celebration of independent films. The festival is dubbed by the Washington Post as “an itty-bitty Cannes…” and referred to by RogerEbert.com as “…the place to be during Oscar season”. It continues to attract Oscar worthy films such as Greenbook, La La Land and 2019’s Oscar winner Parasite.

In 2006 Ms. Johnson was named global ambassador for CARE, a leading humanitarian organization fighting global poverty by empowering women because they have the unique power to help entire communities escape poverty. “Sheila’s I Am Powerful Challenge” was instrumental in helping raise funds for CARE’s important work. She served as a member of Accordia Global Health Foundation’s International Council, rallying support for the foundation’s efforts to overcome the burden of infectious diseases in Africa.

A fervent supporter of education, the Sheila C. Johnson Fellowship at the Harvard Kennedy School supported a cohort of 50 fellows – emerging leaders dedicated to improving the lives of the underserved. As a board member of the Jackie Robinson Foundation, she created the Rachel Robinson International Fellowship program - providing the scholars the opportunity for international service and study abroad. Ms. Johnson endowed two chairs at her alma mater, the University of Illinois - School of Music.

At the University of Virginia, the Sheila C. Johnson Center for Human Services was established to provide evaluation and treatment in various specialties of childhood development.

Roberta Liss

As the Southeast Regional President, Roberta Liss is responsible for Cushman & Wakefield’s entire business in the state of Florida, Atlanta, Nashville and the Carolinas. Roberta is responsible for transformation and growth, client relationships, talent development and performance management across the Southeast U.S.

Prior to this role, Roberta served as President, East Region, overseeing all of Cushman & Wakefield’s business in one third of the US. She partnered with leaders in Chicago, Minneapolis, Boston, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington, DC, Bethesda, and Tysons Corner offices to advance corporate strategic growth, transformation, and operational optimization initiatives. She joined Cassidy Turley/DTZ, a predecessor Cushman & Wakefield company, in 2015 and served as Managing Principal for the Washington, DC Metro Region, as well as the President of the Eastern Region for DTZ.

Before joining DTZ, Roberta served as Executive Vice President of Leasing, Marketing and Acquisitions at BECO Management. Before joining BECO, she was Executive Vice President of CBRE in Washington, DC, where she was a tenant and landlord broker and led strategic planning efforts. She also has served as Director of Brokerage for Washington, DC, and Maryland at Trammell Crow Co. where she was a principal and led capital markets, tenant representation, agency leasing, retail leasing and tax appeal.

During her 36-year career, Roberta has executed transactions totaling more than 30 million square feet of space, has transacted eight building sales, and has advised Fortune 100 companies, financial institutions, health care companies, institutional owners and private developers on real estate matters, transactions and strategic planning.

Roberta received a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering degree from Pennsylvania State University, as part of the University's 5-Year Engineering Program.

Rebecca Owen

Rebecca Owen is a senior executive and attorney with over 20 years of experience investing in, developing, and managing $900 million in equity in a multi-billion dollar portfolio of commercial real estate for a large privately-held office, while managing the legal needs of a diversified investment company.

Ms. Owen is a leader at Clark Enterprises, Inc., ranked by Forbes as one of America's top 100 largest private companies. Clark is a family owned business, headquartered in Bethesda, MD, with over $4 billion of Clark net asset value concentrated in real estate and construction. Ms. Owen serves as President of CEI Realty, Inc., the real estate investment business line, and as Chief Legal Officer of the parent company.

Before Clark, Ms. Owen served as a real estate attorney at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP in Washington, DC from 1987 until 1994, and at Sheehey, Furlong & Behm in Burlington, VT from 1994 to 1995.

Ms. Owen has the following external corporate board experience:

-- Carr Properties: Board of Directors member from 2013 to current. Carr Properties is a $1.5 billion private office REIT with over 3.5 million square feet in the Washington, DC area.

-- Columbia Equity Trust (formerly NYSE: COE): Board of Directors member of the initially private company, in 2005, to assist with the IPO process. Remained on the Board of Directors after COE's $180 million IPO in June 2005, until it was taken private in March 2007, with the guidance of Ms. Owen acting as COE's lead director of the independent take private committee.

Ms. Owen has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Washington since 2006, having served as chairman of resource development. She previously served on the Board of Directors of the Make A Wish Foundation of Greater Washington.

Ms. Owen graduated from the University of Chicago Law School and from Hamilton College, Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa.

Jodie McLean

Jodie W. McLean is Chief Executive Officer of EDENS, one of the nation’s leading private owners, operators and developers of retail real estate. With a more than 25-year tenure at EDENS, she has been a key player in the company’s growth and expansion to its current marketplace leadership, capitalized by blue chip investors and assets valued at $6.5 billion.

Jodie is responsible for EDENS’ strategy to move the portfolio to major urban centers and first-ring suburbs, creating a portfolio of assets that are the center of community life. She was named Chief Investment Officer in 1997, President in 2002 and CEO in 2015. Overall, she has been responsible for the development, redevelopment, acquisition and disposition of more than $20 billion in retail assets. McLean passionately believes that retail should evolve beyond a shopping experience, and advocates for connectivity to the communities surrounding the company’s retail centers. To ensure this, each EDENS development is crafted to serve as an authentic gathering place, including a unique merchandising mix and welcoming design elements, fostering a sense of engagement with its neighbors.

McLean is Chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond and serves on several Board of Directors including Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK), Wofford College and Milhaus. She is also a Trustee of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and The Real Estate Round Table. McLean is a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network’s Liberty Fellowship, Class of 2009.

A native of Chicago, IL, she holds a B.S. in Finance and Management from the Moore School of Business, University of South Carolina, and a degree from South Carolina Honors College.

Vicki Davis

Vicki Davis is responsible for managing the acquisition, planning, design, and

implementation of all Urban Atlantic projects, and asset management of properties that

the company owns and its Mid-City Community CDE investment portfolio. With over 28

years of experience in real estate development, she formerly served as Deputy Director

of the Maryland Housing Fund and Maryland DHCD -Division of Credit Assurance. Her

experience also includes portfolio management for MNC Financial-South Charles Realty

and multifamily development for Trammell Crow Residential.

As President of Urban Atlantic Development, Ms. Davis has managed development of

over $2 billion in real estate projects and asset managed over $4 billion in real estate

investments. She has developed over 6,000 multifamily residential units and 600,000

commercial square feet for Urban Atlantic, including eight HOPE VI mixed-finance public

housing redevelopment projects, as well as transit-oriented mixed-use projects.

Ms. Davis holds a MBA in Finance from American University, an MS in Engineering &

Construction Management from University of Texas, and a BS in Civil Engineering from

the University of Maryland. She taught for 12 years in the Johns Hopkins Real Estate

MBA program and is a LEED AP.

Sherry Cushman

Sherry Cushman has spent her nearly 30-year career exclusively advising tenants in the legal sector throughout the United States. She is headquartered in C&W’s Washington, DC office and travels the country working with law firms to develop long-term business and real estate strategies that support and fulfill their strategic business goals and objectives. Ms. Cushman’s focus is on implementing real estate solutions that closely integrate her clients’ business, financial and operational goals with a focus on profitability impact for single, multi-office and large portfolio users alike.

As leader of C&W’s national Legal Sector Advisory Group, Sherry coordinates the group’s initiatives, national benchmarking, as well as serves as a Thought Leader and Chief Strategist to C&W law firm clients. The Legal Sector Advisory Group consists of over 100+ highly sophisticated law firm real estate advisors, who draw on multi-disciplinary teams of C&W professionals, to deliver strategic solutions specifically tailored for the legal industry.

Ms. Cushman has represented law firms in over 12 million square feet of law firm prime lease, lease restructures/renewals, build-to-suits and base building negotiations. During her career, she has been the lead broker and/or team member in representing the real estate portfolios for numerous global, national and regional law firms.

In 1985, Ms. Cushman began her career in commercial interiors, designing interior space for law firms. She transitioned her career in 1993 to commercial brokerage, specializing in tenant representation and incorporating her design expertise into developing real estate strategies for her clients. During her 30-year tenure, she served for nine years as a Corporate Managing Director at Studley and founded the company’s Law Firm Practice Group. She then spent a decade at CBRE as a Senior Vice President and was one of five founding members of its Law Firm Practice Group. Sherry’s tenure and extensive expertise provides her clients with unparalleled service and legal sector knowledge.

Linda Rabbitt founded rand* construction in 1989, and was one of very few female leaders in the industry at the time. She is still an active leader as Owner and Chief Executive Officer, and is responsible for setting the strategic vision for the entire organization. Linda provides executive direction, manages client services, and oversees all aspects of corporate and financial operations. Under her leadership, rand* has grown into one of the top general contractors in the DC metro area and has expanded on a national scale with licensure to perform construction services in over 26 states. Her knowledge of the industry and professional experience has enabled rand* to deliver award-winning work for a vast client base. With a focus on innovation, quality and customer service, Linda continues to be actively involved in the firm’s expansion and performance in all local markets, the cultivation of client relationships, and the management and oversight of company-wide strategic development.

Nicole Urquhart-Bradley

Nicole Urquhart-Bradley is President for Valuation & Advisory Americas. She is responsible for the overall leadership of the Valuation & Advisory (V&A) group in the Americas, overseeing 600 appraisers in 71 offices and driving the business objectives and activities of the operations. Valuation & Advisory offers six core services, including Appraisal Management, Diligence Advisory, Dispute Analysis & Litigation Support, Financial Reporting, Portfolio Valuation and Property Tax Services, along with 18 asset-class practice groups. In 2015, the Americas team valued over 50,300 properties valued at over $945 billion USD.

Ms. Urquhart-Bradley began her commercial real estate career in 1988 when she was hired as an associate appraiser with Appraisal Partners, Inc. of Silver Spring, Maryland. In 1992 she was hired as a Senior Appraiser by Legg Mason Realty Group, Inc. of Baltimore, Maryland. In 1996 Ms. Urquhart-Bradley joined Joseph J. Blake & Associates, serving as an Assistant Vice president in the Washington, DC office and then as Vice President/Regional Manager in the Los Angeles office. In 2003 she joined Cushman & Wakefield of Washington, DC, Inc. serving as manager of the Washington DC office until mid-2004, when she was promoted to manager of the Mid Atlantic Region. In September 2009, her area of responsibility expanded to include the Northeast Region. In September 2010, her area of responsibility expanded to include the entire United States. In August 2016, her area of responsibility expanded to include the Americas.

Ms. Urquhart-Bradley has performed appraisal and consulting assignments on various types of income producing properties including office buildings, retail centers (regional malls, life style, community, neighborhood, outlet centers and single-tenant buildings), warehouse and distribution facilities, residential subdivisions, multi-family properties (apartments and condominiums buildings), large mixed use properties, ski resorts, commercial land, golf courses, and special purpose properties. These assignments were typically intended for mortgage lending, corporate advisory services, off-balance sheet financing, acquisition/disposition consulting, tax appeal, litigation or rent arbitration use.

Ms. Urquhart-Bradley received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh in 1988.

Ms. Urquhart-Bradley has successfully completed all courses and experience requirements to qualify for the MAI designation. She has also completed the requirements of the continuing education program of the Appraisal Institute.

Nina Janopaul

Nina Janopaul has been President/CEO of the Arlington

Partnership for Affordable Housing (APAH) since 2007. APAH

is a non-profit, community-based, award winning, affordable

housing developer. Ms. Janopaul oversees all elements of APAH’s real estate

development, operations, advocacy, services, and governance.

During her tenure, APAH has grown its portfolio to fifteen

multifamily rental properties with 1360+ units, valued at almost

$250 million with another 800 units in development. APAH is

known for its nimble and effective real estate development, for

pioneering innovative supportive housing partnerships and its

community impact.

Under Ms. Janopaul’s leadership, APAH has received numerous

awards, including the Charles Edson award for best urban

development in the country; the Urban Land Institute—DC’s

best Housing project; Developer of the Year from the Housing

Association of Non-Profit Developers; Best Nonprofit by the

Arlington Chamber of Commerce and the Arlington Community

Foundation’s Prize for Impact and Innovation.

Before joining APAH, Ms. Janopaul was a principal at Capital

Strategies Consulting, Inc. and provided services to a variety

of organizations, including Enterprise Community Partners.

Prior to 2000, she was the National Director of Development

for Hostelling International – USA (formerly American Youth

Hostels). Ms. Janopaul received a Bachelors of Arts Magna Cum Laude

from Harvard University. She serves on the Virginia Housing

Development Authority’s Northern Virginia Advisory Committee.

She is a past President of HAND, a regional housing association

and received the Virginia Housing Coalition’s 2013 Innovations

in Leadership award.

Before co-founding Beech Street Capital (now Multifamily Finance) in 2009, Ms. Huebscher held several senior management positions in multifamily housing at Fannie Mae. During her tenure at the agency, she was responsible for pricing and capital markets, structured finance, affordable and large loan lending, and the pool channel. She introduced Fannie Mae's lending program for manufactured housing community and built the multifamily small loan business from $400 million in the early 2000s to several billion dollars in 2009. As Senior Vice President, Jennifer is responsible for many strategic and operational aspects of the company including client relations, business development, marketing and communications, human resources, and community outreach. Polly Donaldson has served as the Director of the DC Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) since January 2, 2015. As Director, she oversees 180+ employees, 14 program areas and manages an operating budget of over $250 million to preserve and produce rental and homeownership opportunities for District residents while leading the charge of revitalizing underserved neighborhoods.

The Director is well-known in DC affordable housing circles and has had great influence throughout the city. Her nonprofit career spans over 27 years, with senior management experience in homelessness, affordable housing and international community development.

Prior to joining DHCD, Donaldson served as the Executive Director of the Transitional Housing Corporation (THC) for over 10 years and THC Affordable Housing, Inc., since its founding in June 2005. Under Donaldson’s leadership, THC was on the front lines addressing the city’s housing crunch, working with churches, charities and other nonprofit groups to produce and support affordable units for the formerly homeless.

Donaldson served on the DC Interagency Council on Homelessness in 2009 and was re-appointed in 2013. She is the former board president of the Coalition for Nonprofit Housing and Economic Development, an umbrella group of affordable housing developers. In 2012, she also served on the Comprehensive Housing Strategy Task Force assembled by former Mayor Gray. In 2014, Mayor-elect Muriel Bowser named Donaldson as the co-chair of the Transition Team’s Affordable Housing Committee. Donaldson served as the chair of Mayor Bowser’s Affordable Housing Preservation Strike Force.

Donaldson has lived in the Mt. Pleasant neighborhood in Ward 1 for over 24 years. In the late 1990s, she was elected and served as the chair of the Mt. Recently, Ms. Lee completed The Kelvin and eNvy at 1250 Half Street SE in the heart of the vibrant and burgeoning Capitol Riverfront neighborhood, just steps away from the main gate to Nationals Park. The iconic building includes 439 luxury apartments and 60,000 square foot of entertainment destination retail. Ms. Lee also recently finished managing the revitalization of the 600 block of H Street NE, delivering not only 307 Class A apartment above 10,000 square feet of retail but also creating an authentic and creative residential community with of neighborhood-serving retail called ANTHOLOGY DC. Ms. Lee also oversaw the extensive renovation of a fully leased 80,000 square foot office building with prime retail spaces.

Prior to her law career, Ms. Haase’s extensive real estate experience included real estate appraising in the state of Tennessee and Commonwealth of Virginia and brokerage, also in Virginia. That specialized background and knowledge provides her clients with a unique, combined practical and legal approach that has proved effective, persuasive and extremely valuable, particularly in her tax appeal and condemnation practice areas.

In the past, Ms. Haase was at Holland & Knight where she served as a co-coordinator of Holland & Knight’s Women’s Initiative program. Active in the fight to combat cancer, in October 2010, she introduced the inaugural program for the firm’s “Crusade Against Cancer,” which featured a broadcast presentation by a world-renowned cancer researcher to every firm office.

Ms. Haase is a member of CREW DC where she was elected to the Board of Directors in 2015. For several years she has served on various committees in support of the annual Lombardi Gala, to benefit the Georgetown Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center in Washington, DC. In the past she also was the chair of the Capital Breast Care Center’s Advisory Committee in Washington, DC, serving women who might not otherwise have access to care.

Before CastroHaase PLLC and Holland & Knight, Ms. Haase worked at Walsh, Colucci, Lubeley and Walsh in Virginia where her practice also focused on land use and zoning, land use litigation, tax appeals, condemnation and general real estate matters.

Tanja Castro

Tanja H. Castro is a co-founder of CastroHaase PLLC and is included in the 2013, 2014 and 2015 editions of Washington, DC & Baltimore’s Best Lawyers. Her practice is focused in the areas of commercial real estate valuation and taxation issues, including property tax assessment appeals. She advises clients on minimizing their real estate tax obligations. Ms. Castro is experienced in reviewing, analyzing and obtaining reductions in the assessments of all types of commercial properties including office buildings, hotels, apartment buildings, retail properties and mixed-use properties in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area. She has experience in litigating appeals from the administrative levels through appellate courts in the local jurisdictions. She has participated in over 70 trials involving assessment appeals, and won reductions in all but one of them.

Ms. Castro also handles real estate tax exemption matters for non-profit real estate owners in the District of Columbia. Her clients include associations, religious organizations, and foreign governments.

Ms. Castro has extensive litigation experience in real property disputes and probate matters. She has litigated eminent domain cases, decedent’s estates, and conservatorships for the elderly. In addition, Ms. Castro has served as court-appointed conservator for several elderly individuals and guardian for several children.

Ms. Castro was selected to serve on the D.C. Office of Tax and Revenue Advisory Group to represent commercial property owners on tax policy in the city. She is a member of the Superior Court Tax Rules Committee, which re-wrote the rules of procedure for the Tax Division of the District of Columbia Superior Court.

Previously, Ms. Castro held several leadership positions within Holland & Knight. She was co-coordinator of the Holland & Knight Women’s Initiative for the Washington D.C. office. She also served as Treasurer of the Holland & Knight D.C. Political Action Committee. Ms. Castro was a member of the Steering Committee of the D.C. Practice Specialty Team of Holland & Knight.

After law school, Ms. Castro practiced law with Amram and Hahn, PC for 14 years as an associate then partner. She was Managing Partner of the firm from 1988 to 1999.

Usha serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of Kettler, overseeing all aspects of the organization. She is responsible for developing and implementing the company’s strategic plan, and continuing Kettler’s growth in the metropolitan Washington, D.C., region, the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions.

Usha earned a bachelor’s degree in English literature from St. Stephen’s College in New Delhi, India and a World Executive MBA from George Washington University in Washington, DC. She has also completed graduate programs and is an alumna of the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.

Prior to joining Kettler, Usha was Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of The Pew Charitable Trusts. She was also Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at The Washington Post, and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at United Way of America. Prior to that, she was with Freddie Mac in a number of executive positions focused on strategy, operations, and risk management.

Usha has served on several for-profit and non-profit Boards. She is currently on the Board of Nathan Associates, an international economic consulting organization. She is a strong advocate for education and is a supporter of a number of charitable organizations geared toward bettering youth through structured enrichment programs. Just a few of her philanthropic involvements include serving on the Boards of India International School, a well-established Northern Virginia Indian American education and cultural center and a recent start-up called RENEW (Reform Education for a New World).

Usha was a 2016 Honoree of the Women Who Mean Business and was awarded Non-Profit CFO of the Year for Innovation in 2007.

Lisa Mallory

Lisa has extensive private, nonprofit, and public sector leadership experience. Under her leadership, DCBIA is now at its highest level of organizational membership and has focused on partnering for results with other major organizations. Previously, Lisa was the Director of the DC Department of Employment Services where she had responsibility for overhauling one of the most troubled agencies netting millions of dollars in savings, increasing customer service, and dramatically decreasing the unemployment rate in DC. Lisa was SVP at ICF International and prior SVP at the Fannie Mae Foundation. She served the Clinton White House as a member of the SES as Chief of Staff to Vice President Al Gore’s National Performance Review, Special Assistant at HHS and Counselor at SSA and has worked for the US Senate Foreign Relations Committee and several federal Independent Counsels. Lisa began her career in the hospitality industry. She obtained a BS in Business and Technology from the University of Maryland, MBA in International Business/Marketing from George Washington University and PhD in Public Administration and Leadership from Walden University. Lisa has completed numerous senior leadership programs at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government and Kennedy School of Business and was trained by the Coaches Training Institute and is a Linkage Inc. certified Master Coach. Lisa is a member of Leadership Greater Washington’s Class of 2007 and serves on the board of the DC Chamber of Commerce, the Washington DC Economic Partnership, Ingenuity Prep Charter School and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta’s Affordable Housing Council. Lisa is a native Spanish speaker and is conversational in Italian, Portuguese and French.

Susan Weber

Susan Weber, chief marketing officer, is responsible for developing and driving Walker & Dunlop’s marketing strategy as well as oversight of all marketing activities including advertising, communications, media relations, public relations, and event planning. Ms. Weber joined Walker & Dunlop in September 2004 and served as the executive assistant to the Chairman & CEO and marketing director. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Weber served as the investor relations manager for Whitehall Jewelers and worked for the Illinois Department of Revenue for 11 years.

Beyond the Company, Ms. Weber served on the board of directors for Georgetown Ministries from 2014-2016, a non-profit organization who seeks lasting solutions to homelessness one person at a time. Ms. Weber is a charter member of the Marketing Leaders of DC™ and Marketing Leaders of Atlanta™ exclusive CMO peer communities based in Washington, DC and Atlanta, GA, respectively. Ilene Baxt Boorman provides legal representation in the management and appeal of Virginia real estate tax assessments before both the administrative boards and Virginia courts. She has assisted numerous property owners in the appeal and reduction in assessed values of office, retail, industrial, hotel, multi-family, and vacant properties. Her experience includes the appeal of assessments in all Northern Virginia jurisdictions and the greater Richmond and Tidewater areas.

Ilene has taught many seminars and written numerous articles on real estate tax valuation and the management of real estate tax assessments. She co-authored a chapter for The Property Tax Deskbook, published by The American Bar Association. The chapter is entitled “Virginia Real Property Tax.”

She is a member of the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association (NVBIA), Apartment and Office Building Association (AOBA), International Association of Assessment Officers, and the Virginia Association of Assessing Officers. She has served on various committees of both NVBIA and AOBA.

Ilene also provides eminent domain representation throughout Virginia. Some of her recent work focused on condemnation associated with Metro and Wilson Bridge takings.

She is a member of the Commonwealth of Virginia Bar, the D.C. Bar, and a former member of the American Inns of Court.

Sadhvi Subramanian

Sadhvi Subramanian is a Senior Vice President in Capital One’s Commercial Real Estate Group. She is responsible for Capital One’s commercial real estate activities in the District of Columbia, including construction loans, term loans and lines of credit to local funds and developers.

Prior to joining Capital One, Sadhvi worked for Crown Capital Corporation, an investment bank in St. Louis. She started her career in New Delhi as an art and food service entrepreneur.

Sadhvi has served as President of the Washington, D.C. chapter of the Commercial Real Estate Women and is a member of the Urban Land Institute Advisory Board for DC. She is a board member of the Real Estate Lenders Association DC and was on the Women’s Leadership Institute Steering Committee for DC. Sadhvi is also the Co-Chair of the Luncheon Committee for the Trust for the National Mall and the Boys and Girls Club of DC.

A certified public accountant, Ms. Subramanian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Delhi and a Masters of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis, MO.

Margaret "Peggy" Jeffers is Executive Vice President of the Apartment and Office Building Association (AOBA). During her tenure, the subsidiary corporation, the AOBA Alliance, Inc., was formed and employs two full time staff. Amy advises owners, developers, investors, lenders and tenants in acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financings, restructurings, leases and other matters related to commercial real estate. Her experience includes transactions involving office buildings, hotels and resorts, shopping centers, mixed-use projects, multi-family and industrial properties. Amy’s clients appreciate her focus on creating practical solutions for complex problems with careful analysis and an emphasis on mitigating risk.

Amy advises lenders and borrowers in construction, bridge and permanent financings.
