As President of Bozzuto Construction Company, Mark Weisner leads the strategic direction of the organization. Since joining the Bozzuto team in 2005, Mark has been instrumental in developing business with new and repeat clients. His expert insight and recommendations on construction planning, scheduling, budgeting, and technology have greatly contributed to Bozzuto Construction’s expansion into new product types, geographic markets, and delivery methods—helping grow the company’s project portfolio to more than $7 billion.

Josh Foreso started his career at HITT as a summer field laborer during college and joined the firm after college as an assistant project manager. He progressed quickly through the operations ranks from project manager, senior project manager, and vice president of the firm’s base building sector. Josh gained nearly 20 years of experience specializing in the new construction of multifamily and commercial office buildings as well as building repositioning. Throughout his career with HITT, Josh has worked on some of the largest and most complicated projects in the company’s portfolio in a variety of capacities.

In 2017, Josh was promoted to senior vice president and leader of the Corporate Office – Base and Multifamily sectors. As sector leader, Josh provides executive oversight of all corporate office base building and multifamily construction projects and is responsible for the overall performance of the two sector teams. Additionally, Josh serves as a member of HITT's Corporate Steering Committee and plays a key role in guiding the company's preconstruction strategy. Josh is a passionate leader and mentor, dedicating his time to training and developing young leaders in the company.

Erin Reisinger leads internal and external project teams through the entitlement, design, permitting,

construction, and lease-up phases of upscale multifamily developments in the Mid-Atlantic region. Erin is

also responsible for managing divisional processes, overseeing due diligence efforts, project finances, and

execution strategies of multiple projects throughout the region. .Before joining the Toll Brothers

Apartment Living team, Erin worked with Toll Brothers City Living overseeing the design and

construction of Apartment Living’s first high-rise projects in the Washington, DC, area, as well as luxury

apartments in Boston and student housing Miami.

Prior to joining Toll Brothers in 2012, Erin was a senior-level structural engineer with GACE Consulting

in New York City. During nine years as a licensed Professional Engineer at GACE, she lead a team of

engineers in the design of high-rise buildings employing both concrete and steel structural systems.

Erin earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Architectural Engineering from the University

of Miami and a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from Columbia University.

Eric is an enthusiastic sales professional with over ten years of experience in the precast concrete industry. A graduate of Penn State University, he began his career with High Concrete Group, gaining unparalleled experience in the engineering department. Now, as a sales representative, he works with customers to put their needs first by offering engineered value.

Eric is an avid triathlete that enjoys spending his downtime in the outdoors. He resides in New Holland with his wife, two children, and Saint Bernard. Adrian leads the Project and Development Services team in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions and is a Senior Managing Director of the firm with 25 years in the Real Estate and Construction industries. Adrian manages a team of 50 professionals developing and managing institutional, commercial and government projects.

In 2019, Adrian and the Project Management Team managed over $850 million in design and construction. He has also served as General Contractor on large base building and development projects and has worked for Clark Construction and Turner/Tompkins in Washington, DC representing developers, tenants and building owners in new construction, and the relocation of tenants into space totaling over 10 million square feet.

Toby Millman is the Regional Partner for Transwestern Development Company in the Mid-Atlantic, where he is responsible for overseeing and directing the company’s development pipeline in the region. Over his nearly 30-year career, Toby has been involved with the development of over 15 million square feet of residential, office, and retail space. Prior to joining Transwestern, Toby was Senior Vice President for Brookfield Properties where he oversaw the development pipeline in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. Prior to Brookfield, he was Senior Vice President at Vornado Realty Trust, creating and leading the multifamily development group for Vornado’s Washington division. Earlier in his career, Toby also owned and operated Agora Development, a development and homebuilding company and worked for Washington-area developers EYA and Abdo Development. Toby earned an undergraduate degree from Cornell University and a master’s degree in city and regional planning from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.

Mr. Millman holds an undergraduate degree from Cornell University and a Master’s Degree in City Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Ms. Lee is a Director of Development for Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners. Since joining Jair Lynch in 2003, she has managed over 2.5 million square feet of commercial and mixed-use properties, totaling over $1 Billion in value. As Director of Development, Ms. Lee specializes in complex urban mixed-use development projects including financing, zoning/entitlements, design, permitting, construction, leasing, and disposition for investors and a distinguished list of public, private and non-profit clients.

Ms. Lee most recently helped to deliver The Kelvin and eNVY Condominiums, bringing a residential and retail program to compliment the dynamic, Ballpark-centric neighborhood. She also helped to successfully complete the revitalization of the 600 block of H Street NE. First, with a gut renovation of an existing 80,000 office and ground floor retail. Delivered base and interior renovations for two long term tenants. Helped repositioned the property to sold well above business plan. She then completed the second phase, the residential mixed used component. The ANTHOLOGY building was inspired and designed with rich adjacent Atlas community in mind with creativity illustrated throughout the building from the common areas to the individual units. The industrial aesthetic fits well with the vibe of the neighborhood and resonated with the targeted customer base and the sale garnered the highest purchase price for a DC multifamily project in 2016.

Currently, Ms. Lee, is working on Old Heritage in Alexandria and Rhode Island Assemblage.

Ryan Riel has worked in Commercial Real Estate with EagleBank for more than 20

years and currently oversees the Bank’s $5 billion CRE lending portfolio. Throughout

his tenure, he has worn multiple hats and participated in originating more than $6

billion in real estate transactions of various types across the DC region. Since

February 2025, in addition to CRE Lending, Mr. Riel oversees more than 200

employees across retail banking, small business lending, loan and deposit

operations, and information technology.

Mr. Riel sits on the Board of Directors of the EagleBank Foundation, and on the Board

for George Mason University’s Center for Real Estate Entrepreneurship. He is a

current Trustee for The Children’s Inn at NIH and previously served on the Board of

Directors at the Inn for ten years. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from

West Virginia University.

Chuck Hurchalla is the president of Evolution Sustainability Group. He has over 30 years of experience in the deregulated energy markets, including natural gas, electricity and petroleum products. He is considered a subject matter expert on hedging strategies and the fundamental and technical drivers of movements in the energy markets, including renewable products. In addition, he has been instrumental in helping clients develop comprehensive energy management solutions that meet or exceed energy efficiency and sustainability goals.
