Vicki Davis is responsible for managing the acquisition, planning, design, and

implementation of all Urban Atlantic projects, and asset management of properties that

the company owns and its Mid-City Community CDE investment portfolio. With over 28

years of experience in real estate development, she formerly served as Deputy Director

of the Maryland Housing Fund and Maryland DHCD -Division of Credit Assurance. Her

experience also includes portfolio management for MNC Financial-South Charles Realty

and multifamily development for Trammell Crow Residential.

As President of Urban Atlantic Development, Ms. Davis has managed development of

over $2 billion in real estate projects and asset managed over $4 billion in real estate

investments. She has developed over 6,000 multifamily residential units and 600,000

commercial square feet for Urban Atlantic, including eight HOPE VI mixed-finance public

housing redevelopment projects, as well as transit-oriented mixed-use projects.

Ms. Davis holds a MBA in Finance from American University, an MS in Engineering &

Construction Management from University of Texas, and a BS in Civil Engineering from

the University of Maryland. She taught for 12 years in the Johns Hopkins Real Estate

MBA program and is a LEED AP.

Bill Hard

Mr. Hard is the senior executive for LCOR’s Bethesda, MD office, responsible for all Washington, DC metropolitan area development activity. Among his accomplishments are the development of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office headquarters in Alexandria, VA, the acquisition of the COMSAT campus in Clarksburg, MD, the development of North Bethesda Center at the White Flint Metrorail station in Maryland, and the Oyster School/Henry Adams House in the District of Columbia.

Mr. Hard’s affiliation with LCOR dates to 1981 when he joined its predecessor The Linpro Company as a Partner. He subsequently was named Vice President of LCOR upon its founding in 1992, and an Executive Vice President and Principal in 1999.

He is actively involved in a number of industry organizations serving on the Executive Committee of the Urban Land Institute’s Washington, DC District Council, Treasurer of Hospice Caring, Inc., and Chairman of the Real Estate Committee of the Montgomery College Foundation.

A graduate of Lafayette College, he also was awarded an MA from the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Trimmer has over 15 years of experience overseeing mixed-use and build-to-suit office development. He oversees several large scale redevelopment projects in Montgomery and Fairfax Counties, and GSA build-to-suit commercial buildings. He served as Project Executive for the delivery of a 575,000 SF build-to-suit for a new research campus for The National Cancer Institute, the 935,000 SF renovation of the Parklawn Building for Health and Human Services, and the development of a new 491,000 SF headquarters for the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. Prior to joining The JBG Companies in 2007, Mr. Trimmer was a Development Executive at Clark Realty Capital and had a previous tenure with JBG as an Associate. He is a member of ULI, NAIOP, the DC Real Estate Group, and is an accredited member of the Congress for New Urbanism. He is currently serving on the Reston Master Plan Special Study Task Force and the Phase 2 Dulles Rail Transportation Improvement Advisory Board. In the community, he is a board member of The Non-Profit Village, on the Special Gifts Committee for the Arlington Free Clinic, and on the Golf for Babies Committee for the March of Dimes. Marc Dubick, Principal/President, has over 38 years of experience as an institutional real estate investor and developer. Prior to Duball, Mr. Dubick served as Senior Vice President and shareholder of Lowe Enterprises, one of the country's largest real estate pension fund advisors. Following 17 successful years at Lowe, Mr. Dubick formed Duball, LLC in 2004. He has been directly involved in the acquisition, investment, development or redevelopment of over 3.5 million square feet of commercial, retail and residential properties.

Mr. Dubick earned his J.D. from the Washington School of Law at American University, a BA in Economics from the University of Maryland, and graduated from the Gilman School in Baltimore. He has participated in the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Mr. Dubick has been active in the lacrosse community having played at the University of Maryland and been president of Bethesda Youth Lacrosse Club.

Bob Youngentob is Executive Chairman of EYA, LLC and one of the founding partners. His responsibilities include product and site visioning, investor relations, investment committee leadership, and strategy, particularly in acquisition and development. Bob has over 30 years of real estate experience.

Bob currently serves on the Board of Advisors for The Universities at Shady Grove and the Terwillinger Center of the Urban Land Institute. He is a former chair of the Washington D.C. District Council of the Urban Land Institute and currently is chair of its Governance Committee. Bob has served on multiple private school boards including The Maret School and Green Acres. He has been a guest lecturer on real estate at the Harvard Business School, Georgetown University, University of Maryland and Johns Hopkins University, and has spoken at numerous conferences sponsored by the Urban Land Institute and Builder Magazine. In 2016, Bob was inducted into the W.H. Marvin Hall of Fame for Design Excellence. In 1996, he was recognized as an Entrepreneur of The Year by Ernst and Young. Bob grew up in the Washington D.C. area, graduated from Lehigh University, and earned a MBA from the Harvard Business School.

He co-founded The David Lynch Foundation, which provides scholarships to those interested in learning the stress reduction technique of Transcendental Meditation, and is also Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Maharishi University of Management, an award-winning university specializing in consciousness-based education.

Jeffrey generously gives his guidance and resources to organizations focused on environmental sustainability, health and wellness, education, empowering women, and music and the arts. His investment in Transcendental Meditation (TM) research yielded $25 million in research grants from the National Institutes of Health on the effects of TM on cardiovascular disease. Beyond providing scholarship support to help students, women, and veterans worldwide learn TM, Jeffrey ensures that Tower staff enjoys access to TM to help them experience inner calm and clarity of mind and maximize their full potential.

Jeffrey and his wife Rona actively support scholarships of the TM program for women’s and girls’ empowerment in schools and NGOs in Africa.

Toby Bozzuto

Mr. Ritchey serves as Senior Executive Vice President. Prior to his appointment to this position in January 2016, Mr. Ritchey served as Executive Vice President, Head of our Washington, D.C. Office and National Director of Acquisitions and Development since April 1998 and Senior Vice President and Co- Manager of our Washington, D.C. office. Mr. Ritchey is responsible for all business development, leasing and marketing as well as new opportunity origination in the Washington, D.C. area. He also directly oversees similar activities on a national basis. Mr. Ritchey joined us in 1980, leading our expansion to become one of the dominant real estate firms in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. For four years prior to joining us, Mr. Ritchey was one of the leading commercial real estate brokers in the Washington, D.C. area with Coldwell Banker. Prior to Equity One, Mr. Brown spent the past ten years with Kimco Realty Corporation in various roles including; President of KDI, its merchant build entity and Senior Vice President of Kimco's redevelopment group. Mr. Brown's past experience also includes senior development positions with Schnitzer Northwest in Seattle and Myers Development in San Francisco.

The first 7 years of his career were spent at accounting firm Arthur Andersen, leaving in 1989 to work for client Donald Trump as the Vice President of Finance for the newly acquired Trump Taj Mahal casino in Atlantic City, NJ.

Don is very active charitably through his work with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. In 2002, Don took the reins of the Breath of Life Gala, at the time a fledgling event supporting Cystic Fibrosis research, and, with the help of a committed and tenacious team of volunteers and CFF staffers, grew the Gala into what has consistently been one of the most financially and experientially successful events in Washington D.C. and the number one gala nationally for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Don’s daughter, Rachel, was born with the genetic disease.

Don received his Bachelor of Science degree from Montclair State College in 1982, where he graduated with honors and subsequently received his CPA from the state of New Jersey. He is a past chair of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT), has served as a member of the Executive Committee of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and also serves on the Board and Chairs the Investment and Strategic Advisory Committee of Post Properties (NYSE:PPS), an Atlanta-based apartment company. He is also a member of the U.S. Capital Chapter of the World President’s Organization (WPO), and was previously named “Entrepreneur of the Year in Real Estate” by professional services firm Ernst and Young. He has been married to Stacey Sykes Wood for 26 years and has four children who he is immensely proud of named Ian (24), Jason (22), Kevin (21) and Rachel (21).

Mr. Weilminster is Executive Vice President - President of Mixed-Use Division for Federal Realty Investment Trust. In this capacity, Mr. Weilminster is responsible for directing the overall strategy and day to day operations and leasing of the Trust’s 4.4M+ mixed-use portfolio. In addition, he is responsible for identifying hotel and office partners for Federal Realty's mixed-use projects. Mr. Weilminster also serves as a member of the Trust's Executive Committee and Investment Committee.

Mr. Weilminster joined the Trust in 1990 as a small shop-leasing associate with primary responsibility for the Trust's Washington, D.C. area properties. In 1996, he was promoted to Anchor Tenant Leasing. He was promoted to Vice President-Anchor Tenant Leasing in 2000, Senior Vice President-Leasing in 2005, Executive Vice President in January 2015 and then promoted to President of the Mixed-Use Division in 2016.

Mr. Weilminster completed graduate work in Real Estate Development at Johns Hopkins University and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing from Syracuse University. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, serving on their CRC Green Council, and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He has been a guest lecturer for real estate at several universities including Syracuse University and the University of Miami. Mr. Weilminster is an Advisory Board member for Neediest Kids, a program of the National Center for Children and Families and a member of the MRED Advisory Board at the University of Miami.

Arne M. Sorenson is President and Chief Executive Officer of Marriott International, Inc., the largest lodging company in the world. Following Marriott’s September 2016 acquisition of Starwood Hotels and Resorts, the company includes nearly 6,000 properties across 30 brands in 120 countries and territories. In fiscal year 2015, Marriott reported revenues of more than $14 billion.

Mr. Sorenson joined Marriott in 1996. He became the third CEO in the company’s history in 2012 – and the first without the Marriott surname. Prior to that, he served as Marriott’s President and Chief Operating Officer. He has held a number of positions, including Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and President of Continental European Lodging. He was elected to Marriott’s Board of Directors in 2011.

Additionally, Mr. Sorenson serves as Vice Chair of the President’s Export Council. He is the immediate past Board Chair for Brand USA and continues as a member of the board. Other affiliations include: Chair, U.S. Travel Association CEO Roundtable; member of the Luther College Board of Regents; Stewardship Board of the World Economic Forum System Initiative on Shaping the Future of Mobility; and member of the Board of Trustees for The Brookings Institution. Mr. Sorenson’s Influencer blog, which appears on LinkedIn, has more than 400,000 followers.

Marriott’s Global Sustainability Council was co-founded by Mr. Sorenson in 2007. The following year, he launched Marriott’s rainforest preservation partnership with the Amazonas Sustainable Foundation in Brazil. Mr. Sorenson chairs Marriott’s Global Diversity and Inclusion Council. The Council, along with the Marriott Board of Directors’ Committee for Excellence, monitors and evaluates Marriott’s strategy to promote a diverse workforce, as well as ownership, customer and vendor communities around the world. Before he joined Marriott, Mr. Sorenson was a partner with the law firm Latham & Watkins in Washington, D.C., where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions litigation. In addition to being recognized for his design skills, Jordan has also been honored for his leadership. In 2017, 2015 and 2013, he was included on the Washington Business Journal’s “Power 100” list of the most influential area business leaders and was recognized as one of the top 25 innovators in the Washington, DC area. Jordan is a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects and the International Interior Design Association.

Prior to this role, Steve was a commercial lender with United for 13 years, working with international, national and local real estate developers who focus on multifamily development, retail, office, residential homebuilding and industrial properties. He also serves on the board for the Catholic Charities Golf Classic and is involved in the corporate work study program with Don Bosco Cristo Rey high school, which allows students to apply classroom learning to the workplace.

He was responsible for managing Carr Capital, and led managing major acquisitions and financial transactions at the firm. Mr. Carr served as a Director of WashingtonFirst Bankshares, Inc. and its subsidiary WashingtonFirst Bank from December 2012 to May 17, 2013. He served as an Independent Director of Alliance Bankshares Corporation since July 2007. He also serves as Vice President of Development implementing the company’s new urban vision at The Blairs District in Silver Spring, MD.

Sri is a 16-year real estate industry expert with extensive residential acquisition and development experience, most notably with Archstone-Smith.

Sri has published several papers including “Wall Street to Main Street; Valuation Insights & Perspectives.” He is on the Maryland / DC Leadership Committee of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association; serves on Bethesda Green’s Board of Directors; and is a full member of the Urban Land Institute.

Sri earned his BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and MS in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Sri and his wife Praveena live in Clarksville, MD, with their two young children. Sri enjoys cooking, travel, and golf in his spare time.

He has more than twenty years of experience in the real estate industry with complex joint venture structures spanning a diverse range of property types.

Prior to joining StonebridgeCarras, Mr. Marquis worked in public accounting with Reznick Group in audit/compliance. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from Husson University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Marquis served as co-chair of the District of Columbia Building Industry Association Capital Markets Committee from 2014-2016. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and serves as a mentor in the ULI Mentorship Program.

Kristi Smith serves as the Executive Vice President, Development, of JBG SMITH. Ms. Smith has over 15

years of real estate development and investment experience. She oversees a development portfolio

consisting of DC and MD office and residential projects and has overseen two large GSA build-to- suit

projects in Rockville, MD. Prior to joining JBG SMITH in 2010, Ms. Smith was with CIM Group as an

Investments Associate.  She also worked at Clark Realty Capital as a Development Executive. Ms. Smith

is a NAIOP DC l MD board member and sits on its Leadership Committee. She is also a board member of

DCBIA, Friends of White Flint, and the White Flint Sector Plan Implementation Advisory Committee. Ms.

Smith holds a B.S. in Commerce, The McIntire School of Commerce at The University of Virginia and an

M.B.A. with Distinction, Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Mike Smith

Mike Smith is Montgomery County’s first liaison to the Real Estate Development and

Investment community. Mike is responsible for assisting developers of significant real estate

projects through the County review and approval process. Leveraging his experience as a real

estate developer, he brings an owner/investor/developer perspective on the effects of

proposed zoning changes, new master plans and other County land use initiatives on the real

estate investment decision-making process. In his brief tenure, he has rolled up some pretty

impressive results, most notably leading the successful effort to retain Marriott

International’s 765,000 sf Headquarters in Bethesda, MD and a co-located full service 255 key

hotel.

Previously Mike was a Senior Vice President with LCOR Inc. where he led significant real

estate development projects in Montgomery County and elsewhere in the metropolitan

Washington DC region. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the MD/DC Chapter of

NAIOP. Mike has a Masters Degree in Real Estate Development from MIT.
