Mr. Hammour heads Capital Guidance’s Real Estate investments and operations in the

US and internationally. As Chairman and founder of Capital Guidance’s main US based

Real Estate subsidiary, Madison Marquette, which focuses on mixed use and retail

properties and projects nationally, he is responsible for setting the company’s

investment strategy and leads its growth and capital relationships. Over the past 35

years, Mr. Hammour has completed, on behalf of Capital Guidance and its subsidiaries,

over 180 real estate investments in retail, office, land and industrial properties and

developments valued at over $7 Billion.

Mr. Hammour founded Madison Marquette in 1992. He joined Capital Guidance in 1983

with experience in the fields of finance, real estate and distribution and established the

firm’s Washington, D.C., office in 1985.

Mr. Hammour holds a Master of Science degree in management from the Sloan School

of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science

degree in industrial and systems engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

As the President of Rappaport, Henry Fonvielle oversees the leasing strategy for third-party

landlord and tenant representation services and all shopping centers within the company’s

extensive portfolio. Dedicated to reinvigorating, designing, and constructing top-tier mixed-use

developments and shopping centers within the D.C. market, Henry utilizes over 35 years of

experience in the retail industry to create well-organized and exceptional projects from

conception to completion. With comprehensive knowledge in a wide array of retail types

including urban, mixed-use, neighborhood, lifestyle, and power centers, Henry is recognized as

a trusted retail advisor and an expert in the commercial real estate industry.

His ability to form and cultivate close-knit partnerships within his team and among his clients

enhanced Rappaport’s reputation as a well-respected and experienced firm committed to

cultivating places. Under his leadership, the company’s leasing and brokerage portfolio soared

from 35 to over 170 properties. Prior to joining Rappaport, Henry was Senior Vice President and

Retail Department Head for the Vornado/Charles E. Smith Commercial Realty.

Henry is Co-Founder of the Skyland Workforce Center Leadership Council, member of the

Executive Leadership Team for the Alzheimer’s Association – Ride to End ALZ, Emeritus

member of the Foundation Board and Ball Chair of Children’s National Hospital, member of the

Bisnow Diversity Board, Board member for Tall Ship Providence Foundation, Board member

and Gala Chair for Atlas Performing Arts Center, and At-Large member of the Board of the

USTA-Mid-Atlantic. Henry formerly served as Vice-Chair for Washington Tennis and Education

David is President and Co-founder of Meridian and is responsible for the overall management and corporate strategy of the firm. He is a member of the Investment Committee and leads Meridian’s development team.

With 40 years of experience, David began his career in 1979 in the real estate investment department at Prudential Insurance Company and worked in its Washington, DC office for 4 years. He then managed the development of 3.5 million square feet of office for the Peterson Companies, a major Washington, DC developer, for 8 years. Prior to forming Meridian in 1993, David was Managing Director of the REO division at Riggs National Bank in Washington for 2 years where he managed and sold a $250 million real estate portfolio. David has managed the development of over 10 million square feet in his career.

David received his B.A. from Centre College and M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. He served on the board of trustees and executive committee of the Darden Foundation for 6 years and served on the board of directors and executive committee of the University of Virginia Foundation for 6 years. In addition, David is a former president and chair of the board of a non-profit land conservation organization. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and NAIOP. David was recognized as an honoree of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington Youth in Real Estate Luncheon in 2018.

Prior to his affiliation with Federal, Don spent 8 years at New York-based ITT Corporation where he served in various capacities, including Deputy Controller and Chief Financial Officer, of wholly-owned subsidiary Caesars World, Inc. The first 7 years of his career were spent at accounting firm Arthur Andersen, leaving in 1989 to work for client Donald Trump as the Vice President of Finance for the newly acquired Trump Taj Mahal casino in Atlantic City, NJ.

Don is very active charitably through his work with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. In 2002, Don took the reins of the Breath of Life Gala, at the time a fledgling event supporting Cystic Fibrosis research, and, with the help of a committed and tenacious team of volunteers and CFF staffers, grew the Gala into what has consistently been one of the most financially and experientially successful events in Washington D.C. and the number one gala nationally for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Don’s daughter, Rachel, was born with the genetic disease.

Don received his Bachelor of Science degree from Montclair State College in 1982, where he graduated with honors and subsequently received his CPA from the state of New Jersey. He is a past chair of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT), has served as a member of the Executive Committee of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and also serves on the Board and Chairs the Investment and Strategic Advisory Committee of Post Properties (NYSE:PPS), an Atlanta-based apartment company. He is also a member of the U.S. Capital Chapter of the World President’s Organization (WPO), and was previously named “Entrepreneur of the Year in Real Estate” by professional services firm Ernst and Young. He has been married to Stacey Sykes Wood for 26 years and has four children who he is immensely proud of named Ian (24), Jason (22), Kevin (21) and Rachel (21).

Mr. Weilminster is Executive Vice President - President of Mixed-Use Division for Federal Realty Investment Trust. In this capacity, Mr. Weilminster is responsible for directing the overall strategy and day to day operations and leasing of the Trust’s 4.4M+ mixed-use portfolio. In addition, he is responsible for identifying hotel and office partners for Federal Realty's mixed-use projects. Mr. Weilminster also serves as a member of the Trust's Executive Committee and Investment Committee.

Mr. Weilminster joined the Trust in 1990 as a small shop-leasing associate with primary responsibility for the Trust's Washington, D.C. area properties. In 1996, he was promoted to Anchor Tenant Leasing. He was promoted to Vice President-Anchor Tenant Leasing in 2000, Senior Vice President-Leasing in 2005, Executive Vice President in January 2015 and then promoted to President of the Mixed-Use Division in 2016.

Mr. Weilminster completed graduate work in Real Estate Development at Johns Hopkins University and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing from Syracuse University. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, serving on their CRC Green Council, and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He has been a guest lecturer for real estate at several universities including Syracuse University and the University of Miami. Mr. Weilminster is an Advisory Board member for Neediest Kids, a program of the National Center for Children and Families and a member of the MRED Advisory Board at the University of Miami.

Martin Walsh

Martin is the Vice President of Facilities Development for Sonic Automotive, Inc. (SAI). For

over 20 years, he has worked in the construction industry. After graduating with a

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University of College Galway (Galway, Ireland), he

moved to the United States where he began as a project engineer and is now the VP

Facilities Development for Sonic Automotive, a fortune 500 company based in Charlotte, NC.

Mr. Walsh is responsible for the development, design, construction and delivery of company

projects nationwide. He is also responsible for maintenance of the 7.2 million square feet

company portfolio. He fosters collaborative relationships with other functional operational

leaders to assure company goals and expectations are achieved. He strategically

reorganized his department to support the rapid growth of the company, created new

specialty positions and hired specific talent to support the business forecasted growth. He is

responsible for all aspects of business including real estate acquisition due diligence

support, design, construction and activation to operations of all facilities. He developed

renewed communications and relationships with large OEM’s such as Porsche, BMW, Audi

and Mercedes-Benz to assure alignment on all aspects of facility quality standards. Martin

developed the people, process and tools in his department to support scaling the business

from 80 million dollars in annual work in place (WIP) to 200 million dollars WIP in two years.

He has strategically expanded the industry partner pool to support the growing project

delivery volume and methods at SAI. Mr. Walsh operationalized repeatable business

processes which include online operational playbook, project management software

development and implementation and design standard implementation which resulted in

more efficient and predictable end to end project delivery. He introduced prototyping and

mock up process and design control to reduce overall project costs, specifically reducing

costs on the EchoPark Automotive program by $5.5 million per location improving the

overall business bottom line.

Josh joined the Greystar team in 2014 as part of the Riverstone acquisition. As Senior Director of Real Estate, he oversees multiple A-Class stabilized assets and high-end development opportunities around the DC and Baltimore areas. With 16 years of property management experience, Josh has a strong expertise in the management of diverse portfolios to include: lease-ups, mixed-use developments, renovations and stabilized properties, as well as the transition of new acquisitions. He oversees a portfolio of over 6,000 units across 23 properties. In 2000, he was Co-Founder, Co-CEO of Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy, Inc., a distinctive natural pharmacy retailer. From 1997 to 2000, Mr. Schwartz was Chief Executive Officer of Infigen, Inc., a private biotechnology company developing its proprietary nuclear transfer/cloning and genomic technologies. From 1991 to 1996, he was Chief Financial Officer of Ribozyme Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a biotechnology company commercializing its Nobel prize-winning genetic engineering technology. From 1987 to 1990, Mr. Schwartz was a Principal with Odyssey Partners, L.P., a private limited partnership engaged in leveraged buyouts, venture capital and recapitalizations. From 1983 to 1985, he was an Analyst in Morgan Stanley’s Mergers & Acquisitions department, and from 1979 to 1988 he was Founder and President of D & J Sealcoating, Inc., an asphalt sealcoating company. Mr. Schwartz has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University and a Masters in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School.

Wilbur “Tom” Simmons has been the President of Kimco’s Mid-Atlantic Shopping Center Region since 2004. Mr. Simmons is responsible for overseeing Asset Management, Leasing, Property Management, Acquisition and Disposition, Development and Redevelopment in the Mid-Atlantic comprised of 14.5 million square feet in 120 properties in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Virginia. Prior to joining Kimco, Mr. Simmons was a Vice President of Acquisitions and Development with Mid-Atlantic Realty Trust where he was employed for over 12 years.

Mr. Simmons holds a Bachelor of Arts from Gettysburg College and a Master of Science in Real Estate from The Johns Hopkins University.

development company, focused on the creation of retail and mixeduse environments. Roadside has become one of the leading experts

in urban and town center development throughout the metropolitan Washington, DC region.

Mr. Lake has been responsible for overall acquisition, entitlement, development, leasing, and property management of more than 25 million SF over the past three decades. Notable recent projects include City Ridge located at 3900 Wisconsin Avenue, NW which occupies 550 feet of frontage

along Wisconsin Avenue NW, the site includes approximately 9.71 acres of land that is bound by a residential neighborhood to the south, Glover-Archbold Park to the west, and a private office building to the north; City Market at O & 880P, a million square foot, urban infill project in the

heart of the Shaw neighborhood in Washington DC, which spans two city blocks and featuresnearly 90,000 square feet of retail, 550 luxury rental apartments, 90 affordable senior rental units, a 182-room key hotel, a 500-car parking garage, and incorporates the historic preservation of the

nationally registered landmark O Street Market; Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center, a 105-acre mixed-use retail town center and residential community in Woodbridge, Virginia; and Cityline at Tenley, which preserved and transformed an abandoned historic Sears building into an award-winning mixed-use project that attracted Washington, DC’s first Best Buy and Container Storeretailers while also incorporating a contemporary addition of 204 luxury condominium units.

Mr. Lake’s talent for working with development teams and optimizing a project’s full value potential throughout all stages of the real estate cycle is one of his greatest assets. He has also served as a consultant on several real estate projects throughout the country, with an expertise in

place-making, by creating successful retail environments and public spaces that amenitize and enhance residential, commercial, and cultural uses to become vibrant mixed-use communities. Mr. Lake is a native Washingtonian and has been an active member of the business community

for over 30 years. Prior to co-founding Roadside Development, he was the founding partner of The Retail Group and led Madison Retail Group, a full-service retail brokerage firm that was the dominant leader in the DC and Mid-Atlantic markets. He began his career in real estate as a

broker with Smithy Braedon ONCOR International. He is a graduate of Boston University.

Mr. Lake currently serves on the board of directors for several non-profit and economic development organizations, including Co-Chair of the Washington DC Economic Partnership, Iona Senior Services (also previously President of the Board), Executive Committee Member for DCBIA, Prince William County Economic Advisory Board and Trustee of Federal City Council. His extensive experience in shopping center leasing and tenant representation, land acquisition and land development, has led him to complete over 800 retail transactions including the development and redevelopment of numerous shopping centers. Since 2000, David has completed transactions valued at over $2.1 billion.

In his capacity as President of H&R Retail, David is responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm. He is sought after and frequently quoted as an industry expert by national and regional publications.

Andrew McIntyre

Andrew Mcintyre is charged with overseeing and leading the asset management function of CPI’s growing residential and mixed-use portfolio while continuing his responsibilities of furthering the company’s development and S.A.M. Strategies. Through Mr. Mcintyre’s leadership and years of experience, CPI has successfully realized its long-term vision of redeveloping existing shopping centers into vibrant mixed-use residential projects.

Prior to joining Combined Properties, Mr. McIntyre was the Senior Vice President of Development and Construction for Penzance. Before Penzance he was Vice President of Development at The JBG Companies, Project Manager for PN Hoffman and a Project Engineer for Clark Construction.

Mr. McIntyre received his BS in Building Construction from the Georgia Institute of Technology and his MBA from Johns Hopkins University. He has served on the boards of the DC chapter of Habitat for Humanity and Canal Park in SE Washington, DC. He is an active member of ULI , the Northern Virginia chapter of NAIOP and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Allison Cooke, Principal & Director of Hospitality Design at CORE architecture + design (CORE),

is committed to listening and forming true design partnerships with her clients to help them realize

their ambitions in built space, at all scales. She leads and grows the firm’s restaurant and retail

work, while providing editorial feedback on interiors projects in their broad portfolio. She is

focused on expanding the firm’s boutique hospitality and retail practice in DC and the greater mid-

Atlantic region. Clients love her ability to seamlessly shift between conceptual brainstorming and

straightforward conversation about technical requirements. She is also responsible for public

relations and marketing initiatives and continuing education opportunities within the firm and

broader community. A natural leader and presenter, she regularly participates in speaking

Lauren joined Cooper Carry in 1999 and has been practicing architecture for 23 years. She is versed in various project types including education, retail, mixed use, multi-family residential and master planning. Throughout her tenure at Cooper Carry, she has been instrumental in advancing sustainable design throughout the firm and now focuses her efforts on the design of high performance schools. She is responsible for guiding the Education Practice Group in our Washington Office where she endeavors to create inspiring learning environments for the students of the 21st century.

She received a Bachelor’s Degree in architecture from the University of Virginia, and her Masters of Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin. She is a member of several organizations including the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the United States Green Building Council (USGBC), and the National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB). She is a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP BD+C), and is a registered architect.

Janis B. Schiff is a partner in Holland & Knight's Washington, D.C., office and co-chair of the firm's National Retail Development and Leasing Team. Ms. Schiff has extensive experience representing property owners, asset managers and investors in connection with the development, redevelopment, sale, acquisition and leasing of retail, residential, condominium, office, mixed-use and hotel properties and venues. She represents clients in all facets of commercial real estate, including foreign investment in the United States, public-private partnerships, government leasing, financial workouts and restructurings, acquisition and sales contracts for improved and unimproved properties, and borrower and lender representation.

Ms. Schiff previously served as the firm's client service and development partner. In this role, she worked with members of the firm's senior management and clients to develop and implement client initiatives on a firmwide basis. Ms. Schiff coordinates the firm's Rising Stars mentoring and leadership program, which she founded in 2003, and is the immediate past chair of the firm's National Real Estate Section. She has also served as the firm's national marketing partner.

Prior to joining Streetsense, Bruce directed design for Cooper Carry’s Main Street office in Alexandria, VA, He played a key role in the design of many important projects such as Mizner Park, Bethesda Row, Santana Row, and Crocker Park. Bruce was also a Vice President at Starwood Urban Investments where he was responsible for managing and directing the evaluation, strategy, and design of all new projects. Bruce actively writes and speaks about issues related to urban development. Additionally, he has served on the faculty for The University of Shopping Centers at The Wharton School of Business and has co-authored multiple publications for the Urban Land Institute.
