With nearly a decade in the industry, Amy spent the early part of her career delivering data centre builds for industry leading clients such as Dell, IBM, Ericsson and Vodafone. She then joined AECOM in early 2014 to drive mission critical engineering across EMEA and APAC. Her unique insight drove AECOM to become an industry thought leader and partner of choice for many global corporations and smaller niche data center operators. Amy has now joined NTT as Director in the Hyperscale team to continue NTT’s successful relationships and delivery for many of the household names in the Data Centre industry.

Jan-Pieter Anten is the Group Managing Director EMEA at Interxion, a Digital Realty company responsible for leading, driving and growing the business in EMEA.

Jan-Pieter joined Interxion in 2011 as part of the Interxion Executive Team with a focus on Human Resources. Since then Jan-Pieter has fulfilled multiple roles within the company. Together with the Interxion Executive Team, Jan-Pieter contributed to the vast expansion of the Interxion business and at the same time transformed the organization to be ready for future sustainable growth. Since 2011 the company has almost tripled in revenue and is continuing to grow double digits year over year.

Prior to joining Interxion Jan-Pieter was responsible for the International Strategic Clients Europe at Hay Group, a global management consulting firm focused on combining business and people. Before Hay Group he was part of the Executive Team of Synthon, an international pharmaceutical organization.

Jan-Pieter’s wide consultancy experience has given him a good insight in how different businesses operate and combined with his broad expertise in Human Resources he sees beyond the financial business numbers.

Jan-Pieter has a degree from the University of Utrecht.

Emerson Network power 10 years ago. Sam joined UK & IRE team as a Key Account manager,

progressing to Key Account Director 5.5 years ago, and is currently managing the Colo and

Hyperscale team with a budget of over $500m.
