Nanthini joined Allied in 2016 and is our Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Throughout her career, Nanthini has held progressive positions in the real estate industry with Skyline Commercial and Retail REIT, Oxford Properties Group, Smart Centres and Calloway REIT. Nanthini holds her CPA, CMA designation and is a graduate of Toronto Metropolitan University.

Chris Tambakis is the CEO of Adgar Canada; an active, long term real estate investor, owner, developer and manager with holdings in Canada, Israel and Europe.

With a strong knowledge, passion and over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, he leads his team with a collaborative, supportive and clear-focused manner. As CEO, Chris is responsible for establishing and implementing all aspects of the company’s strategy, vision and continued expansion.

He is an active and passionate volunteer with organizations in the arts, education, community and healthcare areas.

Chris is a graduate of the Ivey School of Business.

Since 1995 Robert has led over 1,000 searches across the North American real estate industry. Robert holds a BA from the University of Western Ontario, an MBA from the University of Toronto and the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. He is a trustee of NorthWest Healthcare Properties REIT where he chairs the Compensation and Governance Committee Recognized as an industry expert, Robert has made presentations across North America including Harvard’s Real Estate Academic Initiative, NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate, Columbia’s Masters in Real Estate Program and Wharton’s Real Estate Alumni.

As founder and CEO, Kash leads the firm’s overall vision and strategy. His passion is uncovering investment opportunities through rigorous due diligence and deep understanding of what the firm is investing in. Kash has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. He founded First Avenue Advisory in 2008 while he was at Raymond James as Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager. After spinning out from Raymond James, the firm became known as First Avenue Investment Counsel. Today, the firm is a leading multi-

family office and investment manager, helping families work through all complexities of wealth, while implementing a pension-style approach to investing. Kash has been a longstanding trusted resource on business for the most respected news outlets. He has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, Washington Post, National Post, the Globe & Mail and Hong Kong Times, and is a regular guest speaker on Bloomberg.

Kash attended the University of Ottawa and is a designated Chartered Investment Manager. He is a proud supporter of various charitable initiatives that give back to youth health care and education in the community. He lives by the pursuit of excellence in business, health and family. He enjoys art, documentaries and spending time with family.

Brian has extensive experience as CFO for several companies in the Sports and Entertainment, Pharma, and Brewing industries, always with significant real estate development involvement including mixed use developments, arenas, retail, condos and land development. Brian has raised significant equity and debt, both public and private and has negotiated dozens of JV’s, licensing and acquisition transactions. He has an MBA from Harvard and is completing a DBA.

Jeff leads investments and strategic initiatives across Castlepoint Numa’s portfolio. His responsibilities include raising capital and asset management. Prior to joining the team, Jeff spent 12 years in the technology industry, where he co-founded and led as CEO of two software companies prior to their acquisitions (Pressly Inc, Nulayer Inc).

Agustin Olt brings over 12 years of experience in mechanical engineering, specializing in innovative, sustainable, and forward-thinking design solutions. Since joining the MCW Group of Companies in 2016 and becoming a Partner in 2022, Agustin has been at the forefront of integrating advanced technologies and sustainable design principles, with a strong emphasis on decarbonization, cutting-edge technologies and engineering practices.

With a global perspective gained from projects across the US and Europe, Agustin excels in delivering impactful and future-ready solutions. His ability to foster collaboration and leverage innovative technologies ensures successful project outcomes that exceed goals while maintaining engineering excellence.

At MCW, Agustin leads the mechanical design team in Toronto, overseeing resource allocation, working drawings, and specifications to ensure seamless project execution from design to construction. Casey Gallagher is a Senior Vice President with CBRE Capital Market’s National Investment Team. Specializing in advising clients on the acquisition and disposition of investment properties, Casey is recognized as a leading advisory expert on Canadian commercial real estate assets across the office, industrial, retail and development land sectors. Casey has substantial expertise in the advisory of retail and urban development properties, overseeing both sectors with the Team. Over the last 5 years, he has completed some of Canada’s most significant sales and advisory assignments totaling over $12 billion.

As an industry leader, Casey has represented CBRE as a panelist at industry forums and regularly participates as a first-round judge for NAIOP’s Developing Leaders Challenge. In addition, Casey contributes quarterly to CBRE’s Canadian Cap Rate Survey and Investment Insights publications.
