Throughout her career, Nanthini has held progressive positions in the real estate industry with Skyline Commercial and Retail REIT, Oxford Properties Group, Smart Centres and Calloway REIT. Nanthini holds her CPA, CMA designation and is a graduate of Toronto Metropolitan University.

Chris Tambakis is the CEO of Adgar Canada; an active, long term real estate investor, owner, developer and manager with holdings in Canada, Israel and Europe.

With a strong knowledge, passion and over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, he leads his team with a collaborative, supportive and clear-focused manner. As CEO, Chris is responsible for establishing and implementing all aspects of the company’s strategy, vision and continued expansion.

He is an active and passionate volunteer with organizations in the arts, education, community and healthcare areas.

Chris is a graduate of the Ivey School of Business.

Brian has extensive experience as CFO for several companies in the Sports and Entertainment, Pharma, and Brewing industries, always with significant real estate development involvement including mixed use developments, arenas, retail, condos and land development. Brian has raised significant equity and debt, both public and private and has negotiated dozens of JV’s, licensing and acquisition transactions. He has an MBA from Harvard and is completing a DBA.

Specializing in advising clients on the acquisition and disposition of investment properties, Casey is recognized as a leading advisory expert on Canadian commercial real estate assets across the office, industrial, retail and development land sectors. Casey has substantial expertise in the advisory of retail and urban development properties, overseeing both sectors with the Team. Over the last 5 years, he has completed some of Canada’s most significant sales and advisory assignments totaling over $12 billion.
