Andrew has over 10 years of real estate experience in Canada. At Capital Developments, Andrew oversees financial operations and planning for all projects including financial modeling, investor relations and investment opportunities. Prior to joining Capital Developments, he worked as an Analyst to the CFO at DREAM while Dundee REIT became the largest office REIT in Canada. Andrew was also involved with DREAM as they completed the IPOs for Dundee International REIT, Dundee Industrial REIT and numerous acquisitions. Prior to working on the finance side of real estate, Andrew was a structural engineer.

Max started his professional career working in successive roles for a global provider of business intelligence in various industries including finance, education, law and healthcare. His interest in real estate led him to a private real estate firm where he was responsible for asset management of a 1.2 million square foot portfolio of office, industrial and retail properties. Max joined Crestpoint Real Estate Investments Ltd. after graduating from Ivey Business School in 2013 and has helped to significantly grow the business. Max is a Partner at Crestpoint where he is involved in the sourcing and due diligence of acquisition opportunities across Canada and directly responsible for the strategy, operations and value enhancement of a national portfolio of properties.

In his spare time, Max enjoys climbing and skiing in the mountains and spending as much time as possible with family and friends, including his wife, dog Hugo and his two daughters.

Khan Tran leads the investment and asset management functions at TAS with responsibilities including acquisitions, joint-venture negotiations, and fund management. Overseeing a team of investment professionals, his group is heavily involved in underwriting and decision making at the project level. He serves as the owner representative for TAS’ funds in several project level joint-venture relationships with institutional partners.

Khan has 15 years of experience in finance and real estate with a focus on investments and asset management. He has held progressive leadership roles at PwC, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and CPP Investment Board. Khan holds the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designations.

Joining the business in 2021, Mike leads WiredScore's business development efforts across Canada, focusing on key strategic markets including Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Emonton and Montreal. He works with clients including KingSett Capital, Crown Realty Partners, GWL Realty Advisors, Morguard, Forgestone Capital and Ivanhoe Cambridge.

Prior to joining WiredScore, Mike has predominantly spent his career in the technology sector and, spent the last 12 years in the real estate industry where his most recent position was as Director of National Portfolio at RYCOM Corporation.

Since 1995 Robert has led over 1,000 searches across the North American real estate industry. Robert holds a BA from the University of Western Ontario, an MBA from the University of Toronto and the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. He is a trustee of NorthWest Healthcare Properties REIT where he chairs the Compensation and Governance Committee Recognized as an industry expert, Robert has made presentations across North America including Harvard’s Real Estate Academic Initiative, NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate, Columbia’s Masters in Real Estate Program and Wharton’s Real Estate Alumni.

Julie Phillips, President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Flat Iron Building Group, is a senior

executive in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. Equipped with an

As Vice President of Altree Developments, Jordan DeBrincat is responsible for leading Altree’s team and projects throughout their various stages of development. Jordan oversees all departments at Altree Developments, on a corporate and project level, with a heavy involvement in all operational aspects of the business. Jordan’s focus is working with/advising all internal/external teams throughout the development processing, including Accounting, Planning, Finance, Marketing & Sales and Construction. Jordan is a graduate of Brock University with an Honours degree in Business Administration.

Experienced in Team Leadership, Senior Client Coverage, Brokerage, M&A and Strategic Advisory. As a Director of TD Securities and several National Brokerage companies’ real estate teams, has completed more than $20 billion of transaction activity, including many of Canada’s largest

property and public company advisory mandates.

Graduate of Richard Ivey Business School (HBA) and completed his Partners, Directors & Senior Officers accreditation (PDO).

Stefen Palam is the Director of Construction at Dream Unlimited. As part of this role, he oversees and executes projects for both commercial and multi-residential portfolios. Throughout his career, Stefen has been a passionate leader in both the real estate and construction communities, being heavily involved in notable organizations such as NAIOP, TREL, and ULI. He also sits on the Toronto Construction Association (YCL) Executive Board as Vice Chair. Stefen has over 9 years of construction and project management experience in developing, executing, and managing many projects over the course of his construction career inclusive of office, retail, commercial, civil, and multi-residential properties. Throughout the course of his career, he has been involved with projects totaling over 900 Million dollars in value, spanning across various asset classes. He has previously worked with top-tier general contractors such as PCL Construction and Turner Construction Company.

Randal Froebelius has been a senior member of the MaRS Discovery District Real

Estate team for over 18 years participating in the design, construction, property

management, leasing and financing of the MaRS Centre, North America’s

largest urban innovation hub, located in Toronto. He is currently Project

Executive and Senior Adviser to MaRS and led the design and construction of the

MaRS Nucleus space at the Waterfront Innovation Centre in Toronto.

Randal is currently Chair of the Building Owners and Managers Association

(BOMA) International, and is a Past-Chair of BOMA Canada, BOMA Toronto and

the BOMA Floor Measurement Standards Committee. In 2019, he became a

BOMA Fellow.

Randal also serves on the boards of the Northern Centre for Advanced

Technology in Sudbury, Ontario, and Halmont Properties Corporation.

Randal has 35 years of experience in property management, leasing, project

management and construction. Randal holds a Bachelor of Engineering

Science (Civil) degree from the University of Western Ontario, an MBA from the

Richard Ivey School of Business, a Master of Laws from the University of Toronto

and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario. He has held

progressive positions with construction, real estate development and

management companies throughout his career.

Roman Brailovski is the Vice President, Strategic Initiatives and Operations at First Gulf.

In his role he oversees the organization’s growing portfolio of properties and is a vital

part in shaping and executing on the company's strategic growth and diversification plan

across North America.

A progressive leader and strong communicator, Roman’s successful focus on

alternative asset classes and US-bound growth has helped build First Gulf into the

award-winning organization it is today.

Roman has earned his MBA in real estate development from the Ted Rogers School of

Management – Toronto Metropolitan University and worked in a variety of senior roles

for financial institutions, telecommunication companies and major international

developers in his 15-year career.
