Prakash David is the Executive Vice President, National Investments and Development. Prakash has 20 years’ experience in real estate, including heading up development of a three billion dollar project comprising 1 million square feet of class ‘A’ office, 400,000 square feet of enclosed retail, and 430 condominium apartments. He holds a Masters in Business (Ivey), a law degree (Osgoode Hall), and a B.A. in Politics.

Matthew is the Executive Director of Investments at KingSett Capital. In this role Matthew is responsible for sourcing, structuring and negotiating the acquisition and disposition of real estate opportunities across Canada.

Matthew joined KingSett in 2010 after spending 6 years with Summit REIT and ING Real Estate Canada where he was Director of Investments primarily responsible for acquisitions and dispositions. Previous to this he spent 6 years building and developing residential properties in the Waterloo Region. Matthew’s career has allowed him to gain extensive experience in the industrial, retail and residential real estate markets as he sourced new opportunities, negotiated agreements and conducted due diligence. In addition, Matthew has experience in both greenfield and infill development of industrial and residential projects.

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from McMaster University and a Master of Arts Degree in Urban Planning from the University of Waterloo.

John Peets is the Vice President, Office Leasing at Oxford Properties Group, Inc. with 30 years of experience in the Toronto office leasing market. John has held senior office leasing roles with major Canadian landlords including: Brookfield Properties, Cadillac Fairview, TrizecHann and Oxford Properties Group.

At Oxford Properties Group, John leads an accomplished sales team who are responsible for the leasing and marketing of Oxford’s 11 million sq. ft. GTA portfolio. John is Oxford’s Broker of Record and is a past board member with the Greater Toronto Chapter of NAIOP.

As Managing Principal of the Toronto Cresa office, Jamie has grown the company to become one of Canada’s largest occupier-focused commercial real estate firms. Under Jamie’s leadership, Cresa’s Toronto office has grown significantly in terms of clients, advisors and services, including strategy, transaction management, lease audit, interior design, and project management for office, industrial, medical and retail occupiers.

In addition to providing leadership and strategic direction as a director of Cresa Global, Jamie works alongside his team to service clients, many with whom have been clients for decades. The key to his success has been to understand his client’s objectives and culture, in order to translate space into a strategic asset for business success.

As VP Revenue, Josh oversees all things related to revenue generation, growth, and strategic alliances. Prior to joining Lane, Josh was VP Sales at Salesforce, where he spent 11+ years when it grew from 1,500 to over 30,000 employees. Josh also spent time at Yext and most recently at Top Hat, where he oversaw sales, account management, and implementation for half of Top Hat’s core business revenue. Josh is a people-first leader and is passionate about health, wellness, and fitness outside of the office.
