Rachel is Executive Vice President, SPACE+, where she is responsible for Brookfield Properties’ flexible workspace strategy and the delivery of SPACE+ across the portfolio. Rachel joined Brookfield Properties in 2002 and held a variety of workplace, operations and communications roles across Brookfield Properties and Brookfield Asset Management. In 2017, she took a brief hiatus to create and manage the real estate and workplace strategies for a leading Fintech broker-dealer before returning to Brookfield Properties in 2019 to focus on the creation of its global flexible workspace strategy. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Design & Environmental Analysis from Cornell University.

Willmott brings a unique perspective as he has been a commercial real

estate broker, building owner, tenant, coworking office member, and

now a national operator. Willmott is a coworking and corporate real

As a CEO and founding partner of Clearspace, he has pioneered a deeply integrated model that integrates design and construction into a seamless experience—making high‑impact, beautifully curated workspaces accessible to a wider audience.

Before founding Clearspace in 2019, Mark co‑founded and led ChargeSpot, a venture backed startup where he shaped fundraising, sales, and product strategies, helping establish the startup as a leading provider of wireless power solutions in commercial settings.

Prior to his entrepreneurial career, Mark accumulated extensive experience in alternative asset management. Across his experience at leading firms like Oakhill Advisors and CPP Investments, Mark managed portfolios worth more than $5 billion and played a hands-on role in building offices in new geographies and launching new product lines.

A graduate of the University of Toronto’s Rotman School (B.Comm), Mark also contributed to the Brookfield Institute’s Council of Entrepreneurs and Collaborators, drawing on insights to advance innovation ecosystems.
