Rachel is Executive Vice President, SPACE+, where she is responsible for Brookfield Properties’ flexible workspace strategy and the delivery of SPACE+ across the portfolio. Rachel joined Brookfield Properties in 2002 and held a variety of workplace, operations and communications roles across Brookfield Properties and Brookfield Asset Management. In 2017, she took a brief hiatus to create and manage the real estate and workplace strategies for a leading Fintech broker-dealer before returning to Brookfield Properties in 2019 to focus on the creation of its global flexible workspace strategy. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Design & Environmental Analysis from Cornell University.

Mark Goh is a visionary leader redefining how commercial environments are designed & built. As a CEO and founding partner of Clearspace, he has pioneered a deeply integrated model that integrates design and construction into a seamless experience—making high‑impact, beautifully curated workspaces accessible to a wider audience.

Before founding Clearspace in 2019, Mark co‑founded and led ChargeSpot, a venture backed startup where he shaped fundraising, sales, and product strategies, helping establish the startup as a leading provider of wireless power solutions in commercial settings.

Prior to his entrepreneurial career, Mark accumulated extensive experience in alternative asset management. Chris Tambakis is the CEO of Adgar Canada; an active, long term real estate investor, owner, developer and manager with holdings in Canada, Israel and Europe.

With a strong knowledge, passion and over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, he leads his team with a collaborative, supportive and clear-focused manner. As CEO, Chris is responsible for establishing and implementing all aspects of the company’s strategy, vision and continued expansion.

He is an active and passionate volunteer with organizations in the arts, education, community and healthcare areas.

Robert holds a BA from the University of Western Ontario, an MBA from the University of Toronto and the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
