Andrew has over 10 years of real estate experience in Canada. At Capital Developments, Andrew oversees financial operations and planning for all projects including financial modeling, investor relations and investment opportunities. Prior to joining Capital Developments, he worked as an Analyst to the CFO at DREAM while Dundee REIT became the largest office REIT in Canada. Andrew was also involved with DREAM as they completed the IPOs for Dundee International REIT, Dundee Industrial REIT and numerous acquisitions. Prior to working on the finance side of real estate, Andrew was a structural engineer.

John has held senior office leasing roles with major Canadian landlords including: Brookfield Properties, Cadillac Fairview, TrizecHann and Oxford Properties Group.

At Oxford Properties Group, John leads an accomplished sales team who are responsible for the leasing and marketing of Oxford’s 11 million sq. ft. GTA portfolio. John is Oxford’s Broker of Record and is a past board member with the Greater Toronto Chapter of NAIOP.

As Senior Vice President & National Lead, Retail Services, Jane leads the strategic growth of Colliers International’s Real Estate Management Services retail portfolio across Canada. Jane oversees the Retail Asset Advisory Services platform for Colliers Canada, ensuring that the firm is synonymous with retail expertise in the Canadian marketplace and that the team consistently provides innovative and value-added solutions to clients. With over 20 years of experience in property and portfolio management, asset management and investment management, Jane is a respected and recognized leader in the Canadian commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Colliers Canada, Jane was the President and Chief Executive Officer of a TSX listed Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) that held a portfolio of retail and mixed-use retail community and neighbourhood centres across Canada.
