Mr. Mansour is President of Carlyle Communities which he founded in 2010. Over the past

decade he has grown Carlyle into one of Toronto's fastest growing development platforms with

2,000+ residential units and 300,000sf of commercial real estate under development,

representing approx. $2.1 billion in development value. Mr. Mansour’s focus is to lead Carlyle to

develop holistic communities that provide public benefit to current and future residents. Day to

day responsibilities include the oversight and management of all business areas with a focus on

corporate strategy, capital partnerships and acquisitions.

Mr. Mansour obtained his Bachelor's of Business Administration and a Master's of Business

Administration, with distinction, from the Schulich School of Business. His community and non-

for-profit activities include serving on the Board of Toronto Community Housing Corporation

and lecturing at York University’s Schulich School of Business on the topic of Real Estate

Development.

Amir is a real estate professional with a track record in development, design and construction of multifamily projects, with over 10 years experience in all phases of project life cycle from feasibility studies to project closeout, gained through successful delivery of over $1B in projects. Amir serves as Vice President of Construction and Development at Rose. In his previous role, Amir served as Director, Construction in the real estate development group at Hazelview Investments Inc. where he was responsible for design, development and construction of new mid-rise and high-rise multi-residential projects. Amir holds a Bachelors and a Masters in Civil Engineering from Concordia University and registered as P. Eng as a member of Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario

Brandon Young is the Vice President of Investments and Asset Management at Carlyle Communities. He oversees Carlyle’s investment and asset management platforms, focusing on maximizing risk adjusted returns across the company’s portfolio. He is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and financing new investment opportunities as well as ongoing asset management. He joined Carlyle as an Associate in 2016. Brandon comes to Carlyle with experience in both commercial and development banking. He previously held positions with the Royal Bank of Canada’s Builder Finance Group and MCAP’s Development Finance Group. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from York University’s Schulich School of Business, where he lectures on real estate development as an adjunct professor.

Ian Wilson serves as Vice President, Origination at Cameron Stephens, where

he is responsible for sourcing and structuring new loan opportunities,

managing client relationships, and mentoring future originators and analysts

to drive business growth and strengthen market leadership. In 2023, Ian

originated $331 million across 26 transactions, earning him the title of top

Originator at Cameron Stephens. Ian’s client focus and financial background,

combined with his cross-functional expertise in credit and sales, enable him

to bring industry best practices to commercial real estate debt structuring.

Ian also serves as a Dealing Representative for Cameron Stephens Securities

Ltd., supporting capital-raising efforts. Beyond his professional role, Ian

actively promotes community engagement, reinforcing the company’s

commitment to philanthropy.Ian holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of

Guelph’s School of Management & Economics.

Since 1995 Robert has led over 1,000 searches across the North American real estate industry. Robert holds a BA from the University of Western Ontario, an MBA from the University of Toronto and the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. He is a trustee of NorthWest Healthcare Properties REIT where he chairs the Compensation and Governance Committee Recognized as an industry expert, Robert has made presentations across North America including Harvard’s Real Estate Academic Initiative, NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate, Columbia’s Masters in Real Estate Program and Wharton’s Real Estate Alumni.

Nanthini joined Allied in 2016 and is our Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Throughout her career, Nanthini has held progressive positions in the real estate industry with Skyline Commercial and Retail REIT, Oxford Properties Group, Smart Centres and Calloway REIT. Nanthini holds her CPA, CMA designation and is a graduate of Toronto Metropolitan University.

Noah is responsible for overseeing Hullmark’s investment activities and is a member of its executive team. Noah is

responsible for strategic direction, growth of our income producing and development pipeline, partnerships and

lending activities. Hullmark is a privately held corporation with a primary focus of investing in urban Toronto.

Hullmark owns and manages $1.25B in assets comprising of more than 1.5M square feet of stabilized property,

several projects under development and a significant development pipeline in urban Toronto. Our goal is to create

long term value while shaping Toronto’s urban landscape.

Prior to joining Hullmark, Noah was a Senior Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield. From 2007 until 2019, he held

various positions, starting as an analyst. During his time at C&W, Noah lead transactions of commercial property in

excess of $1.4 Billion, acting on behalf of several of Canada’s largest fortune 500 companies, insurance entities,

REIT’s and government agencies. Noah was recognized as a top 10 national producer at C&W nationally, has been

an active member of NAIOP, sat on various industry committees and is involved with several charitable foundations.

Eli Miller is the Vice President, Project Management at Hullmark Asset Management. He is accountable for the end-to-end delivery for Hullmark’s development projects from acquisition to through stabilization, providing support to the Development and Project Management teams. Over Mr. Miller’s two-decade career, he has held a variety of senior level roles in public and private

organizations, focused on Capital Planning, Construction and Development across a variety of asset classes. Mr. Miller is a Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.), Project Management Professional (PMP) and LEED Accredited Professional (AP). Educated as a mechanical engineer, coupled with a passion for process efficiency, energy conservation and environmentally sustainable and financially feasible development, Mr. Miller brings a unique view that connects and aligns technical and business objectives. In his spare time, Mr. Miller enjoys reading, sports, music and staying active with his family. He also volunteers time coaching various youth sports teams.

As Vice President of Altree Developments, Jordan DeBrincat is responsible for leading Altree’s team and projects throughout their various stages of development. Jordan oversees all departments at Altree Developments, on a corporate and project level, with a heavy involvement in all operational aspects of the business. Jordan’s focus is working with/advising all internal/external teams throughout the development processing, including Accounting, Planning, Finance, Marketing & Sales and Construction. Jordan is a graduate of Brock University with an Honours degree in Business Administration.

Tim Weber is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Diverso Energy, North America’s only fully vertically integrated geothermal utility company. He leads the company's business development efforts, working with new clients and identifying emerging market opportunities. Tim has over three decades of experience in the HVAC industry, with more than 20 years focused exclusively on geothermal. Most recently, his efforts have centered on pioneering new financial models to simplify the adoption of geothermal in the low- to high-rise residential markets. With extensive knowledge of both geothermal and building development, Tim helps clients identify projects that best align with these models, to maximize their economic benefits. Outside of Diverso, Tim serves as Vice President of the Ontario Geothermal Association, where he is committed to removing barriers to geothermal adoption and accelerating the clean energy transition.

KPMB’s reputation has been enriched by Bruno’s influential contributions to a series of winning design competitions. These include the Jack Layton Ferry Terminal and mixed-used development for Pier 8 in Hamilton. He also played a key role on the Star Alliance Lounge for the Zurich International Airport, TIFF Bell Lightbox, and the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto

Bruno’s diverse portfolio includes a series of developments that have transformed major urban precincts into vibrant, pedestrian-friendly destinations. In Toronto, this work includes the Railway Lands West Master Plan, the Neo and Montage towers at ConcordCityPlace, The Wyatt Regent Park Development, and Block 16 in Canary District. He was also the project architect for the SugarCube, which introduced a new model for urban development in the LoDo, Denver’s historic district.

From 2010 to 2015, he was KPMB’s principal-in-charge of a series of projects at the University of British Columbia, including the Robert Lee Alumni Centre and Ponderosa Commons, UBC’s first mixed-use live/work/study/play hub. Currently, he is leading several residential projects in Canada and the U.S., including Ottawa’s Dream LeBreton and a waterfront community in Maryland.

Bruno has a strong commitment to professional mentorship. He has spoken at the SymposYAH: Hamilton’s Development Renaissance and served as an expert partner for My TO in 10: Social Innovation Youth Challenge at the Design Exchange. His interest in socioeconomic justice has led to work with Indigenous Northern Housing and the NRCC Path to Healthy Homes Program for Indigenous Communities. In 2023, he served on the international jury for the World Architecture Festival Awards.
