Throughout her career, Nanthini has held progressive positions in the real estate industry with Skyline Commercial and Retail REIT, Oxford Properties Group, Smart Centres and Calloway REIT. Nanthini holds her CPA, CMA designation and is a graduate of Toronto Metropolitan University.

Hullmark

Noah is responsible for overseeing Hullmark’s investment activities and is a member of its executive team. Noah is

responsible for strategic direction, growth of our income producing and development pipeline, partnerships and

lending activities. Hullmark is a privately held corporation with a primary focus of investing in urban Toronto.

Hullmark owns and manages $1.25B in assets comprising of more than 1.5M square feet of stabilized property,

several projects under development and a significant development pipeline in urban Toronto. Our goal is to create

long term value while shaping Toronto’s urban landscape.

Prior to joining Hullmark, Noah was a Senior Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield. From 2007 until 2019, he held

various positions, starting as an analyst. During his time at C&W, Noah lead transactions of commercial property in

excess of $1.4 Billion, acting on behalf of several of Canada’s largest fortune 500 companies, insurance entities,

REIT’s and government agencies. Noah was recognized as a top 10 national producer at C&W nationally, has been

an active member of NAIOP, sat on various industry committees and is involved with several charitable foundations.

Robert holds a BA from the University of Western Ontario, an MBA from the University of Toronto and the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. He is a trustee of NorthWest Healthcare Properties REIT where he chairs the Compensation and Governance Committee Recognized as an industry expert, Robert has made presentations across North America including Harvard’s Real Estate Academic Initiative, NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate, Columbia’s Masters in Real Estate Program and Wharton’s Real Estate Alumni.

Ahmed Zayed

Ahmed Zayed is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in real estate development, design, and construction. He is currently serving as the Vice President of Construction and Design at Trinity Development Group (TDG) in Toronto, where he oversees the design and construction management of all TDG’s projects and developments. Prior to this role, he was the Senior Director of Design and Development at TDG.

Ahmed holds a Masters of Real Estate and Infrastructure (MREI) degree from Schulich School of Business, York University, Toronto, and a Master’s of Science in Architecture from Cairo University. He is also a LEED AP certified professional.

Throughout his career, Ahmed has successfully managed and directed diverse mixed-use developments and master plans. His proficiency extends to sustainable design, interior design, site feasibility analysis, building codes, and constructability. Notable projects he has worked on include Trinity Hills in Calgary, Canada, and several significant developments in Ottawa and Toronto. In addition to his work in Canada, Ahmed has also made significant contributions to the real estate landscape in Dubai, where we involved in several landmark projects including One Za’abeel and the Deira Enrichment Masterplan. Ahmed also serves as a Co-Instructor at the Schulich School of Business, York University, Toronto.

Peter Tragoulias

Ivanhoé Cambridge

As Vice President, Development, North America, Peter Tragoulias is responsible for office building development and redevelopment

projects carried out by Ivanhoé Cambridge across North America. His mandate also includes developing and

maintaining strategic partnerships to support major achievements.

He has worked in property development for more than 15 years, acquiring extensive expertise in developing and

completing complex major projects. He joined Ivanhoé Cambridge in 2007 and has held the position of Director,

Development, Office since 2016.

Scott is an experienced construction professional with a focus on heavy civil earthworks and geothermal projects. He has spent his career working in project planning, management, and construction, primarily in the engineering and development of building and geothermal exchange systems. In his role at Subterra, Scott has successfully completed multiple projects across North America and has direct experience managing both active project sites and construction teams. His well-rounded approach to execution and planning has contributed to the successful completion of numerous projects. Scott holds a degree in civil engineering from the University of Waterloo.

David Schoonjans, Senior Director, Altus Group

Over his twenty-five-year career, David has accumulated broad experience in many facets of the

construction and development industry. He has held senior positions with general contracting,

development and consulting firms and has worked on a many landmark projects across Canada. This

includes founding and building his own consulting firm, which was acquired by Altus Group in 2017. Now

a Senior Direct at Altus Group, he leads the business intelligence group of Altus’ Development Advisory

business unit. He and his team utilize systems and technology, to collect structured data, drive efficiency,

and extend the business unit’s products and services. These initiatives require collaboration across

offices and business units globally.
