Thousand & One

Thousand & One is the first trophy office building to break ground in Tampa’s downtown in over 30 years. It is located in the center of Water Street Tampa, the first neighborhood in the world to have achieved WELL precertification under the WELL Community Standard. Nine double-height exterior terraces adorn the building’s terracotta façade, while floor to ceiling windows flood the offices with natural light. An expansive, landscaped rooftop terrace is available for tenants that offers conference space and a townhall, with views of the beautiful Tampa Bay waterfront.
