As Vice President of Retail Development of BTI Partners, Britney Mroczkowski focuses on all retail development for BTI Partners' Westshore Marina District in South Tampa.

Prior to joining BTI Partners, Britney worked at Colliers International as a broker specializing in their retail and land division. As a landlord representative, she has represented hundreds of retail projects operating across Florida. During her career she has completed close to $100 million in commercial real estate transactions.

Britney is a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. She is active within the real estate community and served as the 2017 Florida CCIM West Coast Chapter President. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Britney graduated from Florida State University with a dual degree in Real Estate and Marketing.

John is a Shareholder and Co-Chair of the firm’s Land Use Group. His practice involves

zoning, comprehensive planning, developments of regional impact, vested rights,

platting, subdivision control and eminent domain.

He represents clients before state, regional and local governmental agencies, as well

as trial and appellate courts.

John is a Court Certified Arbitrator for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit for Hillsborough

County, Florida. John serves on the Board of Directors of the Esther and Harold Metz

Foundation and the Lavender Trust Company, Inc. John has served as Commissioner

of Port Tampa Bay; Vice-Chairman of the Land Use Section of the American Bar

Association; Chairman of the Tampa Bay Area Research and Development Authority;

and Vice President of Quality Growers, a citrus growers’ cooperative. John is also a

member of NAIOP, REIC and ULI.

In service to the community, John serves on the governing board of Gracepoint

Mental Health Care Inc., and The University of Tampa Board of Fellows. John enjoys

Florida history, hunting, fishing, gardening and other outdoor activities with his two

sons.

Kieley joined Stewart in 2008 as manager of the Commercial Services office in Baltimore, Maryland. In 2016, he was appointed as Commercial Services Mid-Atlantic & Southeast Regional Sales Director. A real estate and title professional with over 30 years of industry experience, Kieley oversees the sales and marketing of the Florida Commercial Services offices in Tampa, Ft. Lauderdale, Miami and Orlando, among other major metro areas. He previously held positions with First American, Chicago Title, Commonwealth Land Title and Lawyers Title.

Kieley is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and the Maryland Land Title Association.

With a Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore, Kieley is currently a member of the Maryland State Bar and the New Jersey State Bar.

Mr. Feldman has been the president and CEO of Feldman Equities since

1990. From 1997 until 1999, he was the founder of, and served as the

Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Tower Realty Trust, a

publicly traded REIT (New York Stock Exchange symbol: "TOW").

From 2004 to 2009, Mr. Feldman served as Chairman of Feldman Mall

Properties, Inc. a publicly traded REIT. He is also the founder and former

Chairman of the Midtown West Association of New York City. Mr. Feldman

was formerly a member of the Board of East Woods School in Oyster Bay NY. He graduated

from Windham College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. Mr. Feldman has

lectured at the graduate schools of N.Y.U. and Columbia University on commercial real estate

development.

Mr. Feldman has been directly responsible for the management, development or acquisition of

over 11 million square feet of real estate with an aggregate value of over $3 billion dollars during

a career spanning over 30 years in the commercial real estate business. Mr. Feldman's primary

focus over his career has been on the acquisition and redevelopment of turnaround real estate.

Kyle, who joined Cousins in 2016 to lead the Tampa regional team, has more than 30 years of real estate experience. His responsibilities include the oversight of all day-to-day operations of the region including asset management, leasing, investments and business development.

Prior to joining Cousins, Kyle was Vice President and Managing Director at Parkway where he joined the company through the acquisition of EOLA Capital. Before his time with Parkway and EOLA, Kyle spent 20 years at CB Richard Ellis leading an investment sales team. He started his real estate career in 1985 as an industrial broker selling and leasing manufacturing, warehouse and service center assets.

Nick Herring

Nick Herring supports all of Framework Group’s development, construction and consulting activities. Nick’s contributions are both operational and strategic in nature, and derive from his comprehensive technical understanding of the execution and delivery of complex urban projects.

Prior to joining Framework Group, Nick managed high-end residential, commercial and retail developments as a Project Manager for Shawmut Design and Construction. Nick’s portfolio of projects primarily includes tenant fit-outs and renovations of flagship properties in New York City and other major urban centers throughout the United States. Prior to Shawmut, Nick managed construction field operations as Resident Engineer for Hill International. At Hill, Nick led teams of subcontractors on large-scale public projects including the renovation of New York City Hall.

Nick has also gained experience in a variety of construction disciplines since joining the industry. During his undergraduate tenure, Nick completed internships in the fields of tract housing, commercial preconstruction processes and construction law.

Nick graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction and minors in Business Administration and Sustainability Studies. Nick also earned his Master of Business Administration from New York University’s Stern School of Business, specializing in Real Estate and Strategy.

David Kemper

David serves as a Senior Principal and Leader of Stantec’s Tampa Office. He has 40+ years of experience in civil engineering, site development and project management. He has been involved in many of Tampa Bay region’s major development projects such as Water Street Tampa,MetWest, Midtown and the Sky Center Development at Tampa International Airport. David is a board member and past president of the Real Estate Investment Council (REIC) of Tampa Bay and an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He is a recognized industry leader by his peers, having been named The Treasure Coast Chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineer’s “Engineer of the Year”.

Daniel Perdomo

Since 2016 Daniel manages all development, design-build and consulting activities at AEC Development Partners. Headquartered in Tampa, Florida, AEC Development partners with Owners and Developers as a Design-Build Contractor and Owner’s Representative.

Prior to founding AEC, Daniel was a Director at Urban Investment Partners, responsible for managing the acquisition and development of multifamily and mixed-use projects in the Washington D.C. Metro area. Earlier in his career, Daniel worked for some of the most highly recognized architecture, engineering and construction firms in the U.S. managing large scale transit-oriented, mixed-use developments in the U.S.

Daniel holds a master’s degree in Real Estate Finance and Development from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Project Management from the University of Maryland.
